Breakfast was freshly cooked for us in the villa. It is a very spacious, nice villa over 3 stories, views of the beach from the balcony. Beautiful garden and pool. It was very relaxing, we had a great time. The staff was wonderful.

The pool only has 2 steps down, if you have any physical problems or you're older, it won't be easy to get out. The booking didn't state that the villa is spread out over 3 storeys, so it was a bit hard on my aching knees. The place is a bit further out from everything that I was anticipating, but not too bad.

Villa is huge and very private. Staff quick to respond to any issues and very helpful. Staff made breakfast if needed and it was very good. Scooters were essential for getting around.

No steps down into the pool, so easy to jump in and difficult to get out. Could do with a table outside for drinks and food. Outdoor shower doesnt work. Nowhere to hang towels so theyre drying over doors and cupboards. Air conditioning only in bedroom, so rest of villa is very warm.

The location was only a few minutes walk to the beachfront in the northern end of Seminyak between Seminyak beach and Canggu. We had a view of the beach from upstairs on the balcony and a lovely private garden and pool area downstairs. The villa was extremely spacious with full kitchen and a living area both downstairs and upstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cold filtered drinking water dispenser was a welcome addition. The bedroom areas are airconditioned but the other living areas are served by fans but being near the sea there was a lovely breeze so this was sufficient.

The only thing to be aware of is that the villas are across the road from a large beach club and from time to time there was a bit of music coming from there but it was usually just in the afternoons and did not play late into the night so didn't really disturb us.

the properly is MASSIVE. great space for a family! we were a couple so the space was way too big for just us! but still so lovely. the staff were great and arranged flowers on the bed for us for my fiancé’s birthday the morning of check in when I asked last minute. so close to the beach!

Could use a bit more outdoor furniture (table and chairs) and more glassware.

The villa was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. No meals there but there are a few options nearby, found a great cafe, Granary, just a short walk. Also laundromat, convenience store and massage close by. Beach club next door had good food. Lots of taxis available and short trip to more touristy areas, about $4 Aus.

The neighbourhood was less touristy than others, very limited shopping/eating options, not as clean. The pool wasn’t easy to access or exit for someone older, deep rough concrete steps.

Location privacy close to beach. Breakfast was made for you in your villa. Friendly staff always helpful and provided weather information to us. Pool area was great.

It was really hot and no aircon downstairs in common areas only in bedroom.

Steps in pool- didn’t exist- difficult to get in and out Room booking- not clear on website. The villas have main bedroom plus two downstairs- they are locked unless upgrade- this wasn’t clear on booking.com site Towels needed upgrading- stained

Location was very close to the beach. Villa was very big and the pool and garden were amazing. Hosts were great and very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Doors don’t close fully so loads of mosquitoes can get inside.
