Beautiful villa that lives up to the pictures online. staff were lovely.

location. quite far from seminyak and Canggu so need transport and traffic quite bad. also quite loud with a function centre directly across the road.

We loved this house. Quiet, safe and so much space! The beds were huge. The bathrooms were great. The social/family spaces were stunning. Nothing was too much for the staff, who were just delightful. Breakfast was great and it was a treat to have it cooked for us in our kitchen. The beach club was a good recommendation from staff and the actual beach was very close by - easy to walk to both. The vibe is pretty chilled around there. The main street is also within walking distance, with food shops, restaurants, tattoo and massage parlours. Perfect.

The Villa looked beautiful exactly like in the pictures with a decent sized pool(Deep pool).

With young children the staircase was a bit scary because it doesn’t have a hand rail or anything, also in our villa the door of the third floor was broken, it was easy access for my toddler to go to to the third level, mind you the third floor is dangerous you can fall over as it is not fenced or anything.

The villa is huge for 10 of us. the common areas are spacious. the greenery at the entrance and the front courtyard is nice. we were offered welcome coconut drinks and fruit platter which was a delight . the water dispenser for drinking is a plus. the place is quiet. getting around is not difficult by using Grab. the staff are all very helpful and responsive, always serving a smile. We ordered food from their villa menu and they were tasty, it turned out that day was rainy. the pool is clean. A lot of big couches to sit on in the hall areas. A pleasant place for big groups and families

The fan in one of the bedrooms runs at one speed only and at high speed and is noisy but the speed control is not working to reduce it. So i had to turn off the fan so it makes the air in the room still and stuffy while we were sleeping . to increase the aircon fan speed is not possible because it is noisy. Eden property should look into it.

Pool was great, location was quiet but close to what i wanted, great food etc. Friendly staff, great pool and villa, very clean, in-house chef team were also great and supported gluten-free etc, definitely recommend this place, we actually are considering returning and staying again whereas normally we move around.

Laneway to enter the villa area is alongside a small river which can stink, but its no a problem really. Nothing negative about the property or people they were fantastic.

This was the perfect villa for my friends and I (5 couples). It was great to have the privacy of all having our own rooms with ensuites. Location was great to be able to head into either Seminyak or Canggu. We loved our stay

The villa itself was beautiful but is slightly tired. They were doing renovations to the villa right next to us at the moment which was really noisey during the day. There was also crowing rosters at the property next door to our villa which kept some of my friends up during the night.

The layout was spacious and pleasant. Gorgeous outlook. Furniture was functional. Loved the outdoor tv. Pool was amazing. The lighting in the gardens was so beautiful at night. Rooms were huge.

The place is being renovated which did not impact our stay at all. But a freshen up would make this property a stand out in the area. A bar fridge in the rooms would be good and bottled water in the bathrooms would be a good idea too. There was not much I didn’t like that is not being actioned. The toilet had to have numerous flushes at times. The fan in the bedrooms was a tad temperamental. Nothing much I didn’t like! It’s a beautiful place.

The villa was huge with a great pool, beautiful gardens, close to the beach, comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and attentive, villa was clean, breakfast was good. It had everything we needed for our stay and was just what we were after.

Some parts of the villa are a little tired and could use some upgrades - mainly the plumbing. Music from the nearby beach clubs was noisy until quite late on a couple of nights.

It was well located for getting to the main restaurant’s and beach clubs. Plenty of space snd super clean. Also free shuttle bus to Cafe Del Mar and free entrance along with several other restaurants .. very good and should promote this on website

The fact we had 5 bedrooms, central location and modern vibe.

We had to have maintenance and trades in on our first day to clean the rooftop bath, fix broken locks on windows and dripping air cons. Safety aspect wasn’t great, we even found a beam of wood linking two villas three stories up that our children nearly discovered. The three bedroom villas were way better maintained than our 5 bedroom.
