12-minute walk to the Beach. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, shops, and ATMs on the street. The hotel has a beautiful yard and a public pool. It is so quiet, hiding from the busy street. We stayed in a retro-style 2-bedroom villa with a small lovely yard and a private pool. The kitchen and dining area are in the yard, very quiet and private. The yard has plenty of lights and looks nice at night. The rooms are spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed. Both the two bathrooms have a huge bath. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is taken to your yard on time.

Breakfast was average, with only 3 options: American style, pancake and vegetarian. We had to have the same breakfast every day. The towels are not so clean, over-washed with marks. One of the shower heads was half-blocked. There were dead insects in the pool. The TVs are small. No hairdryer. The street is too busy and takes effort on the narrow sidewalk to walk to the beach. The beach nearby is quite messy. Even though we still love it and give it 10 points.

We received an excellent service from the friendly and dedicated staff who did their very best to ensure that we were happy. The breakfast that was served in our villa every morning was really nice - loved the fresh fruits. The bedroom and bathrooms were really clean and the villas were cleaned everyday. The beddings and linen were always fresh and the air conditioners in the villas were brand new. On the occasion of my daughter's 18th birthday, the staff decorated her bedroom and gave her a small cake which was well appreciated.

The reception area looks outdated and needs to be renovated in order to become more welcoming.

My stay was absolutely exceptional! Everything from the staff who were so kind and accommodating, always happy to help. The room was gorgeous, with a nice decor and a lovely bathroom. AC in the room. Super clean. Very nice and plenty breakfast and in a great location, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants around. Shoutout to Agus for helping me organize a tour and transport and to the rest of the staff helping me with the early check in and early breakfast.

Good size rooms. Location is also nice. little away from main Seminyak party zone which was what we were looking for. Fairly close to the beach as well.

Breakfast options were poor. Some small maintenance issues like loose tiles in bathroom etc.

We had a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. The way the villas are laid out in the entire property is pretty cool. There is complete privacy even thought there's a villa bang opposite yours. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are big too

One point particularly is not appreciated. The bathroom doors are clear see through glass. I really don't understand why would there be see through glass bathroom doors when thisis a family friendly place. If there is an another person in the room,the bathroom is pretty much unusable, the other person has to get out of the room to give privacy to the person using the bathroom. It might be ok with some families but not us and not not most. They just need to change the glass and give complete privacy to the person using the bathroom. This is not an adults only or a honeymoon hotel where this would be acceptable. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

Villa is beautiful, well equipped and spacious. The western breakfast was alright but we would have preferred a local option. The doors to the villa could have been better because it was hand made wood and not very sturdy - luckily security was excellent. Hospitality and service were the best parts, Balinese warmth and helpfulness beyond compare. Great location at the border of Seminyak and Canggu

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. The cleanliness of the villa was exceptional. It was modern, full of light and spacious. The swimming pool was a perfect size and secluded. Agus and his team are exceptional in everything they do. The location of this villa is great too. Cafes, bars, restaurants are all within walking distance and the beach is approx. a 10 minute walk.

A beautiful boutique villa with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, made even better by the dedicated villa management team who provided outstanding hospitality throughout our 3-night stay. They even went the extra mile by upgrading us to a larger villa located right in front of the pool. It was such a strategic location—perfect for traveling to either Canggu or central Seminyak, making everything very convenient. However, traffic in Bali is getting increasingly congested, so using Gojek or riding a bike is ideal. We’re incredibly grateful to the team for taking such good care of the villa. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, giving us three nights of peaceful, uninterrupted sleep—turning this trip into a true recovery vacation.

The houses are so cute, agree with the guests before me writing - it’s just like the pictures. There is one pool to share but since the bigger villas have their own pool we mostly had it for ourselves. Staff are super nice. Just a short walk, 10 min, to the beach. A lot of nice places around for a bite to eat, example Watercress, Granary, Strawberry fields for some pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Really nothing but for the house to improve on could be, more towel hangers in the bathroom. Always good to have a lot of places to hang your wet beach wear. Breakfast was the same everyday so for a longer stay might be a bit boring, two options to swop around could be nice.

we really loved our stay here! some people said about the bungalows being close to busy street but honestly it was a quiet and pleasant stay for us! the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom was beautiful, and we loved the surroundings. it is also in a good location, easy to get to any place in Seminyak or Canggu, the staffs are all very attentive to our needs and help us with everything we need, like motor rental, massage recommendation and even places to go! breakfast was also simple and lovely, they have quite a range of menu. we would totally go back again!
