Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff, Villa was as expected. Cleaners were very friendly and cheerful, cleaned the room daily, and towel changes every day. The wifi was reasonable, only the odd occasion was it a little slow, but still able to stream adequately even with 4 adults using it at the same time. Location of the villas is great, and very quiet, hardly heard the busy traffic as these are set back in their own grounds.

Breakfast was very limited/basic and little choice. The hot food was not always hot but lukewarm, and was mostly the same throughout the stay, so ended up ordering in most days.

Breakfast was amazing every morning! The omelette made fresh to order was a highlight of breakfast. The staffs communication and assistance was great. We had no problems during our stay whatsoever. We just wish we could have stayed longer. They were really kind and looked after our bags while we went shopping on our last day. Please stay here, we will stay there again when we come back!

Honestly nothing, everything was great. Facilities were great.

The staff was amazing! Extremly helpful with everything and went out lf their way to ensure that we had a great stay. The hotel is withing walking distance from the main street, walking on the streets is a bit tricky, but you can get a Grab easily.

There‘s barely any daylight in the bungalow and the walls are not very mosquito-proof (but there are mosquito nets over the beds).

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Every day they cleaned the rooms, even the empty one. I was almost the only person in the cottages, so had the pool to myself. there’s a mosquito net on the bed. 25 min. from the airport, at least in the morning. Wi-Fi was good.

Nothing that really bothered me but worth mention. it is located 25 min. walk from the beach. the toilet/shower room has breaks with holes (good for ventilation) but it means that if you don’t close the door, mosquitoes will get into the room. the water in the shower was not hot, it was warm. It is funny that the toilet has a blocked glass to the out sider, though I don’t think someone from outside could really watch into the toilet, it also has curtain from the outside.

Very nice stay and friendly staff. Didn't realize the room weren't connected which can be challenging when you have young kids, but it didn't bother us. The pool was great and the place is quiet, even being next to a main road. We really like the privacy and villa was clean.

Quiet and in a great location. The service was amazing - super helpful and accommodating. They provided thoughtful extras like bottled water and mosquito repellent, and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. Senja and the team were fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. 100% would stay again!

Really sweet personal all were really helpfull and kind! The bungelows are such good value and the pool is awesome! Location is perfect only 10 minutes from seminyak square with bike. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Showers only have 2 options rlly hot or rlly cold but u can add a shower filter so thats awesome

Quiet haven in the middle of bustling Kerobokan/Seminyak! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool is lovely and clean, and there are decent coffee shops and restaurants within 10 min walk.

Place is rather dated and needs a refresh.

Villa was beautiful you really feel like you are on a tropical holidays

Loved the open living ! Only thing is bring mosquito repellent as lots of mosquitoes. Villa also will give you the coils to burn as well for free

The villa was at excellent location close to all shops and restaurants in Seminyak, with great service and hospitality. While it was convenient it also gave us great privacy and quiet time at the villa. The hotel manager Yuda and also Senja at the reception were so helpful for our all queries. We will definitely come back again!!
