The size and intimate nature of the hotel is perfect. The staff knew who you were by the second day and were very friendly. The food in the hotel is excellent. The rooms were lovely in style and the beds were huge and very comfy. We had three of the garden villas which worked really well with teenage and adult daughters to allow them their space. The pool was a great temperature and it’s close to the beach and beachfront restaurants. The restaurant service was excellent and choice of food was very good. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping. They got to know our routine and would wait for us to go to breakfast and would have our room cleaned before we got back. This wasn’t a one off, they did it every time. I know it’s a small detail but this kind of care was echoed throughout the service of the hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and quality of the hotel.

These comments certainly aren’t things I didn’t like but merely observations. The pool tiles need attention. They are not sharp or anything but loose. The bedroom air conditioning units are probably getting close to needing to be replaced and the toilet in our room would run water a lot, probably quite wasteful. The sunbed cushions either need a good steam clean or replacing. It would have been nice to have a pool bar attendant at the pool bar all during the day so we didn’t need to beckon someone over. Nothing can be done about this but I wish it was a closer walk to the food street. It’s about a 30 minute walk but I had a five month old in a pushchair and the streets aren’t very pushchair friendly, a carrier would have been better for me.

Great smaller resort that was the perfect size for my small family. Great location a short walk from the beach and ample access to some great restaurants. The hotels restaurant offered comparable options. Loved the decor and room but the staff were the best part. Extremely helpful and extremely friendly. Managing two young girls by myself was often times messy and chaotic. Our room was always a mess but they created a miracle each night. Restaurant and reception staff were equally helpful. Pool was a great size for your kids and they not only had chairs but large umbrellas available. Everything just felt to be a great size. Not overwhelming and not lacking either.

If we had to pick something it would be bathroom grout but honestly it was fine. Pool tiles needed replacement or at least adhesive repair but it kind of added to the whole Bali charm and aesthetic.

The Bungalows were lovely and great for a large group. Staff went out of their way to provide a great experience at the pool bar and restaurant. Everyone from Gardeners to reception staff hard-working and pleasant. Special thank you to Ketut, Indra A new location for us to stay in Bali. A little more quiet but pleasantly surprised about more relaxation time. 100m walk to beach, relaxed restaurant vibe on the beach for sunset and dinner. Mari Beach Club also same walking distance. Close distance by car to Canngu. Sometimes traffic a bit slow heading to Seminyak & Legian. We enjoyed the pool time and swim up bar with family and friends.

Nice meals at the restaurant, however at times a little slow with the delay in serving food. Breakfast included in our accommodation price. All made fresh A la carte with good variety of selection. Pool tiles loose in pool and management awareness to repair. We did not let it effect our time in the pool.

Kashantee Village was by far our favorite stay in Bali! We stayed there for 6 nights with a group of 3 friends and everything was above expectations. Room was nice and cozy, comfy beds, clean bathroom. The pool area was super cute, I think it has been renovated recently. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, absolutely delicccious and we tried something different everyday! The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel like at home. The property had a lot of green and lushness. Loved it, definitely worth coming back!

Pool needed serious maintenance we asked for twin beds but got double son had to pay $200 dollars extra for mattress on floor

The staff were amazing, super helpful and always so happy to see us! We had bungalows right in front of the pool, they were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had good food, the pool was good too! Regular fogging kept the mossie numbers down, the bed also had a bug net around it which helped. You could also get your room cleaned each day which was amazing :)

Had a few minor hiccups with the room, but these were fixed very quickly. The pool is missing a few tiles below water level, but this doesn't affect the use of it. The location was okay, a little bit away from food places at times. Cocktail hour is probably a little short and sneaky, it's buy 2 get the 3rd free. We would love to see this as buy one get one free!
