The One Boutique Villa is truly and the only The One! My husband and I stayed at one bedroom private villa with a pool for 4 nights July 2023. It was our honeymoon and the property was absolutely perfect in every way! From the first impressions upon arrival to the property and the reception area, we loved the location and the staff! The property is perfectly maintained and in ever way taken care of with love and attention to every detail. Every inch of the property is covered with a lush tropical plants and garden, as my husband refered to it is a Garden of Eden! Tranquility and happiness we felt there for these 4 days can not measure to any other accommodation we ever stayed at, anywhere in the world! We felt at home and the most loving, kind and professional staff made sure of that, by tending to all our needs and beyond. General manager Mr. Mangku, upon our meeting and us mentioning we were on the honeymoon, has sent a bouquet of red roses for our honeymoon:) Being a destination wedding planner for the past 8 years I have to say I have never met more professional, kind, loving, detail oriented manager, who deeply cares for his guests and clients, as well as for his staff, whom he refers to as family. Mr. Mangku has also generously shared his time with us to perform a Hindu blessing ceremony at our villa, being a Hindu monk himself. We are so greatly honored and appreciative of this very special experience. With our deepest gratitude, once again, we say our greatest THANK YOU to the The One staff and management, specially thank you to Mr. Mangku, Nala, Yoga and our chef! Thank you for giving us all your best, your love, kindness and friendship! We cherish it all and miss you already! We can't wait for our return to The One, which is the only place for us in Bali :) Also I give my highest professional recommendation of The One Boutique Villa for the weddings and destination weddings in Bali!

There is nothing not to like!

We arrived shortly after 1am and were met with a greeting smile and a warm welcome. He was our first interaction with the hotel staff and we knew from that slight meeting that all was going to be well. My husband and I would also like to thank the staff for always treating us like we were their only guests. They went above and beyond for us when my husband lost his Credit Card, (one of the drivers Abe took my husband back to the beach we believe he lost his card on his personal scooter) and we were so appreciative of their kindness and treating us like family. Adi, Nahla, Abe, and the rest of the staff THANK YOU for an amazing stay. We will never forget our first time in Bali, and we're looking forward to going back soon. Again I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing time we had at the One, and that was all because of the amazing customer service we encountered each day. There is NOTHING not to like. It's your own oasis. It is picture-perfect. Your OWN villa! Again, your own VILLA!! If you're contemplating it, do not, this is it! Situated on a dead-end road, and 5-7 minute walk puts you into the heart of Downtown Seminyak. That is where you will find the bars and restaurants galore!! Not to mention right off the street the hotel is situated on there also are various local restaurants and other hotel bars you can also choose from.

The village was excellent. Although a bit dated it was immaculately maintained, clean and good size and very comfortable. The staff were fabulous and very attentive with your needs. It was also peaceful and a tranquil setting.

The location was a bit out of the way but you had one way complementary ride to the town, would have been good to have the car service both ways. The bed was a bit hard too. Unfortunately for me I won’t be back as they are expanding to build about 30 villas and then it will loose its peaceful ambiance, more people = much more noise.

Loved the villa, the set up and the cleanliness was next level. The attention to detail to make our stay wonderful was and we had such fun ordering the floating breakfasts - the staff who cooked this and set it up were so lovely and caring - even helped with our insta post too! Location is walking distance to the shops and restaurants but far enough from the main street to be serene.

We ordered a late lunch when we got there which came but some of it wasn't hot (hot chips) but if that's the worst of our experience then we can't complain.

We personally found the property and management perfect. The villas are fantastic for romantic getaways, or even bigger group frolics. But it was the hospitality that blew us away. Clear communications, well planned and extremely approachable, the staff here was amazing. We even managed to lose our phone behind in Padang Padang, with our flight back to India the next day. These guys not only helped us get it back, once found, but were extremely proactive in the coordination to help us get it back. Couldn’t find one flaw, even if we tried.

The two bedroom Villa had two separate bedrooms in separate areas, the kitchen lounge and eating area was large and comfortable and the pool was a great size and for private use. the villas were near the beach and restaurants at the beach and near others in Seminyak. great location, very helpful attentive staff and lovely green gardens outside villa. Staff I would like to mention: Nala who provided an efficient check in Service at the Villa and helped us throughout and Adi and assistant who came to provide us with morning Butler service and a cooked breakfast at the Villa. Breakfast consisted of eggs of juice, salad, selection of tropical fruit, fruit juice, toasts or sweet equivalent (pastries) teas and coffees Etc it was a truly efficient and relaxing stay Hot or cold water dispenser at the Villa and all round a wonderful experience. We will certainly return in the future!!

The villa was beautiful and quiet and we loved having all the space and the pool to ourself. It felt like our private haven. Staff came in twice a day to make up the room and set up insect repellant etc. Although we didn't get to make the most of the taxi service provided, that was a great bonus. Location was fantastic and we were in walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants but still in our secluded pocket that made it quiet and relaxing.

Nothing to fault!

Exceptionally beautiful, clean and spacious. Extraordinary beautiful decor. Balinese style and modern. Swimming pool and outdoor sitting is so impressive. Staff were so nice. Free taxi service to anywhere in Seminyak was just a great thing. We will definitely stay there again. Loved everything about this place. They have floating breakfast, bbq and romantic dinner packages.

I would recommend to have more food options available especially vegetarian.

Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Complimentary daily drop off in town, with a couple of times to choose from. Good location for both beach and town. 10 minute walk to beach, albeit down a couple of back alleys. Great eating, music, and sights along the beach.

Unfortunately, one night of party goers in next door villa. Management were unable to do anything about it. This group had no intention of sleep in a one bedroom as there were at least 6 traveller's. Party went until 6.30am. Thank goodness they checked out after 1 night.

Staff were very kind and friendly. The Villa's were luxurious and relaxing.

We felt the location was a bit isolated. Even though the beach was only a 5minute walk, the narrow path to it was gloomy and rough in patches. Walking along the road into Seminyak took too long in the hot weather so we relied on either Taxi's or the Grab bikes.
