Breakfast was great as it was served to your room. Pool was clean and super spacious and private. Room was amazing! and the bed was super comfy and there is so much space!! I love the separation between living room and bedroom. Great service at front desk and was easy to access via the Whatsapp group we had. No noise from the outside and the location is superb to the central spots.

The property was wonderful, exactly as the pictures showed (except general wear and tear). Staff were exceptional. My partner and I became unwell and they offered to assist with getting a dr, or picking up medication from the pharmacy for us. They helped with needs at all hours of the day. Their breakfast was amazing and generous. Coffee was amazing too! The pool was a great size. I would absolutely come back. Honestly the staff made the stay amazing I can’t explain their attentiveness and kindness. The staff are a huge selling point to this property. Very quiet area but can see what others felt about traffic on the main road - but that’s just Bali not this resort. Clean bedding daily, fresh pool towels daily too.

Honestly these are really small things to be cautious of not something I didn’t like personally more just for awareness. We were in villa 7, and our villa had lots of red ants by the pool and patio. We couldn’t leave food in our kitchenette as ants would troop in to the area. So felt tricky to keep at bay. The cooking facilities were limited 1 pan, and a wooden spoon. No microwave or suitable freezer. Cutlery was minimal and no way to do your own washing up or cleaning up (the staff were amazing and insisted to do this for you! Daily after breakfast). The pool was lovely and fine for us but no hand rail and steps in slippy so for less mobile/children - go careful.

The property was absolutely stunning, exactly like the pictures an inviting private luxury oasis. The seperate living rooms all air conditioned was so lovely to have for moments of relax and days spent in the villa. The bed was so comfortable with perfect blockout curtains all controlled by an iPad. The most amazing feature about this villa was the staff, I cannot praise the entire staff more, from the welcome at the start to making sure we had everything we need possible, the daily breakfast and cleanliness of the room and turn down service and always fresh bottles of water. Blas and the team work to the highest standards for those guests it felt like a home. Will be staying here for future vacays in Bali 🫶🏼

Staff was excellent in service and was very helpful and accommodating any last-minute requests. Private pool was such a good fun for kids. Villa was kept clean and tidy. Linens, towels were changed daily. The location is too good. Star bucks and other eatery are within 100m walk. Staff at Daha is really nice, respectful towards everyone, and always happy to help. We loved our stay at Daha.

One of the bathroom drains got clogged, and a really bad smell was coming out, which made us uncomfortable sleeping in that room so had to sleep in kids room for a night but staff was prompt in acknowledging the issue and moving us to other villa which was a relief.

The room was very nice, great bathroom and fantastic and clean pool area. However, what really made the stay so special was the amazing staff. Some of the kindest people i have ever met and they gave us a feeling that money could not buy. They made a cake for my partner's birthday and decorated the bed for when we returned from our dinner. Such a special surprise, seeing the smile that they put on her face was truly special and memorable. Thank you Grand Daha from the bottom of my heart, we will see you next time.

There was nothing that we didn't like

t was my first time in Bali, celebrating my Husband's birthday and didn't know what to expect but the services were exceptional. We were warmly greeted when we arrived from the airport, waited just a mere 10 mins before we were escorted to our villa. Ari, the butler was considerate and attention to details. Assured us the food served will be Halal without having to mention it, it means a lot to us. There were a few days we had to leave early for the tour around Bali, Ari made sure we brought light breakfast with us before moving off. Pastries & croissants + bottled water were ready for us before we left for our tour. Went super extra mile for that. Ari deserved the recognition and acknowledgment as she is very warm and accommodating. I would love to see her again in near future. Any queries can be answered through Whatsapp, that's how easy it is in Grand Daha. Without having to walk back and forth the front desk as our villa is located right at the end. I would choose this Villa over and over again.

We stayed @ Grand Daha for a week, and the only setback we had throughout our stay was the Wifi. It almost didn't work smoothly for most of the time. Technician came and had it fixed before it all came back to not working normally again. Had to use own data for faster connection. The main door to our villa had some sort of key tap thing but it didn't work one time and they had to remove the entire key tap to a manual key. No complaints as I really love the stay but it is a slight inconvenience considering we just came back and all we wanted to do was to be in the comfort of our villa. We had to wait at the lobby as the technician needed a while to remove whatever's that wasn't working. The villa could use some improvement namely, the Wifi.

Our stay at The Grand Daha Luxury Villas was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious getaway. The private pool was a highlight, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting with everything from restaurant recommendations to in-villa dining. The location was also fantastic, close to great cafes, shops, and beaches, yet still offering a peaceful and private retreat. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Bali, The Grand Daha is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

The Staff was amazing, every single one of them! They were all so pleasant friendly and greeted you warmly every time they saw you! They took care of everything literally. If you wanted it, they got it for you. The breakfast was delivered to your villa every morning. The dragonfruit smoothie bowl was Outstanding! This place was absolutely worth every penny paid and more! I told all my friends about this place. I have to shout out Blas, Ari, and Quendi (probably spelled wrong) she handled the bill at the end. These 3 were the Best of The Best! This place is Top-notch and I would definitely stay here again. The private pool was such a vibe we stayed an extra night!

Absolutely Nothing!

The villa’s design was sleek and modern, with clean-cut arch walls and no big trees or grass, which kept the space calm and free from spooky vibes or insects. The living space was clean, well-distributed, and functional. We loved the mini bar stocked with late-night essentials like cup noodles and drinks. The staff’s service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always quick to help. A big thank you to all the staff, from the front office to housekeeping to security, as well as the WhatsApp team who were always prompt and helpful in responding to any requests. They swiftly arranged motorbike rentals, in-villa massages, and even prepared a 2am takeaway breakfast for our Mount Batur trip. Special moments, like when they gave my daughter a donut float and bear, made our stay even more memorable. The villa’s location is great—just a short walk to an excellent supermarket and away from noise pollution. The airport transfer was smooth, and the driver made us feel welcomed right from the start.

The water pressure in the shower and bathtub was weak, improving it would make the experience even better. Some of the furniture, like the sofa and dining chairs, had a slightly aged look, with one chair a little wobbly, but everything was still comfortable and functional. We also experienced a minor WiFi and TV issue in our bedroom at 1am, and the staff’s prompt response to resolve it, even at that late hour, was truly commendable.

We had a truly exceptional stay at The Grand Daha Luxury Villa! The experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool was pristine, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. We loved the thoughtful addition of two smart TVs, which meant my kids could enjoy their shows while we watched ours in a separate room—such a family-friendly touch! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and flavorful options to start the day right. The turn-down service every evening added an extra layer of care and comfort. The friendly staff made our stay even better—they never failed to greet us warmly in the morning or welcome us back after a tiring day of activities. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. In the morning, they surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake—just in time for our planned adventure. When we returned at night, we were touched to find the bed decorated with rose petals for a second surprise. A special shout-out to Kwanji and Ari for their exceptional service and for going out of their way to make my daughter’s birthday so memorable. The location was also excellent, situated by the main road with easy access to eateries and mini marts, making it very convenient to explore the area. A small note for future guests: there is another Daha hotel nearby, so when booking a Grab or taxi, make sure to double-check the address to avoid any confusion with the driver.
