Loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Always there when we needed a hand for anything. Location is ok, kinda private area away from main road. 30-45 mins drive to and from airport. Loved the bed size and the pool right outside was a bonus. Very close to local restaurants, supermarkets etc. The check in and check out process was super easy. Will definitely come back and stay here.

The separate entrance to the upstairs room you have to walk out then climb the stairs from the outside. Wifi was super slow we had to buy our own data during our stay in order to have fast service. Shuttle from the airport mentioned on available services was not true. Had no shuttle available on our arrival but was offered a refund on taxi booking if we chose to book a taxi. Kind of frustrating since we arrived super exhausted and the hassle to book a taxi was a tad expensive and harder then Grab so we did a Grab which was not refundable. I think it's better to update their booking system and remove the shuttle available so all booking is aware and plans ahead. Showers had no pressure. Very slow and weak shower pressure.

Such a fantastic experience having the pool come off the room.

Cracked floor tiles - most of them were cracked. Pretty small thing though.

Had an awesome stay at these villa’s! Especially loved pretty much just waking up opening the slider & jumping into the pool.. incredible! Gede and Alvin & all the staff were extremely friendly and so accommodating, really went above and beyond. So central to everything I needed as well.. I will be back! Until the next one ❤️

Welcoming and accomodating staff plus location

The property was located in a quieter area of Seminyak making it very pleasant. The place itself was in a great state and we didn’t have any issues with anything. A highly recommended property for families and someone who wants to have quick access to everything Seminyak has to offer, but also enjoy some peace in between. The place was clean and well looked after. The swimming pool is a place that our family spend a lot of time in and enjoyed having a private pool right as you open the door to go out of the house. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We were always greeted every time we went out and arrived back. Will definitely be back!

Just loved this villa so much, it is very peaceful! Outstanding service from the staff Gede, Elisa, and rest of villa’s staffs. The room has featured with all we need, great size pool and room. Location is a great spot to shops, spa and of course restaurant. They also has offered bike rent, laundry services. Oh yes! The floating breakfast was a special experience for us. Good choice of breakfast menu. It was a real surprise how they created the memorable birthday occasion for us. So special. Overall, this is just a perfect getaway! We definitely will be back

Nice looking villa, close to restaurants and beach.

The sheets were changed once in 5 days, but they were dirty with stains. Construction works next to our villa woke us up every morning. Had frogs and lizards in the villa. Asked for mosquitoes smoke, but the staff gave us an insecticide instead.. there were 2 aircon in the villa, which were set on 16 degrees, and still it was boiling hot. The coffee was not refilled everyday. Between the bedroom and bathroom there is a sliding door, which was stuck and it did not close.

Honestly the best hospitality I have come across. Everyone made us feel so welcome and looked after. the room was very clean, generous size with a beautiful pool view. My friend crashed her bike and ‘doctor’ Gooday couldn’t do enough! Thank you all so much for a lovely stay and I hope we will see you again in the future.

only criticism which we know was only temporary when we stayed was they was having work done at the property next door so the builders would wake us up from 7am banging around. Please don’t let this put you off as by the time you arrive you should be walking into a new and improved accommodation!
