The breakfast/dining area was stunning, with views over the pool and beach/ocean. The morning buffet included a selection of delicious English and continental options and excellent barista coffee. One of the evenings the hotel organised a barbecue for dinner with live music and everything was set up near the pool area and the Ocean creating a beautiful ambience. I had the most delicious and well-cooked steak ever! Our room was not facing the beach but still had lovely views over the internal courtyards arranged with typical Balinese plants and ornamental pools full of Koi Fish. It was very peaceful. The pool was very clean and relaxing and we enjoyed being served drinks from the pool bar. I loved that from the pool area you could go through a gate fence to the Beach and dip your toes in the ocean. We also walked along the beach to the centre of Seminyak thus avoiding the hectic city roads. There was a small convenience store right next to the hotel where we got our bottled water which was very handy. The hotel is located across the street from a new and fancy club that is definitely worth a visit.

The beds were a bit hard, but other than that it was perfect.

A destination hotel for sure! The pool area is fabulous, the perfect setting for those quieter days in Bali. Amazing location, across from a fantastic beach club as well as walking distance to some lovely restaurants for lunch or dinner. The breakfast was a show stopper, amazing selection. The rooms were huge, always throughly cleaned each day and lovely attention to detail with water provided etc. but the best bit about this hotel was the staff, they could not do enough for you! Sri on the pool bar and Rita at breakfast were both fabulous and made our stay!

The only small issue we had was the room key didn't work twice due to a low battery within the door opening mechanism however the staff fixed this quickly and couldn't be more apologetic

The staff were very quick to assist when required or be helpful in providing us suggestions of where to go or eat within the area. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was spotlessly clean and accommodated all ages.

The only suggestion I would recommend was having more day beds along the grass by the pool with a shaded umbrella as there were a few occasions where there was nowhere to sit and instead of spending money at the pool bar, we went to another bar as there were no seats.

Nice room, very clean, the staff are lovely. Nice pool. Great location beside the beach and close to lots of bars/restaurants.

Our bed wasn't very comfy - very hard. The toilet was really smelly - there is a drain vent right beside it and it smelled pretty awful. Maybe just our room? Other than that it was really good. It would be a great place to take teenagers as the breakfast is a self help buffet that kids would love, and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to hang out at the beach.

My wife and I really liked the layout and location of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fresh each morning and the waitstaff were very attentive. The pool was clean and there were always plenty of chairs available. The location close to the beach allowed for walks each morning, we well as a short walk or taxi ride to restaurants in Seminyak for afternoon / evening activities.

We were not overly impressed with our room. The bed was not very comfortable and the air conditioning in our small room really struggled to bring the temperature down to sleep comfortably each night. That said, we did not ask to be moved and I'm sure the hotel staff would have quickly accommodated us if we had reported the complaint while staying here.

This was our 7th time to Balisani. We keep coming back because of the location but even more so because of the Staff! The staff are all fantastic BUT our absolute favorite is Bagus, closely followed by Ben and Sri. Such beautiful individuals.

I've been saying for years... they need to replace the decking around the pool. it's becoming dangerous.

Price on the menu is not the price you pay. $31 AUS per person for a below average buffet breakfast is extremely overpriced. The steak sizzle and Balineses dance was dissappointing and not worth the money.

People putting towels on pool chairs in the morning to reserve them. Then not using them for hours, so others couldn’t. Should not be allowed to do this Very selfish!

We loved the poolside area, you did not have to do anything, the staff were very attentive and would serve you food and drinks all day. The fish in the ponds are hilarious. they follow you everywhere you go. We loved the old-fashioned Balinese style to this hotel, keeping with tradition We WILL be returning Jan/Feb 2025 for sure.

OK, the beach was out of commission due to the ongoing work, however, we knew about this prior to booking and to tell you the truth it did not make one bit of difference, there are so many places around the grounds and pool to place your lounger or bean bags and the workers weren't too noisy. What I don't like are people who complain about this and give this hotel a poor rating because of this. This work is happening all along the coast to improve the area and is affecting every beachside hotel. Work is due to be finished in December, I believe.

Beautiful traditional Balinese garden setting, right by the beach. We had some amazing sunsets sitting by the pool. Friendly accommodating staff. Food at hotel is very good, if you do not feel like going out. Can recommend the Warungs on the beach around the corner of the hotel as well.
