Excellent location. Clean and spacious.

This isn't necessarily a negative on the hotel, but just advice for future travellers... when we booked, we booked with two adults and one child under the age of 5. When we arrived, there was no bed to accommodate the child, rather an expectation that the child would be sleeping in the bed with us. I'd suggest anyone in our shoes to contact the hotel directly if you wish for your child to be set up with a separate bed. Once again, not a negative to the hotel, but something to be mindful of. Also, showers take some time to work out how to use 😂 a funny experience but a note for parents who have kids that may want to shower independently... they might need some help setting the water temperature.

The property is located on the Main Street which could ease the access to everywhere such seminyak mall village, restaurants etc. We were there for our honeymoon and the staff has upgraded our room and gave us a suite to make it special. The staff members were lovely and made our stay exceptional. They helped us with all our queries and they were willing to make us comfortable during our stay. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

Nothing really. Maybe to extend their breakfast choices that is mainly Asian buffet that could have a little bit more international sight. Overall I would highly recommend you to stay there.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We booked the deluxe room with private pool on the first floor. The room itself was very nice but the pool gets hardly any sun so we didn't swim in it (even though it was very hot mid-August weather outside). The location is excellent and surrounded by bars and lots of restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk to the beach as well. Would stay again if I needed accomodation in Seminyak but would probably opt for a regular room :)

The breakfast was nice but could be improved. Self-serve option for traditional bacon/eggs/baked beans, etc. would have been nice. The spread was the same every day. We stayed 6 nights so very repetitive food.

I have stayed here three times. The breakfast is very good and they are renovating the restaurant to match the new menu. Brilliant location; walking distance to everywhere I want to be and only a short taxi to other places interesting. Very friendly and helpful staff; the people at the front desk are always warm and generous with their time. I cannot recommend more highly for those looking for a convenient, well positioned and value for money property.

My only recommendation to the team is that they replace the lounges at the pool area - they are very uncomfortable! I would recommend standard lounges where the back can be adjusted

Breakfast - buffet or order from them menu, both included. Location is excellent. room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was modern and open with lots of fresh air. We didn't fly until late, the hotel looked after our bags so we could go out for the day, then we used the roof top pool and shower before it was time to go to the airport. Kasih on reception was lovely and so helpful. And the towel art!!!!

I would have liked the pool to be attended but it was not busy so I understand why it wasn't . There were towels and a shower available and you can ring for service in need.

We didn’t have the breakfast but WOW will we be back. The facilities and service was outstanding at what felt like such a reasonable price! The location was fantastic with so much around you and a quick 10-20min walk to some if the more popular locations. Clubs and bars just a couple minutes down the street if you’re into the night life, but far enough to not be disturbed if you don’t want to be kept up at night. Staff come through daily to reset your complimentary water, towels and reset the blanket. The cleanliness of the rooms were amazing and the overall comfort was amazing.

Nothing that immediately comes to mind! Everything was pretty positive. If there was a small thing to nitpick, the parking space for cars was very limited so pick-ups/drop offs could sometimes be awkward but nothing that took away from the overall experience!

The cleanliness of the room, the staff were super friendly. Each time we called for something it was at our room within minutes. Although its on a busy street it’s very quiet in the hotel. The food at the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

The toilet is easily blocked. The pool windows needed a bit of a clean but nothing that stood out too much. Couldn’t stream on the TV’s, only local channels available.

Location great! Staff were amazing! We got upgraded to a suite which was big, bathroom massive.

Need more variety at breakfast.

We paid for breakfast but had to leave the hotel early for tours. They packed us our breakfast so we can bring it on the go, we just had to go early to pick it up which was great! The staff at the front are very helpful. Love the theme of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops on the same street! Very convenient. Room was always clean and great AC! Breakfast was AMAZING. Loved the chicken and the food was delicious! The pool and view was very nice but too bad we didn't have time to swim!

No fan in the bathroom... only bar soaps in the washroom. Not 9/10 because we didn't stay for long :(

Location was great. Staff very friendly and easy to deal with. Fabulous value for money and had a green substantial tick.
