I liked all , the look of it , the garden , the visit of the squirrel 🐿️ at the breakfast time .the staff are all adorable with warming smiles . The pool is getting clean each day , invent deposed in the villa to keep mosquitos away . 5 stars breackfast with fresh fruits and Indonesian options . Situated 15 min walk to the beach , 30 min to the first beach club . Relaxing villa . Outstanding staff . I wish I could give more than 10 stars . I will be back for more of that paradise !

The place is bit old and mouldy. One of our room was smelling pretty bad because of mould. Needs renovation ASAP.

I have to start with the staff - so friendly and helpful. I had such great WhatsApp communication with them prior to arriving that they almost felt like friends when ai arrived. They sent me menus to pre-book meals and would also WhatsApp to ask when it was convenient to come and clean the villa. Thank you to all the staff! Conveniently located right on the main road, it has a large driveway for cars to pick and drop off guests. Grab transport had no trouble finding the villas. Even though the main entrance is on the street, the villa itself was very peaceful and private. There are several mini marts and restaurants just minutes away and it's a leisurely 15min stroll to the beach. I was lucky enough to be a guest during Nyepi (Silent Day) and the staff were very helpful with providing instructions for the day as well as a torch for the evening to limit light. The villas are also just a 20min walk from a main junction in Seminyak where I was able to watch the Ogoh Ogoh parades. An absolutely brilliant experience! There is a TV in the outdoor living room space as well as a smart TV with apps including Netflix in the bedroom. I stayed in villa 2 which, unfortunately, does not have the outdoor shower I was hoping for but it had hot water and good pressure so I was satisfied. I really enjoyed the outside inside living and the company of the frogs, lizards, geckos and a pretty little cat that visited in the evenings. Staff set mosquito coils in the living room area and bathroom every night around 6pm and they worked well. The kitchen equipment including microwave and cooker burners were clean and fully functional. Meals were delicious and delivered hot and the floating breakfast was great value for money. The sofa was very comfortable as was the bed. It was nice to have access to a large safe in the wardrobe as well as slippers and robes. The pool is huge allowing me to swim 6 or 7 strolls across it's length. Really nice!

Unfortunately there were several leaves in the bottom of the pool when I arrived and three times as many by the end of my 4 day stay. Leaving a net for the pool or cleaning it would be a nice touch. And as others have said, a thorough clean would be beneficial especially for the sun lounger cover. Also the ashtray had ash in it when I arrived which was a little off putting as a non smoker.

Really nice private place, pool is great, staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious and you can choose out of many options. We personally didn’t like the town itself, so this villa was like a perfect escape. Plus they can organize a lot of activities or excursions for you, massages and other things.

Some lights that are outside are controlled from the room that is locked so every time we wanted to turn them off or on, we had to call a staff member which is not very convenient

This was our favourite accommodation in Bali and Gili islands. The accommodation is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures. Imagine opening your bedroom door to a beautiful blue pool with the sun shining down. Outdoor shower was fantastic and very generous outdoor eating and living space. All very clean and anti-mosquito scent and bed curtains. The service was fantastic. We ordered breakfast in advance each day via WhatsApp. We arrived to “happy honeymoon” decorations and we must have mentioned it was my wife’s 30th birthday (or maybe they noticed from the passport) because the next day (after a boozy day at Finns beach club) we arrived back to “happy birthday” decorations and a cake! The villa is a quiet oasis - we just wish we stayed longer!

The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly ... we only stayed for 1 week. The room was always clean on a daily with fresh towels for bathroom and pool. Breakfast was lovely and we could change it on a daily even at short notice.The pool was clean and amazing. Overall me and my husband enjoyed our stayed.

To far from everything as they didn't have much restaurants and places to shop

The property was located in a great place , the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly , handled all issues (didn’t have any) I had promptly. House keeping were great . Great place to stay long or short term would highly recommend this villa .

The villas were situated off street and very quiet , very spacious bedroom and bathroom, the open living space was adequate for our stay. The staff were really helpful with all our requests. Would definitely consider staying again if they were adequately equipped for long stays ( kitchen utensils, parasol for sun loungers, ).

The open living space was open to the wildlife and cats sleeping on sofas, squirrels and the cockerels kept us awake most nights. The living room furniture needs updating and there were a lack of kitchen utensil pots and pans to cook with, we only had a small frying pan and one small mixing bowl. The mosquitoe nets around the bed kept coming off there track leaving space for mosquitoes to get in.

We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Having said that the villas are in urgent need of a deep clean and makeover so be aware that they are not in perfect condition but are priced accordingly. The villas are perfectly located in.a quiet area but close to the beach with plenty of bars & restaurants close by. The villas themselves are large and the pool is great and the quietness and serenity once you close the doors to your villa is heavenly. Breakfast served in your villa was great with a decent choice. The staff are just wonderful and all so friendly and helpful & nothing is too much trouble. All the girls on reception, Eka, Fiona and Septi were great and Septi in particular was an absolute diamond & helped us so much. The only thing that soured our stay slightly was when they tried to charge us an extra fee for cleaning because of an alleged black mark on the duvet cover. As there was no stain the charge was reversed but it was all so unnecessary & is a policy I think they should review. All in all though a great relaxing stay & we would definitely stay again.
