Staff are all wonderful and welcoming. The villa is a delight. Absolutely loved the set up and the private pool was cleaned daily. Service was of a high standard with our bed being turned down nightly when we were out, and a lovely goodnight message was left on our bed. Breakfast was really good. Continental and cooked breakfast with great coffee. Location was also great with cafes, massage places and minimart shops on the same street. It was quiet and peaceful but only a short walk to get to the main road. Nero our driver was wonderful and i highly recommend booking him for any trips.

I have no negatives to mention.

Amazing accommodation, every little detail thought of! Little personal notes on our bed, mozzie coils lit, bed turned down and mosquito nets setup every night. Breakfast and coffee were great, and I am a coffee lover. We loved Juli in the restaurant! All staff were super friendly and helpful. Daily drop off service to Seminyak square. Great daily cleaning. Pools were warm. Love this place. Looking forward to when their 2 bedroom villas are ready to go!

Only thing that I can think of is no curtains on villa bedroom doors, so light comes through early. But this is not really an issue at all. Could not fault anything!

Better put the shuttle service pickup/drop from location 1 to location 2 and hang it on the lobby wall. I got frustrated while check out.Host told that free shuttle service available at 300 PM to drop in airport. So we placed our luggage in the lobby and come back around 245PM and waiting for 30 minutes.Then around 315 PM we inquired when shuttle to airport will come? and they replied there is no shuttle to airport. During check out time they told free shuttle is there to airport then after 300PM they told no free shuttle available you should pay.

Breakfast can improve better.

It was our second time staying at Aria Villas! We absolutely love it here! the place is kept up so well, it is clean, comfortable and the staff are so wonderful! We absolutely loved breakfast each morning it had a wonderful range of options. Our room was cleaned everyday and prepared every night before bed! The pool is amazing. Its clean and big enough , the outside area is just totally ZEN! 24 hour reception desk, very receptive. Always there to help! location is fabulous there are so many iconic Seminyak places walking distance or a short trip! The back exit is a short walking distance to places like the W hotel and potato head beach club.

We spent 14 nights in this stunning private villa. The private swimming pool, kitchenette, large bath, and outdoor shower with beautiful plants are second to none. We enjoyed spending time on the deck chairs beside the swimming pool. A selection of breakfast choices are provided in the dining area from 7am to 11am. The Villa is walking distance to cafes and great restaurants. We often made use of the free taxi to drop us at the shopping centre and beaches. The staff is absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much for them. They went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Nero, our taxi man is a pure delight.

We love everything about this villa!

The villas are beautiful with all the facilities you could want. Breakfast was excellent. No noise which was nice. Beds were comfy. Staff made your room morning and a turndown at night with the mosquito net and a beautiful handwritten message on a leaf. Bathroom was open air and wonderful.

Not much only thing was the pool was freezing cold due to the sun being unable to reach the pool with the villa walls and villa. Getting to the beach wasnt something you would do at night, u had to walk through a long dark alleyway with a flowing canal/gutter next to it, pathway covered in moss. Location wasn't the best. Was expensive.

Just an excellent place for an unbeatable price. Any small issues that came up were attended to immediately. Wonderful breakfast with many choices. Tranquil quiet location, yet via back entrance it's very close to central Pettinget street of Seminyak with restaurants, clubs. Beach is about 7 min away via route front entrance route that Reception will explain. Fantastic service overall, doing over and above what's expected. While we were in Lembongan for a few nights we asked to keep our luggage at the reception and our request was happily accommodated. Overall, it was perfect and we shall gladly return!

Wish that room service menu selection was bigger, but not really an issue since you can always order Grab delivery

We do not have anything negative to say about this place! As a younger couple who loves a quiet and relaxing stay, this was just perfect. The staff was so kind and their attention to detail was amazing. The place was clean and tidy, they come and service your room every day. We thought the location was perfect, very easy to get transport to local cafes & restaurants and they have a free daily shuttle to Seminyak Square. Staying here made our holiday perfect! We loved coming back here after a day of activities, knowing it would be cool & relaxing, we could jump in the pool or chill in the room. Breakfast was good as well, with a wide selection of options. Once again, staff was so accommodating and friendly. It felt like we were the only guests there, it was in a quiet area.

The villa is rather huge. Beside the pool, there’s a little kitchen with a microwave and stove. Great that we can heat up food. Love the tranquil surrounding. Very quiet and private. The pool though small but good for a dip. Lots of greeneries surround the villas. Enjoyed walking through the foliages corridor from the entrance to our villa. Each night, the hotel staff will come in to let down the mosquito net for the bed, as well as topping up mosquito coil in the bathroom. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. Other than the buffet table with the usual stuffs, there’s a menu that we can order from, like a Big breakfast. A coffee menu is also included.

From the room to the kitchen, there is no shelter from rain. It would be good if there is. At the lobby, there is also no shelter from rain where we alight from our ride. We happened to have several days of rain :( It’s difficult to see the villa number, amidst the foliages and lighting at night. Would be good if the number can be larger. There is no direct access to the beach. The walk to the beach though only takes 7-10 mins, it’s through narrow alleys (1m wide with drain beside) and some constructions. Don’t feel safe for us, especially when it gets dark.
