The staff were all so nice and friendly, villa was a great size for 2 of us. I loved the big bed and comfy pillows. We had a private pool in our villa and it was a decent size and depth to have a nice cool down swim every day, lounges were great to lay on after too. Food was pretty good too. Over all we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

The bathroom was a bit dated, shower was fine but the bath was all rusted up and a lil stained so I unfortunately didn't get to enjoy one this time. There were also a lot of little midgie/mosquito things flying around the bedroom at night so perhaps could provide a plug in repellent diffuser or zapper of some sort..

Room was cleaned everyday , towels changed as well . Very big room nice large bed , enjoyed the pool . The property close to restaurants , shopping malls few minutes walk .Breakfast variety to choose good enough .Staff in the reception kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight is quite late at night midnight . They offered we can use the pool as well , towels which we did . I like the location very quiet away from the busy streets .

Nothing really everything is ok .

The room was spacious, much like the outdoor bathroom. The room overlooked the wonderful pool area, which is great for families with young children. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly as I needed a microwave to sterilise my son’s bottles. Breakfast was not included in my booking however when I double checked, they were kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast for the first morning we were there. the property was also in a good location with an excellent and cheap laundry service across the road.

The room was a little outdated (a bit of rust around the bathtub for example) and perhaps needed a coat of paint but otherwise it was a pleasant stay!

location: quite possibly the best location in Seminyak. i say this because its tucked away in a quite street yet you dont feel it is isolated. walk for less than 5 mins left or right and you shall be treated to a plethora or busy cafes, amenities, shopping, convenience. Staff: super friendly, whatsapp messaging option, lightning quick responses, every single staff remembers your name.. only god knows how they do it. Room service is amazing - they come and clean religiously with in minutes of you requesting or as per their daily schedule and even wash kitchen utensils. Villa: free flowing filters hot, Cold and normal water and replenished whenever the 5 litres water finishes so no need to buy those irritating plastic bottles nice balance of outdoor and indoor area - Both the rooms equipped with chilled AC host to some beautiful bird noises extremely private - no one can even get a sneak peak pool is huge, well maintained and looks amazing. Breakfast - good food but limited options. highly recommend taking “BF not included option” as the surroundings are overfilled with amazing cost effective options. you can still opt a breakfast at $9 Aud per person which is not bad at all. Massage / Spa- reasonable, inhouse, experienced and completely professional masseuse privacy lockers to store your valuables 24/7 security to make you feel safe.

only being extremely critical here!! but these are what we didnt like - limited Lunch Options - Excellent Balaneese food but below avg western food. pool is quite deep - starts at 1.2 meters and resort wont supply barricades. we had a 2.5 year old so had to be super duper cautious every single second Spa - although massage was amazing, the body scrub mani and pedicure werent upto the mark ( per my wife ) Gym - Please dont call that a Gym - those are outdated rusting crap assembled in a room and gave it a name! avoid or suffer!!

Location, 2 min walk to everything needed. Staff service, extremely sweet and helpful. Room service and breakfast was fantastic. 24 hour communication was very useful. The pool temp was delicious. Our villa was closest to the lobby and restaurant, and it was never loud, also never heard any neighbours unless they walked past our door.

Nothing, it was magic - I have seen previous posts about mosquito's, but they are everywhere and this villa was not the issue. I would suggest a Villa with indoor lounge/kitchen if you don't want to be bitten, but the outdoor living was the best part.

Pool was nice, got sun during day and enough beds. Gym was small but handy, could do a little holiday workout easily. Stayed in room only, was nice size and bed comfy. Outside bathroom I got more used to the longer I stayed. Curtains did good job of keeping room dark. Location is walking distance to many great resturnats. This is probably its best feature. Also cheap laundry across the road. Staff were helpful and really wonderful.

Can be little noisy at times from traffic. Breakfast is quite basic and with all the great restaurants around it might be worth not including. (Need to add some good coffee options)

We had a 1 bedroom Villa, we loved the private pool and the room was very good. The staff are fantastic and very friendly and nothing was a problem. Room service was a nice extra (great club sandwich) The Mutiara had the best wifi I've ever had in Asia. 10+ Good location that was close to restaurants, shopping 2-3 min walk. On a quieter street which was great. Beach was about a 10min walk but we preferred our private pool and new that when we booked.

Our shower head was partially blocked with a build up of calcium. We ran our finger nail across the shower heads rubber jets and that fixed the problem. Maybe just check the shower heads occasionally.

The staff were excellent, most helpful and always with a smile and amiable. The room was very spacious, really biggish and so was the bathroom, the most spacious bathroom we have ever been. The room and bathroom cleanliness was very good and kept clean for the 7 days we were there. The pool was good and the pool area was also very well kept. We loved the area which was close to what we wanted to do. Location was handy for restaurants etc., Took the hotel taxi tot he airport and it was very well priced and prompt. We did not use the hotel breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The ladies at the massage section were very friendly and talkative, they were lovely. We would stay again.

Great location, staff were lovely and very attentive, we had a big group with multiple villas and all really enjoyed our stay Pool in the 2 bedroom villa was excellent for our kids and we had our whole group of 10 swimming in it at times Staff let us leave our baggage at reception when checking out as we had night time flights, even offered us a shower to freshen up upon collection of our baggage

The only issue we had was that we booked a couple of one bedroom rooms and requested double beds but were given twin beds instead, wasn’t that much of an issue for our group but might be for others
