Perfect villa with lots of room! The doors between the bedroom, lounge and outside are able to be opened completely for an alfresco experience, or closed for air conditioning. The bathroom is spacious and gorgeous. The villa was very clean on arrival, and cleaned well each day. There is a smart TV in the lounge room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook. Great location - only a 10 minute walk to Seminyak square. A number of convenience stores within metres. Lovely staff - staff were attentive and assisted with our needs, followed up on requests and ensured we were well looked after.

The property could do with a little refresh (cupboards are starting to show a signs of ageing and water damage) and the towels could be brightened a little as they are quite grey.

The staff at the property were so lovely and helpful. We couldn't access the food apps to order meals, so the staff ordered for us each time, and made sure we got our meals one way or another. The pool was absolutely perfect. Crystal clean, with no strong chlorine smell. We had so much space and it was all so comfortable. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. Some parts of the property are slightly dated, but who cares? It's all so clean and spacious. If they were to totally renovate to make it look new, the price would go up and we wouldn't have had it in our budget to stay there. Fantastic just as it is.

Large bedrooms, bathrooms & living area which were so clean & inviting. For me, it was the extra little touches provided; a large electric filtered water machine in the kitchen, so no need to purchase bottled water, umbrellas for those pesky raindrops that can happen in Bali😉 & a small library with a few well known authors; Patterson, Balducci & Corben. The pool was a great size (& sparkling clean) for a family of four. Staff were absolutely delightful & very eager to help. Location was great, breakfast was lovely & we were even able to stay until 4pm (small charge) to co-ordinate with our flight home. Would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom Villa.

Pillows were a bit ‘lumpy’.

Great location. Easy walk to main spots of Seminyak. Rooms next to each other. Breakfast was convenient without being spectacular but very good sizes and quality good. Staff were amazing and cleaned the place really well. Living room Great for young kids. Very accommodating with extra cot, late checkout ect. Organised pick up from Airport. Rooms are huge and bathrooms are stunning.

More basic kitchen and cooking utensils would be handy for young parents like us travelling with two toddlers. Tiles become incredibly slippery so be wary if with young kids. Laundry is quite expensive so be wary.

Nunia was really lovely, clean, quiet and very private! Just want we wanted! The villas are more then comfortable, they were super clean and no mosquitoes or bugs flying around and even though the villas are a little older, they were so nice! Staff were exceptional and so lovely! They cleaned our room everyday and brought our breakfast to us. There were days where we just relaxed by the pool and the villas are so peaceful. The are located down a driveway away from the road so you can’t hear or see any traffic which was also nice. Also value for money was amazing! Private Villa with a pool was super cheap and we just went out on adventures exploring Bali! We were celebrating our 1st year anniversary and the team put some lovely things together for us like a cake and a rose bath for when we arrived which I thought was so lovely!!! These villas were awesome and we will definitely be back!!

Villas are a very clean but alittle older, maybe the linen needs a upgrade. But other then that. Villas are super comfortable and lovely

It was quiet, serene, and clean. The staff was always available and ready to help. The pool was great and the surrounding yard was awesome. The AC was great and kept us cool. We looked forward to heading back to the villa for a nice evening after a busy day out and about.

The tub was scary looking and we did not use. The villa needs a desperate update for sure. The kitchen countertops are old and worn out. We wanted to cook more in the kitchen but we’re limited to utensils provided. We went out to buy a few items to make it possible to cook. The faucets in the bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced. None of this affected our stay but there is competition out there so it is important to stay up to date!

The space and design of the rooms were beautiful

The hot water for the shower was not very hot at all. The pool could have been a bit cleaner/ maintained better.

It was an amazing experience in this villa as we have stayed for 3 nights. The location wise it’s near to beach and market as well as the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always there to support you.

Nunia villas are located in this quiet oasis with no construction nearby, which makes for perfectly relaxing days and nights. You can hear birds and crickets at night, it's lovely. And yet, there are plenty of restaurants and coffees in the proximity to chose from, and the beach is walking distance too. I also appreciated the spaciousness: pool where you can actually swim, vast outside area, as well as the large living room / open kitchen. A warm thank you to the team, and especially Adi who was very thoughtful in addressing my requests (e.g for a toaster, cleaning times, etc.) and so joyful and kind.

The villas are ageing and could do with some TLC - repainting / fixing the cupboards in the kitchen, new towels, fixing the toilet cover...

A nice spacious aspect villa, clean and stylish. Nice private pool. Comfortable bed. Friendly, efficient and accommodating staff. Great value Easy location Would definitely stay here again.
