I loved the rooftop pool. There was always someone there to hand out towels or make drinks, it was amazing. The staff at the reception were extremely nice Their SPA was 10/10, probably the best massage I had in Bali The room itself was very clean, the towels smelled super nice The location is absolutely perfect, there are several supermarkets nearby, the beach is a short walk away and the restaurants are amazing and all a short walk away I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Seminyak they are extremely professional and our stay was just amazing

The breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional The restaurant itself was pretty disappointing, the staff were very nice don't get me wrong, but the food was definitively lacking The room windows don't do a great job of filtering out the street noise so that's something you'll have to deal with while you sleep. I didn't mind it but I can see why someone would

- Hotel was ok, and the most important is clean. - I was happy with the hospitality of (some of) the staff, especially the staff NINGSIH, she was very nice with the customers. I said some of the staff, because not everyone is friendly. I can see some staff in the FO, sitting and just look at to the guest when they passing without greet or even say hi. - the security guys outside is just so good man. always greeting, and willing to help without me asking. Thanks guys!!

- for now, the don’t provide breakfast in the restaurant bcoz the restaurant still not operate, but they offer the breakfast service in the box. hope that soon their restaurant will open. - at beginning I was a bit annoyed with the other guest (group of young people, who stay in the 1st floor exactly down my room), they are very noisy every night. sitting at the terrace, talk loud and laughing like screaming. it’s annoying, because every time they’re start, I have to call reception for telling them. so I think the management have to inform the guest to minimise the noise especially during rest time at night, at least respect other guest.

The property was very good. We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay. The location is close to everything. The bike rental is just outside of the hotel. Money exchange is right opposite, grocery store, bakery, spa everything is around the hotel. Beach clubs like Atlas, Finns is 15 mins in bike. Potato head is like 10 mine away. In terms of accessibility, comfort and cleanliness I’ll recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and courteous.

We are vegetarian and for them the breakfast options are like close to none. Literally we went to the bakery opposite the hotel for breakfast. I believe there is a great room for improvements in breakfast spread for vegetarian

Excellent! I had a lovely Room near Gym and pool. The room was spacious and bathroom modern with a lovely shower. Housekeeping was excellent and very helpful helping me with orders for work and occasionally translating Indonesian messages. In fact a shout out to Agus head Housekeeping for helping me with repacking my orders. Front office staff were friendly & helpful. Thank you to all the staff, I had a lovely stay & would definitely recommend & stay again. Yanard

I love this hotel! Rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The staff are amazing. The hotel has great facilities including gym, two pools, restaurant, rooftop bar, spa. The location is perfect. The staff stored our luggage for us for a few days while we went to another island which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back during my next trip to Seminyak.

this place is my new home in Semyniak. the staff is very very very nice. Jaya in the reception as well as all the team. I felt home and safe here. The rooms are big, the massage with Diana was one of the best I took in Bali so far. the reception is open 24h and very very very helpful. I am glad I chose this hotel in Semyniak they treat me well and I recommend it 100%. it’s central you have everything around. it’s very clean. I spent 1 week in this hotel that became home after all this time. you can order your breakfast in your room or anything it’s very nice.

I loved the comfort of this hotel and its staff. The location was amazing with multiple cafes/restaurants at your doorstep. Very convenient location in Seminyak (probably the best) But the best thing about this hotel was Mr.Yadi (the manager) and his customer service and hospitality towards all of his guest. I initially booked to stay at this hotel for 1 night but extended my stay for 10 days due to the wonderful staff. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Mr.Yadi I appreciate you're professionalism.
