One of the best stays I've ever had. Dewi at the reception and the rest were amazing throughout. Breakfast was good. Clean overall. Pool table & PS4 at the bar were added bonus.

The only drawback I suppose is the slight lack of ventilation along the corridors. Nothing apart from that!

the location, the room, the breakfast is superb, the staff is superb and also the ambient is good.

A modern, Marriot hotel. Part of a global chain. I think that tells you what you need to know. Excellent air conditioning in rooms with stylish, contemporary decor. A great pool with terrific views. Attentive staff. Nice restaurant. After the chaos of Bali it was a pleasure to return to Aloft each day.

The location midway between Seminyak and Canggu meant that a journey to Seminyak Village could be a slow crawl. That isn't the fault of the hotel, it's the over-tourism and traffic congestion in Bali. Dining options not as plentiful compared to Central Seminyak.

Welcoming extremely helpful staff. Very neat, confortable, clean, well maintained and airy with modern finishes. Rooptop pool and restaurant are beautiful and a lovely treat at the end of a long touring day. Good value for money. Location is fairly good too.

The pictures showing the sea view from the rooftop suggest that the hotel is pretty much on the beach or overlooking it. This was the main reason we booked it, so that we could be by the beach. While the walking distance is very short (200m), you go through some busy back roads to get there. The pictures could therefore mislead.

I arrived very late after my flight and on arriving was very warmly greeted by the staff on duty. It as my daughter's birthday the week before and they beautifully decorated the room for her. The A/C was amazing, the room so cool and quiet, loved the decor. The beds were so comfortable, perfect for jet lag and rest. We had a pool swim up room which we loved as it was so nice to cool down in. The roof top pool is as gorgeous as it looks in the photos, I spent lots of time in the evenings enjoying the sunsets and the views and we enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. Top marks for the amount of bottled water provided (and a tap in the hallway) and the dairy free coffee whitener and decaf coffee sachets. It's fabulously located for Canguu and Seminyak and there's a great very cheap laundry right next door. I only stayed for 4 nights but was sad when I left, a lovely welcoming hotel and perfect start to my stay in Bali, I would definitely return here.

Before my travel I did feel alot of pressure to pay in full for the room though I had selected payment on arrival which almost put me off staying there but I just said I would pay on arrival and the messages did stop. There was no option to pay on departure which is strange for such a large brand as Marriott. The only other thing to note is that the food options are limited for those with dietary restrictions, very little vegan food hardly anything for breakfast yet they still charge full price so we went out for breakfast every day instead. I asked for a decaf coffee in the rooftop restaurant and they didn't have that either which was a surprise and can be easily rectified especially when they have decaf sachets in the room.

It is a lovely hotel! The rooms are big and stylish, the lobby has games including a billiard table, the infinity pool at the rooftop is the perfect spot to relax. There is great variety at the breakfast buffet and you can also choose eggs the way you want them cooked, or waffles/pancakes/crêpes prepared the minute you order them.

The tiles at the shower floor need a bit of a maintenance. The room had sometimes a weird smell. There aren't many things to do in the area, but with a motorbike you can easily access nearby areas.

Wow! This was a lovely hotel with modern coloured furnishings and interior. It was clean and comfortable! Staff were extremely lovely and kind, always being helpful and accommodating offering advice of places to visit. The breakfast is a MUST, it was absolutely amazing, so much choice and wonderful delicious food! Our room was spacious and had a huge bed! Pillows and bedding were so luxurious and comfortable! Definitely felt relaxing and could not hear other guests so had amazing sleep! There was also a great selection of toiletries. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was in a bit of a remote area compared to where we previously had stayed. Not as busy area so some would probably prefer this.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the moment we got there to the moment we left! They went above and beyond always, it was my birthday whilst the stay and they did an amazing display in the room. The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable - perfect for our stay!

The only things that weren't so great were the dry cleaning we had done - came back still smelling probably worse than when they went of smoke and sweat of course. This was soon rectified and then just the music by the pool, it was such a great area to relax but they had about 10 songs if that on repeat all day everyday at the pool!

Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Good facilities and great location. Nice restaurants nearby and the beach is not too far. They provide a social space with a pool table and games which is good fun. Lots of amenities in the room. Best coconut water in Seminyak! Recommend for your trip to this side of Bali. The F&B manager, Ajung, was tentative to my dietary requirements and catered nicely.

Room location was under kitchen and noisy beteeen 23:00-00:30. Had to call reception to request something be done.. they addressed it rather fast on the first evening, however the hotel need to sound proof the areas above rooms on the third floor… maybe a thick rubber material should be placed on the floor in the kitchen area above said rooms

Excellent staff… extremely friendly & accommodating.. 6 star staff
