Nice hotel, spacious room and bathroom. All the rooms in Level 2 have a nice balcony. Had a little pool in the middle of the hotel which was nice. The place looks quite new, the staffs were lovely and helpful.

There's a lack of sign so it took us a few minutes to find the hotel. The bathroom could do with a fan. The toilet gun in our bathroom didn't work.

The bedroom was way bigger than we expected based on the photos. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the little powder room that connects to it from the bedroom. The AC worked perfectly, keeping things cool and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Despite being in such a central location, the place was really quiet. Plus, having a Pepito right across the street made it super convenient for grabbing snacks or anything we needed.

Overall, the staff were friendly, but we did have a couple of confusing moments. On our first night, we asked if there was an iron we could borrow, and the staff told us they didn’t have one. But on the day we checked out, we saw another guest returning an iron to the front desk so that was a bit odd. Also, on our last day, there was a water issue and none of the rooms had running water for about half an hour more or less. It definitely delayed us in getting ready to check out.

Pool is very small. The curtaims need to be cleaned. Pillow is not good. But with the price is good enough.

It's a nice property close to almost all good night clubs also has circle k near by incase tou need to buy, also has a money exchange at walkingf distance. For beach if you book grab bike it will be a ease. Walking to the beach is quite far away. The property seems new rooms are good pool is nice. Staff is also very friendly. Good wifi, clean rooms.

They forgot to do my laundry for which I had to wait an hour before checkin out. Otherthat everything is fine.

it was very quiet, the sounds were almost echoing in the pool area, so we weren’t 100% comfortable and the kitchen area was always occupied by one member of the staff so we felt a bit watched all the time, even though they were absolutely amazing and friendly

The place is calm and quiet being in the heart of busy Seminyak. They have all the basic things you need. The room is spacious and clean, the internet connection is good and stable, good for working (that is what we did). There is space if you rent a car, the road to the property is big enough for cars - unlike many places that have very small alleys. It is pretty much a new place, still fresh.

It would be good if they had a bigger sign, it is very small - difficult to find the place.

We booked the hotel last minute. You step out of your room to the pool. Clean modern, good size room with a safe, water, tv. It's just off the main road but you can't hear the traffic. Walking distance to all the restaurants etc on "Eat Street or Petitenget. We always hire a scooter in Bali so the location was great for us. Quiet complex and lovely pool area. Laundry place next door. We would stay again\.

Very comfortable bed. Big room. Lovely balcony. Good aircon. Amazing very helpful staff. The Management is also very helpful.

Wifi wasn’t working at all. I had to use my own network, which to me was very disappointing. Water pressure non existent. It’s impossible to wash your hair properly. Next door construction super loud.

Staff were lovely, property was nice clean and quiet. What you see in the pictures is what you get very satisfied with our room

I feel like the shower glass from the pool area should be frosted not all couples are comfortable doing their business in front of each other being that you can see the toilet from out there. Aircon wasn’t the best room was on the warm side
