JNSQ is a cluster of 6 studios with their own plunge pools. They opened in November, so at the time of our stay, everything was in good condition. Not remotely Balinese in style or curation, rather 50 shades of gray concrete, with black ash veneer furniture. A masculine looking space and very high tech. 8 remotes in total! For us, that’s 6 too many! Your front door is accessed using your thumb print, which kept failing, so the staff kindly set up an access code for us instead. Super comfortable bed, large linen sofa for lounging, smart TV, great bath and the Dyson hair drier a really welcome touch. Fridge and mini bar, coffee machine. Fresh fruit replenished daily. Bath products smelled divine, robes and bath sheets were white and a good size. The pool was set in a small, well planted garden with a cabana for chilling. All pristine, as is the whole complex. Breakfast is pre-lorded (via what’s app) and delivered at your stated time. it is bought in, ditto evening meals, (should you choose) as there is no on site cafe. We had room 2, which despite backing onto the road was relatively quiet. The absolute stars of the show are undoubtably the staff. April and guys were charm personified and constantly went over and above in order to ensure a perfect stay.

For us, far too high hi tech, too many remotes. The thumb print access was a pain. Breakfast was ok, Very hit and miss. Day 1 egg Benedict was delicious, day 2 it was stone cold and the muffin was iced in the middle. Accompanying beverages were poor.

This is possibly the best place we have ever stayed! Everything about our stay was incredible. The JNSQ team were some of the happiest and sweet people we have encountered. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and also have a late checkout. They were also available on hand to help with various things during our stay such as laundry, food and airport transfer. The room was even better than it looked in pictures if that was even possible and it felt larger too. It was incredibly clean and so high tech. The location was great, within walking distance from main cafes and restaurants and bars. To anyone who is staying at JNSQ, please know that there is a shortcut to the beach if you follow the road past Aria Villas and keep to the left. You can reach potato head and the W easily this way. We would 100000% stay here again.

Je ne sais quoi was the most beautiful hotel, so close to everything in Seminyak, a 2 minute walk to bars, beauty treatments, restaurants etc The staff were absolutely exceptional, so helpful, caring and kind. Every morning my breakfast was delivered on time with a smile, I never went without at this hotel. Nike and her fellow staff made me feel so at home on my first solo trip, the security made me feel so safe. Every time I arrived I was greeted with smiles and lovely greetings. I wish I booked longer here… You MUST visit this hotel, it was so clean and well maintained, I can’t wait to come back!!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The service at the hotel was truly exceptional, making it one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The reception staff, including Yudha, Yusran, Bayu, and Nike, were incredibly polite and respectful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for a wonderful stay. Additionally, the housekeeping team displayed remarkable attention to detail, meticulously recording every aspect of the room. They always sought permission before taking any action, demonstrating their respect for guests’ privacy and preferences. The security team also played a vital role, carrying out their duties diligently to ensure our safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. Their vigilance and readiness to assist further added to the overall sense of comfort and trust. It was truly a memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the entire hotel staff.

Excellent location - close enough to restaurants/spas/cafes, but also not on a main strip to be super loud at night. The villa was clean and well maintained. No mosquitoes get inside. The passcode to enter the villa is much better than having to stress about a keycard. The staff went above and beyond from pre check in to checkout too. They were genuinely kind and helpful, especially when we needed our laundry cleaned last minute before checkout. The staff also went above and beyond and decorated the bed for my husband and my birthday, which we’re grateful for.

Nothing, everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay at je ne sais quoi villa, the stuff are kind and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable, during my stay my Sleep quality was improved thanks to how comfortable the bed is. We realy liked how modern the villa is and how it is equiped with smart home technology. As we were on our Honeymoon, the stuff took care of decorating our bed. They came everyday for cleaning and they provided us with breakfast from a menu we choose the options from. The stuff were also responsive and cared about our concerns about geckos. The Location is close to the Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkts, Spas and is also about 25min away from the beach by feet.

The brightness in the living room is a bit dim.

Loved the brand new villa and the location is great! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to rent motorcycles, schedule massages, order dry cleaning and breakfast straight on Whatsapp. The weather was great this time of year too so got to make use of awesome pool. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Breakfast was good in room but we mainly prefer heading out when we are in the heart of Seminyak

Great room layout on a quiet street. The technology in room is a fun add-on and Grab drivers are always nearby. The pool was the perfect temperature. Kind and attentive staff, especially Nike and Yudha! They were able to arrange an super early breakfast so that we could eat before our 7:00 am Nusa Penida ferry. The property also ran a special promotion for a free airport transfer back to DPS with a written review and the driver even offered to stop for a few minutes so that I could pick up some last minute souvenirs at the stores close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay there. The room was amazing and service was impeccable. Hotel is contactable via WhatsApp and super responsive. The property is about ten minutes from the beach and main road which might be an issue for some but we liked that the distance meant that the property was a bit quieter, more private. If you want to spend time on the beach, it’s not hard to reserve a daybed at one of the beachfront properties (but I would stay away from Potato Head which gave us food poisoning). There’s also several convenience stores just a few minutes away if you need to buy groceries. Our stay included breakfast, which was delicious and delivered to our room everyday. All in all, really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

One small quibble is that our stay included a massage and it would have been great if the facilities included a shower as we were unable to book a massage until after our check out time but this shouldn’t be an issue for most guests as they would probably be able to shower in their own room.

The property was fantastic. This was our first time in Bali, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. We wanted to make sure we were in a modern and clean living environment and this villa does not disappoint. The front staff deserve a massive praise, they are constantly there to help and are always happy and full of energy. Yudha especially, who we interacted with the majority of the time, was fantastic, with recommendations of restaurants to even booking us taxi’s when we weren’t even at the villa. Would definitely come back here.
