I liked the room it was big. Lots of light with air con. The shower was hot. I liked the pool, I liked the on site spa facilities and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and tidy. The dining area was mainly quiet during the day so I would sit there to get on the WiFi and work on my laptop. The breeze was nice in the lobby.

The internet in my room wasn’t very good. (But the WiFi was excellent in the dining room). The one thing the hotel could improve is the internet signal strength from the rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay at Paragon Hotel in Seminyak. Good value for money and had all the necessary facilities that we needed. The pool is definitely a bonus for the warm humid weather.

The rooms are starting to show their age and might be due for some renovations soon. Other than that we couldn't complain. If we had to nitpick, it would have been nice to get more coffee sachets and some milk to go with it in the room.

there was a lady at reception who was very stern I feel like she may have been the manager. I know it was not a cultural barrier as everyone else was very nice and warm. I spoke to this lady about all the gym equipment not working and even offered to fix them myself if I had tools. There was a gym with no free weights and 80% of equipment not working. I also paid extra for a room with a balcony and the room was far from what was advertised. I was moved to another room looking over a building site which made it impossible to go out and enjoy the balcony. breakfast included was good value for money.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a balcony so we could dry our wet clothes. Generally it was a clean and spacious room which was very nice. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile.

The body soap was not refilled once during our stay. There were also holes/cracks in the wall which we assumed were where ants/lizards were able to crawl out from. We found multiple large ants on the floor whenever we came back from the hotel. The towels were also grey sometimes.

I was upgraded to the 5th floor. The ocean & surrounding views + the night lights of the city are stunning. Every thing on the web site is even more beautiful in real life

overall a very good place to relax with spatious and confy rooms, nice pool, good facilities, far from noises and a very good breakfast last but not least, all the personnel super nice and helpful

the loud nice the fridge would make. I had to turn it off to stop it in the end. And the traffic on the road in front of the hotel is horrendous

Very friendly staff at front, F &B staff and spa. The location of the property was great.

Room needs renovation. Walls, mirror, shower glass does look like as shown in the picture.

we got complimentary room upgrade. The rooms are always kept clean and room had hot and cold water and the pool was great!

The staff are friendly and amazing..house keeping did a wonderful job.. new towels everyday .. 10/10 this would be my first choice hotel if I’m around batu belig ..
