The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool and gardens are immaculately kept. We would definitely stay again

Both my parents and I felt the bedsheet/comforters were not clean enough. We have itchiness sleeping on the beds

Rama Residence is one of the best hotels I have stayed in… Its staff, hospitality, promptness in action, cleanliness… All are amazing. The rooms had ample space… They had a washing machine & dryer… A dining table in a corner of the entrance gives you a choice to enjoy food outside!!! My kids enjoyed the swimming pool… Wifi is great… You are always greeted by each staff with a smile that is customary of their rich Balinese culture. A big shout out to each and every staff member of the hotel (you guys are remarkable) For those looking for a high quality stay with value for money, this is definitely one of the best choices…

Location is great. You are within minutes away from great coffees, bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, spa, etc. To the beach it is 1km away. Unfortunately it is not really convenient to walk on the street in Bali. But, the hotel offered us free shuttle to the nearby beach or to Seminyak square (about 1km distance). What I really liked is, once you enter the property you will feel a different atmosphere. It is not a resort so we found the hotel was conveniently quiet and you could relax from the hustle in the city. We booked a two bedroom villa with private pool. The villa is very spacious, with really spacious master bedroom. The villa got 2 separate living rooms, whereas the 2nd living room can be accessed both outside or from the 2nd bedroom. In the 2nd living room, there is another pantry with water dispenser and dining area. The property itself is very clean and has every basic thinhs you need. Even in the laundry room they provided liquid detergent. There are sufficient amount of cutlery provided. Another thing to highlight is the staff. From front until the cleaning service staff, they are very attentive, friendly, helpful. One of the best I have seen during many years of traveling. 1 day prior our departure, the washing machine was broken, and the staff offered to do our laundry for free. Also, one thing to mention is, eventhough the hotel was full booked during our stay, but we saw not so many people... because they had private terrace in every room so you won't see anyone except in the pool area (which is also very rare😀) All in all, we were satisfied and would recommend the property for everyone, couple or family who look after quiet, relaxing place to stay in Seminyak.

There is actually nothing we didn't like. But just beware that you are staying by the nature, with many trees, so it is common to see bugs. We saw 1 spider, a centipede, and there were flies in the evening/at night so do not forget to have the main door remain closed!! And also, there is no restaurant in the hotel but again, you will find many good ones within minutes of walking, and online food delivery is also easy. Last thing to add, it would be great to have a bathtub in the villa, but this won't fault our stay 😊

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities are well kept and the greenery is lush and beautiful. The AC in the rooms worked wonderfully and there is not much traffic noise considering the location is in the middle of Seminyak. There is a complimentary 15 min foot massage and the therapist we had was so lovely.

The only thing I didn't like was some of the ants in the room, however that is very difficult to control. There was also ant repellent available in the room which was helpful.

Lovely small boutique hotel on a main road in Seminyak (although we did not hear too much noise). Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and shower, and great facilities (fridge, washing machine, water filter machine). Beautiful day bed outside to relax, pool area had comfortable seating and towels. Whenever I requested something, it was efficiently provided for (e.g. ice, glasses).

The ensuite basin mixer was stiff and hard to operate, and didn't drain properly. But the main disappointment was the restaurant next door. Not sure if it is associated with the hotel, but it is very average.

We loved our week here. The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem and they made us feel so welcome. Incredible customer service. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome with the wee card and the gorgeous elephant on our bed to the farewell when we left. Spacious room with a divine bed. So comfortable. The air con was awesome. We loved the outside area to sit in as it was private and peaceful. A free shuttle service, when a driver is available was a huge plus as it is a wee walk in the heat. The pool squabs were very comfortable and the pool was always clean and inviting. I loved how there was a supermarket across the road but we never used it as there are restaurants everywhere just minutes away. Walking back into the Villa felt like going into a tropical oasis as it felt peaceful and calm with soothing music playing. There was a small gym and a bakery beside the Villa. Having a washing machine in our Villa was amazing and also loved the hot and cold filtered water unit. Congratulations to the amazing staff for all you do to make this such a special place. Loved it all. Just having a small clothes rack to hang clothes inside would have been great.

I stayed here just for one night before I flew home. I thought it was very well located, within walking distance to my fav spots in Seminyak. The pool area was great, the rooms had quite a bit of detail with regards to facilities I did not expect. EG a water cooler, a small kitchen inc microwave. Rooms were spotless and the staff very friendly. I'd stay here again for sure.

Maybe they need new towels by the pool?

I had a fantastic stay at RAMA. Everything was just as it should be—comfortable and well-maintained. The room was great, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the hotel had excellent facilities, including a lovely swimming pool. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it is a solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would recommend it!

Wow! Where to begin.. The staff were exceptional, friendly, detail oriented and attentive. Could speak English very well, wish I could speak Indonesian! Shout out the the traffic guy that flagged traffic so we could get into the street whenever we were about to leave! This place is like nothing else you could find in Seminyak - Although it's on a popular street, I cannot say I heard traffic once past the reception area. The layout of the rooms at the back of the land was designed perfectly. The plants everywhere sets a nice ambience. Nice large clean pool with wet bean bags, loafers and sun umbrellas. Spa and restaurant with great affordable menu (120-170k average). Rooms are large, lovely comfy and king sized bed, loved having a big fridge and the cooking facilities as an option. Wardrobe, large shower and bathroom. Every room has a private outside area with a couch. We left a work phone behind and had already boarded our flight - the staff went above and beyond trying to get quotations for shipping to AU for us and got it all organised - thanks again! Will be back for sure!
