The villa is modern, beautiful and immaculately clean. All of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed that the pool was much cooler than others on our trip it meant that we actually could cool off. Very convenient location especially if you are confident on a scooter, which villa staff kindly helped us organise for our stay.

The villa doesn’t seal, the windows had lots of gaps which allowed mosquitoes and other bugs to easily enter the room we were needing to purchase bug spray often to ensure we weren’t getting eaten alive whilst we slept. The villa’s can also be noisy, we had neighbours that loved a 1am party for part of our stay it did literally sound as though they were in our villa with us.

Value for money. Friendly staff. Shout out to Nofi and Pitri. Good location. It's near the shops and not far from the beach but I took GrabBike everywhere due to the super hot weather. Lovely duplex villa with nice private pool. My villa was no. 7 which had good amount of sun over the pool so the water was not too cold for a late morning swim. Functional kitchen. Good water filter. 2 toilets (downstairs and upstairs). Fire extinguisher outside the downstairs toilet. Big room with very comfy bed. Good bathtub. Separate shower. Ice bucket provided as per my request. Quiet and peaceful. Working hairdryer. Full size bathroom amenities. Thick towels. Good WiFi, both in the villa and lobby. Friendly security guard who works from night till morning when the reception closes at 8pm. Good AC and ceiling fan in the room.

Not enough charging point especially downstairs. Found one inside the toilet downstairs. More near the sofa would be better. Fan should be provided at the dining table. It's very hot. Maybe you can fix one wall fan over there. Water pressure (toilet, shower and bath) is not strong enough but I guess this is a common problem with islands. Body towels and floor mats were not very clean. They had yellow stains.

A luxurious and private villa for a romantic stay ! A beautiful villa in Seminyak ! It s actually not a villa but a kind of condo with a ground floor, with a living area and the kitchen. Next to the living space is a swimming pool at the full length of the villa and much bigger then the usual plunge pool most villa s have. The kitchen is fully equiped and also has a water dispenser for cold and hot water. On the fist floor is the spacious bedroom with the bathroom fitted with a good shower and bathtub. It s clean and quiet and the bedding is excellent. The villa is at a quiet location but not far from Jalan Petitenget wich is the main road in Semenyak. Potatohead beachclub is at a 10 min distance, the beach is at around 8 min walking distance and it s nearby ShiShi club (nightlife). Found some good restaurants nearby. Mauri, chosen the best restaurant in Bali in 2022, is opposite ShiShi club and Sardine restaurant is at the other side of Jalan Petitenget.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean. The private pool was amazing, and we were provided with our own water purifier, which was quite useful. The staff were super nice, and helped us check in when we arrived at around 1am.

Location was a bit annoying - the villas are at the end of a long, quiet road, which we had to walk through to get to the main road. Also, our villa was towards the back of the property, so once we arrived at reception we still had to walk down a long paved path to reach our villa.

The villa was huge and amazing! The private pool was really nice, there was a complete kitchen with stove, pots, pans and cutleries at our disposal. I really appreciated the water dispenser that let us have filtered water (knowing how water is like in Bali). The bedroom was amazing and we appreciated the swan towel set up that the staff prepared for us at the beginning of our stay. The staff was extremely helpful as well throughout the entire stay that we have with them.

To be honest, I cannot fault them for anything major. The only thing that requires improvement are the showering facilities. There was no indication for hot/cold water and we needed to figure that out on our own. Also the rainfall shower appears to be clogged as we only got a couple of sprouts from the shower and I ended up using the regular shower instead as it gave off the most water pressure. Also, I'm also aware that there isn't much choice in the availability for the villa but being at the far end was quite the walk in and out of the property hahahaha.

This villa absolutely exceeded our expectations in terms of aesthetic, size and location. Location is excellent - about 8 mins to the beach and 10 minutes to heaps of restaurants and cafes, mini-Marts, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies in the other direction. The villa itself was modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent - they cleaned our villa every day. The villa was super private, no one walking to the other villas or even our neighbours could see us when we were inside the gates of our own.

The only negative would be that most of the villas are connected to 1 other villa via a shared wall in the ensuite bathroom. This wouldn’t be an issue if you had respectful neighbours, however we had a couple who liked to have full on conversations in their bathroom between 10pm-12am every night and we could make out clearly what they were saying. In hindsight, I wish I asked reception if we could be moved to another villa as it dampened our stay. I would only stay again if I was guaranteed to get a stand alone villa that has no shared walls with other villas as nobody wants to be kept awake or woken up by noisy neighbours when on a holiday.

I had a wonderful stay at Calm Villa, Seminyak. The villa was very clean, with a beautiful private pool that made the experience even more special. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with, and the room service was excellent throughout our stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the environment was incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Although the water pressure dropped once, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. For a 5-day, 4-night stay, the price was very affordable. Overall, I highly recommend Calm Villa for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and relaxation in Bali.

The place was fantastic the staff amazingly friendly. It was very clean. Daybed over the pool was great and the breakfast was great. It was quiet even though close to main roads. The staff were very accomodating and always so polite and friendly. Half the pool was covered therefore still usable even in heavy rain. Brilliant.

This is a very very minor complaint but the pillows were not to our liking. The pressure in the shower cut in and out but didn’t really affect the overall quality of it. It would have been nice to have some more allergy friendly breakfast options although the staff did try to accommodate as best they could.

The villa was amazing. Everything about it was perfect, they have a full kitchen set up (stove with pots/pans), filter that has cold, warm & boiling water. The bedroom upstairs was huge & the bathroom was stunning

Mosquitos, but we stayed in the room most of the time which we just had a mosquito coil going whenever we were in there so it didn’t bother us - not many came in the room (maybe 1 or 2) but always make sure to keep the door closed
