Nice hotel, spacious room and bathroom. All the rooms in Level 2 have a nice balcony. Had a little pool in the middle of the hotel which was nice. The place looks quite new, the staffs were lovely and helpful.

There's a lack of sign so it took us a few minutes to find the hotel. The bathroom could do with a fan. The toilet gun in our bathroom didn't work.

- Everything! - Great interior design ( use of sunlight for mornings and conserving electricity ) - Has safety deposit box, fridge, microwave, wine glasses, cutleries, tv, cupboard, hanger rack for wet and dry clothes - Very comfy bed and no bed bugs! - towels and toiletries - water heater for hot shower - toilet has bidet! - facial tissues!!! - Location is still great, outside there’s circle k and pharmacy about 500 meters walk to get to nice restaurants (if picky)

- The floor was dusty and curled hairs. Not sure why it was not swept up before our arrival. - there were 3 cans in the bin under the sink when i opened it to throw trash. But all other bins were clean and empty. - pool does not have heater but for the price.. It’s already a really good deal. - Overall, still a very comfortable and great stay!

The bedroom was way bigger than we expected based on the photos. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the little powder room that connects to it from the bedroom. The AC worked perfectly, keeping things cool and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Despite being in such a central location, the place was really quiet. Plus, having a Pepito right across the street made it super convenient for grabbing snacks or anything we needed.

Overall, the staff were friendly, but we did have a couple of confusing moments. On our first night, we asked if there was an iron we could borrow, and the staff told us they didn’t have one. But on the day we checked out, we saw another guest returning an iron to the front desk so that was a bit odd. Also, on our last day, there was a water issue and none of the rooms had running water for about half an hour more or less. It definitely delayed us in getting ready to check out.

It's a nice property close to almost all good night clubs also has circle k near by incase tou need to buy, also has a money exchange at walkingf distance. For beach if you book grab bike it will be a ease. Walking to the beach is quite far away. The property seems new rooms are good pool is nice. Staff is also very friendly. Good wifi, clean rooms.

They forgot to do my laundry for which I had to wait an hour before checkin out. Otherthat everything is fine.

Pool is very small. The curtaims need to be cleaned. Pillow is not good. But with the price is good enough.

The place is calm and quiet being in the heart of busy Seminyak. They have all the basic things you need. The room is spacious and clean, the internet connection is good and stable, good for working (that is what we did). There is space if you rent a car, the road to the property is big enough for cars - unlike many places that have very small alleys. It is pretty much a new place, still fresh.

It would be good if they had a bigger sign, it is very small - difficult to find the place.

cleanliness, extra friendly staff, the building was beautiful, rooms very specious, surrounding area was busy in a good way, good shops and restaurants, there is an amazing night market with warungs literally 2 minutes on foot from there

it was very quiet, the sounds were almost echoing in the pool area, so we weren’t 100% comfortable and the kitchen area was always occupied by one member of the staff so we felt a bit watched all the time, even though they were absolutely amazing and friendly

The Poperty’s location was convenient to access the bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and beach. The supermarket across the road was a great place to load up on snacks, beer, water and breakfast supplies. The staff were excellent and I really appreciated them calling me a Grab car when it was too wet to walk anywhere. The private pool villa was great value for money.
