Great value for money, roof top pool, roof top outlook from the hotel resturant, spa on the balcony

Just a little dated in its furnishings in places such as the outdoor resturant and some areas of the outside of the buildings are little run down but for the most part the main areas are really great

Very clean and the swimming pool was fantastic and fantastic customer service too. They helped me with the booking changes when they could have just said non refundable so very pleased. Plus the breakfast was fantastic. Overall the hotel was very plush so good value. Just don't pay extra for a room with a balcony unless you are getting their top suite.

The air con and shower head was very temperamental. No point paying extra and getting a room with a balcony just to look at a brick wall on the ground floor!! Didn't know till we got there plus our clothes didn't dry out there either and we left them on the balcony for 2 days!

Hotel was near the beach, they provided a shuttle to reach the beach, everyone were so polite and friendly. And a north Indian restaurant 2 min away from the hotel,

The driver putu reza which was provided by booking.com, I repeat it was not from the hotel, He was a money looter, He wasted my one day, he tried to snatch my wallet, he was trying to drop us middle of nowhere, he seems planned robbed us by 1.9 million Indonesia rupaiya

Wow wow wow what an amazing hotel. So beautuful and comfortable. I love this place. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant are next level. I had nights I just stayed there over going out in Bali. Nice little gym too. As exceptional the hotel was, what made my stay so speacial were the staff. From the charming Ananta who greeted me with a big smile and made me so special from the start to the super lovely and entertaining bar staff who made my time so much FUN namely the lovely Rina and the legends Benny and Oka. These guys really get hospitality and are a real credit to the hotel and to the islsnd of Bali to be honest. Thanks a million and I cannot wait to stay at Vins Sky again when I return to Bali later this year. AAA+++

The rooftop pool atmosphere is exceptional, and the pool itself. The room was very wide and comfortable, but honestly, it needs to be renewed, I mean, the facilities, like the jacuzzi in the balcony, were so bad and not working. They should provide on daily basis spoons and such tools, but they do only when I require. The food there was acceptable with acceptable prices.

Features and facilities should be renewed to give such a hotel its awesomeness

The staff were always so please and nothing was a bother. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go. We. We’re a larger group di meeting at rooftop bar or comfortable foyer very appealing. Shuttle service was utilized regularly. Breakfast amazing!

Sometimes room service was late when wanting to shower and dress for evening outing but only once. Also had 2;00 check in and arrived at 4:00 and still had to wait half hour for room access. Very minor inconveniences.

I had a fantastic stay at de Vins Sky during my birthday celebration with two friends. The room was clean and comfortable, and each day after exploring the city, we’d return to find everything tidied up, including the trash taken out. The amenities were also top-notch, and the breakfast selection was consistently impressive. A special shout-out to the group of staff who surprised me with a birthday song and a small cake, which made the celebration even more memorable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and eager to assist, adding a welcoming touch to our stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great selection of food for breakfast. Good value for money. Complimentary massage with booking. Free transport to Syminak centre.

Didn’t use pool as was dirty from previous weather conditions before we arrived and during stay. Location was a little out the way and had to book GoJeks to most places. Bathroom drains got blocked and ended up flooding bathroom floor (got resolved instantly).

Very good location. Very nice stuff. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We celebrated anniversary, so room was nicely decorated. When we had early tours - we had a little breakfast pack with us. Food service is 24/7. The hotel is a little bit outdated, but it’s a good standard, you’ll find some games upstairs, nice swimming pool, little gym room, very nice restaurants around, and you also get transfer to the beach. So, from all perspectives - very nice place. We would come back.

Big spacious balcony spa suite with ocean and sunset views. Rooms cleaned daily, big comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Very quiet on a night for good night sleep. Massive rooftop pool area with multiple day beds and excellent bar and restaurant by the pool with great breakfast and evening selections. Very reasonably priced drinks and food and good happy hour deals. All staff very friendly and capsule not help enough. Spa facilities were excellent and reasonable prices. Free shuttle service into town a massive bonus.

Slight downside was the driveway leading to hotel from the Main Street, it is only an access to local villas and the hotel and perfectly safe but may feel uncomfortable for some.
