We were meet at the property upon arrival by Ari and her staff who could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. Overall the property was well presented, a little tried around the edges but at this price point more than acceptable. The pool was lovely and private. And ad we visited in the 'wet season' it did rain however that made little effect upon our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious with direct access to the pool. Everything in the room worked and functioned well. We didn't opt for the breakfast in our booking wanting to get out and explore our surroundings and where very happy with the options - across the road in 'cafe 707' which was fantastic, and around the corner 'kynd cafe' (my wife tricked me taking me here as its a vegan cafe - but the pancakes where fantastic.. but i need to pay more attention to what she says apparently..) Also across the street was a great massage spot and just $22aud for a 90 minute massage it was part of our daily ritual. There is a reputable money changer across the road also. Big tip, for dinner you must try Ling Lings 60meters down the road it was excellent. If you are wanting to go to Potato Head beach club its just an easy 800 meter walk back up the main road (easy to miss the entrance driveway too it though.. again something my wife said about not paying attention..) Overall, there a hundred places you can stay in this area at this price point as we scoured all the reviews but we were super happy with our decision to stay. The privacy and superb location made for a great stay - its just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle I had read some peoples concerns about mosquitoes, yes there where a few outside (its Bali, its the tropics and yes they have mosquitoes) but not too many (i should know as i attract them normally, and yes i was bitten a couple of times but not badly). But leave the doors closed to your room and no issue.

Well it was raining one night and the shower was outside, so i got wet getting to it.. first world problems.. (the shower was nice and warm though) - there isn't an 'inside bathing option' which I am ok with but may not be to everyones taste

Everything and they even got us upgraded because it was my Birthday and we were celebrating our “anniversary” 😁Staff was so friendly and helpful, everything so close, loved that the Potato head club was within walking distance, we rode our scooter there but it only took us maybe 3 minutes or even less 😁I loved the shower outside, the swimming pool just out of our bedroom, and it was so nice the bath 🛀🏻 with lots of petals when we arrived the first night 🥰Also the bed! Thanks a lot Sanyas we will definitely be back in the near future! Xx I also recommend for those that doesn’t know about, there are a really nice Brazilian Aussie BBQ near by. About 5-10 minutes in a scooter 🛵 it was amazing and you should definitely try it!

Just a bit noisy from the clubs outside haha. I could sleep through as I was always tired at night 😴😅😂 But my boyfriend found a bit difficult because it was loud and went through till 2:30am to 3am till it got quieter I think. I guess if you decide to stay right in the middle of Seminyak you should expect some noise haha.

The most genuine, warmest welcome, all staff were exceptional and always smiling.....just beautiful! Will most definitely be back to stay at The Sanyas......breakfast included was yummy, we had the perfect location, surrounded by great restaurants/bars and the amazing Pison Cafe which we found to amazing coffee. Thank you for making our holiday so relaxing and special.

The villas are looked right near lots of bars and restaurants. There is a mini mart right across the road and local food just down the road to the left which I would highly recommend. The staff arranged a motor bike which is the best way to get around. As for the villa and private pool, it was spacious and very relaxing. Everything was perfect.

The size of the whole suite was great for me. It had everything I needed to make sure my stay was good. I can honestly say, the whole staff groups went out of their way to make sure my stay we as relaxing as possible. They gave advice about different things and searched things up I had Q's about. I really enjoyed my own little slice of privacy, and the pool was a god send, staff worked around my daily routine, breakfast sharp at 11 am as per my request within the time scales set by the hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I am lucky enough to return to Bali.

The jacuzzi bath was a bit of a let down.

The pool area was amazing and relaxing! The staff were so friendly and accomodating and always happy to help. Comfortable and cosy sleeping area! Walking distance to pretty much anything you need as well as restaurants, bars and even the beach was only about a 15-20min walk.

The property i believe was built in 2006. Probably starting to show a bit of it’s age with a bit of wear and tare on a few things. We didn’t realise from the photos and probably our fault, but the shower is out in the complete open air. So if it was raining the shower was quite useless.

We arrived and received a room upgrade to the Junior Suite, which is bigger than the Deluxe. We were suprised by how beautiful and peaceful the villa was, we didn’t want to leave it. The bathroom being outside is very cool. The staff were also very friendly, kind, and helpful, they gave us breakfast which was very filling and had a good array of food.

The kitchen facilities need an update, but my partner and I weren’t in Bali to use the kitchen anyway. We didn’t plan to use the kitchen at all, the Villa is surrounded by great food options.

Great location and very friendly staff. Service was amazing and included breakfast had many tasty options. Air conditioning was fantastic and the mosquito netting around the bed worked well. Overall we loved our stay at Sanyas Suites and will definitely return next time we're in Seminyak

The mattresses are worn out. We did address it with the staff who kindly added extra douvés. There were a lot of mosquitos. Staff did their best to reduce their numbers by lighting coils each evening but we still got a few bites.

Great location & walking distance from heaps of great restaurants & only a short scooter ride to the beach but we hardly left the villa during the day it was so relaxing sitting by the pool. The staff were so friendly happy to help with any enquiry we had & the breakfast at the villa each morning was delicious our face was the banana pancake & the traditional Indonesian noodle breakfast. We highly recommended Sanyas suite & we will definitely be re-booking when we return to Bali again in the future.

The villas were nice, although you could see they are not new and crisp, but were very comfortable. Pool was nice and clean and we had good time as family there

Villas and outdoor furnishings got bit old and lots of mosquitoes outside so need to be equiped with it
