A lovely property, very clean, staff very helpful and welcoming. Beds great, breakfast delivered to room each morning lovely and generous.

Design of villa looked fabulous but a bit quirky. The top level with amazing pool was great, but no pool fence on outside edge, if I had children with me I would have been scared the entire time, plus there was no closable or lockable door from top level to main house area below, so insects could not be sealed out and same with children. As 2 adult friends sharing, none of this was a concern for us. Kitchen area was lacking a few necessities, but most people don't cook for themselves as restaurants so cheap.

We had a fantastic stay at The Wina Villa, seminyak. Kids enjoyed the pool so much. Great memories!

the rooms has to be more cleaned, vaccum under the sofa dressings tables as it was very dusty. the pool area should also be vaccumed and mop. toilets still had a strange odour after cleaned. there should be aroma diffuser or fragrance so the toilet and room smell better,the sofa near pool and living area also should cleaned fabric, sink area in living room too many ants. if this issues can be rectified..the stay would have been more pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Wina Villa in Seminyak! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful, private setting that made me feel like I was in my own little oasis. The spacious layout, especially the outdoor area with its private pool, provided the perfect environment for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was arranging transport or recommending local spots, they made me feel right at home. The location was also ideal—just a short distance from Seminyak’s vibrant shopping, dining, and nightlife scene, but tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. Overall, my stay at Wina Villa was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Bali!

The vibe of the place is really really nice! It’s like a little gem where you feel like home away from home, in your own little private bubble so to say. The pool is really nice, same as the breakfast and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the staff. All the basic necessary amenities are provided, alongside with pool towels, kitchen ware, ect. Also, there’s a place 10 min walk away called Bali Boozy (serves relatively cheap food and drinks, particularly local Arak mixed cocktail in a bottle for 70idr, definitely with the try!)

It’s a little walk off the main things but as a 10/15 min walk; even to the beach it’s not that big of a deal tbh. Could use little hand towels in bathrooms and in the kitchen, but it’s also not a deal breaker.

They have arranged every thing for us in time and perfect. Initially concerned of some reviews of near by rice fields and all , but they took care of all issues and made sure all in place. In room villa is nice and reception guy comes even for smaller issue to fix. They cleaned the room when kids did some thing and whenever we want. His name is Andika and he is very helpful. Location is near to seminayak beaches and shopping and spa etc. They did provide in room spa facility and that's great help when we have children and difficult to outside. Please note , we stayed here after staying in Ubud for 4 days so our intention is to visit beach and clubs etc.. If you just plan to stay here for all of the balis stay , I think it will be far from areas like ubud , mount batur etc.. and need more time to travel.

Only problem is they don't have within in villa dining and very less in room dining menu that they get from outside. But grab food is there and lot of Indian restaurant's.

I liked the layout of the villa and living spaces. Having a lounge/kitchen with air con and an open air living spaces gives options to how you want to chill in the villa. All the rooms are a good size including the bathroom. The pool is always a perfect temperature and a good size and depth. The location is great and perfectly situated so you don't hear any road noise. The view from the upper floor/pool area overlooks a nice field

The pillows were a bit too firm/fluffy. A lower profile pillow would be nice. With that the bed would be most comfortable. A shade sail over a part of the pool for the midday sun would be nice as there's no shade from after midday. The fridges in the villas I rented could use a defrost clean for the build up of ice, or just chip out the ice from the freezer compartment

We really enjoyed our stay here, I wish its more than just 2 nights 3 days. Will definitely be back again with them. Honestly this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in Bali. Room were amazing, Staff were great and very accommodating, food were good. Traffic around the location but I still give them a 5 stars as its just near to everywhere. Better to walk or ride/go with a bike to go around. As the car might get stuck in traffic. The only suggestion for them is to have a full size mirror in the villa for us to get ready for the night/day out as the mirror they have is only in the toilet. Also, maybe better quality or design for the room slippers. :)

There was no full size mirror and their room slippers need to be updated in terms of quality and design cause the overall villa is amazing. wifi can be tricky but I have no problem with that.

There is a full indoor kitchen at ground floor and has Ready hot and cold water for tea and coffee in the water dispenser. There is extra toilet at gnd floor.I like so much. There is good pool and great bedroom and indoor bathroom and bathroom have separate bathtub and shower cabin, toilet and two sinks, very good. Also there is a wifi each floor seperately and I think fast. Also if you want to massage; it is cheap and masseur does in your villa’s bedroom it’s so cool you can directly take shower no need to walk

We saw some insect at 2nd floor terrace near the pool and called to recepcion somebody came and took them. There is no bad thinks about the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay in this villa. The villa looks new and located at the outskirt of seminyak. And there's a mart located right at the entrance of this villa which is very convenience for us. There's also a spa right in front of the villa where i did my hair braids done. And there's also eateries and cafes within walking distance. The check in process was smooth and their staff is lovely. We upgraded our breakfast to floating breakfast and it was so worth it. The food tasted great and the basket is beautifully done using fresh flowers. Water pressure is great. They have complete kitchen utensils. You can enjoy a lush green view while swimming in their infinity pool. The bed is super comfy and we had a good night sleep. Everything is working in this villa. Also my toddler enjoy it so much. We will definitely chose The Wina Villa Seminyak again for our next visit.

Very spacious villa and private pool was amazing. We ordered the floating breakfast which was a special experience. The massage was done in the rooms and we even had express laundry service.

The aircon in upstairs bedroom wasn't working that well and the bathroom was steaming hot. There was water leaking at front door possibly from the aircon or pool. Central location but it was hard to find grab so we had to walk down to other streets to get alternative transport. Breakfast was usually late and I had to message front desk who came about an hour later than advised.
