Staff was absolutely so friendly welcoming and extremely hopeful and efficient food was delicious and property was kept extremely clean swimming pool was divine … all the staff from the guards to the staff inside were so friendly and helpful . Our candle light organised by the hotel was absolutely beyond and above our expectations was not expecting it to be so amazing they went in to such details that was amazing and heart touching ♥️

Overall a good experience. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and timely. Kudos to them. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. The cleaning system as a matter of routine should be switched early morning.

A suggestion. Keeping in mind that one pays roughly 3.3 million idr per day; the promotion of a free mini bar is actually laughable and actually off putting. I stayed in Javana Royal based on the reviews and my requirements and enjoyed my experience and not for a free mini bar. If you are going to highlight it atleast fill it up a little with a couple of beers etc. Currently it had one can (and that too the tiniest one) of sprite and coke and one snack, and two wafer!!

The staff were very accommodating, attentive, and kind. Always happy and cheerful. It was a delight seeing their faces every day. The place was extremely relaxing and comfortable. We loved coming back to the Villa after a day out and about in the hot weather. The air conditioning was superb (we have had many average air conditioners at other villas, so this was extremely important). The pool was just perfect. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The only things that could have made this stay better was perhaps a larger fridge (because we stayed for 2 weeks, we wanted to store more things) and perhaps a microwave. But this was nothing that we didn't know before we chose this villa, so we were not at all disappointed :-)

A huge room, great location(easy access to shops and nice restaurants nearby), Villa vibe, yummy breakfast, shuttle service to the nearest beach!

2 things I put total rating 8 : Bathroom was spacious as well, but I didn’t feel it’s clean. I could see the hotel cleaned a bathroom, but water stain and no shiny bathroom sink. Also, hot/cold water from shower head was out of control, they just came out randomly. Tv was there, but wifi was not connected to the tv so it was not working. The tv was not user friendly, so you better ask staff to connect tv first when they bring you to the room on the first day. I only stayed one night in this hotel, so I didn’t ask much. I stayed in 4 different hotels while I was in Bali, but it never happened in other hotels.

The facility is perfect in terms of comfort. The room was incredibly spacious, clean and modern. The pool was big. It is in a very nice location. You can easily reach many popular places on foot or by taxi. There are cafes, restaurants and everything around. From the first step into the facility until we left, the staff took care of us with all their helpfulness. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly and sweet. We would like to come here once again. It was perfect! Centrally located, yet tucked in a peaceful & quiet garden. Beautifully designed, spacious, clean & comfortable. Each villa has a private swimming pool that is daily maintained. The staff was polite and at our disposal the entire time of our stay - each morning they would bring us breakfast with a smile and that is how our day would start! Plenty of breakfast options to choose from, but I would also note that the property has its own restaurant as well as a small spa center. They also kept our luggage safe while we were in Ubud for a couple of days. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

The staff were incredibly accomodating, smiley and kind. Very patient in helping us to speak Indonesian. Also very thoughtful. For example, they noticed and fixed the squeaky door during the room cleaning without us even saying anything. Very efficient communication on WhatsApp and staff had a great level of English. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed being in villa 8 because it was down the end so it was definitely a very quiet stay. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options, including many vegetarian options. The cleaning of the room was to a high standard and they lit a mosquito coil near the door each night which was a great touch. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable (we are picky with the bed comfort levels when we travel so this was great!). Netflix was available on the TV and the air conditioning worked very well. We stayed 7 nights and would definitely come back! Thank you very much to all of the staff.

Keep in mind, I’m being VERY picky here. The wallpaper was peeling slightly in some spots and the sink tap was a little wobbly and sometimes dripped. Just small things that are probably due for some quick maintenance. The coffees wasn’t very hot some days but we were down the end in villa 8 so it definitely was a long walk for them so it was understandable. After we mentioned it, they did do their very best to bring the coffees hot in the morning which was appreciated. The only other thing would be that there aren’t steps to get into the pool but it wasn’t a problem for us as we are still young. Despite these SMALL things, still a superb stay!! We loved it!! Thank you again.

Right from the get go, every one of the staff (from security, reception, to room service) at Javana were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was very clear and detailed in providing us with all the information we needed. It was raining 2 of the days when we returned to the villa, and the staff ensured to shelter us to/fro the buggy and dropped us off at the villa. Throughout the stay, the staff were extremely responsive whether through call or whatsapp, making the stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable as well. The location was great in terms of food and massage options, yet at the same time provided a quiet and relaxing environment to return to at the end of the day.
