it was my second trip to Bali in 12 years and I was really elated to discover Vali Nyuh Gading Villas, the setting of the villa, both indoors and outdoors private pool located within the compound of our villa was truly something I was looking for. not to mention the affordability of the property, the villa is really beautiful and a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city! I would commend on the hospitality of the staff for their attentiveness to our needs and airport transfer to and fro from the airport is provided. the driver is also very careful with our luggage which is a nice touch, also he transferred us back and forth making sure that we were not late for our flights back. lovely people. lovely property. highly recommended! 👍

the appearance of random insects such as mosquitoes, lizards and cockroaches even a millipede but this is no fault of the villa as this is all part of location of the property in a such a natural setting with trees and plants around so we have to accept them as part of nature. the staff did their utmost to keep the villa really clean. thank you. the location of the villa is really secluded and you have to arrange for transport (Gojek or their vehicle) to go anywhere and for safety sake please do not try to walk outside of the compound alone especially at night for there are dogs around. again the staff also do their best to cater to all our needs

Staff were lovely and friendly, and they also arranged for birthday decorations and a cake to present on arrival (additional cost of 500k rupiah, $50 AUD). Breakfast is ordered the night before and delivered to your room in the morning. There are limited options available and it was basic but tasty. Shuttle available for airport pick up / drop offs, and also drop offs into Seminyak during the day. Villa was spacious and clean. Kitchen on site is only open in the mornings at the moment as they are struggling for staff, however you can order food through grab eats and have it delivered to your villa at any time of day. We had some great local food delivered for 12,000 rupiah ($12 AUD).

Swimming pool area in the villa was a bit grubby, the walls around the villa pool could do with a good clean. A mirror on the wall in the bedroom would be useful.

Absolutely loved my stay here. From booking, check in and pickup - the whole process was seamless. Pick up / Drop off - thankyou Agung for being the most excellent driver. I was extremely worried getting through bali airport snd "running the gauntlet". Agung made the whole peocess easier and less scary! The hotel - Stunning surrounds. The villa was immaculate and had excellent facilities. The private pool was a standout. Daily brekky delivered in the villa was absolutely a treat!! The staff - Stand out. So kind and considerste, and always happy to see me when I returned and wanted to know where I was going (this was nice as a solo traveller thst someone was looking out for me!). Able to give me helpful tips on transport time and helped me plan things. Note this is a little bit out of Seminyak so if you plan on spending time in town there is a bit of a commute required (~30 mins by grab). Can't wait to stay here again 😊😊😊

The only minor issue was the water pressure was not great in the shower.

Outstanding customer service. Best we have experienced anywhere. Genuine can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like we were the only guests staying at the villas. Excellent breakfast and lunches served in our villa. Appreciated the friendly shuttle (private car) service (thanks Agung) to the airport and in the local area. Well maintained villa and extremely clean. Friendly and welcoming staff without exception. Quiet residential area with rice padi's. Would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet retreat only 5 minutes from the Seminyak tourist area and beach.

Nothing. It suited our needs for a peaceful and relaxing stay. May not suit those looking to be in amongst the tourist action.

The facility is truly beautiful, a huge, clean room with a kitchen, two bathrooms (one of which is equipped with amenities for intimate hygiene rarely available abroad), and a private pool. Sufficiently varied breakfast, efficient staff. The location is only a few hundred metres away from normal, upmarket entertainment venues and restaurants

We found out at the facility that the spa is not physically in the same building and we still did not understand why, on the day of our arrival, we could not have dinner as the kitchen was occupied. At least a vademecum of the facility's rules or a list of the spa services available would be appreciated. The air conditioning made a very loud noise The necessity of waiting for them to check the room at check-out is not very pleasant: even if we assume the reasons for this for those who, like us, travel all the time and are not used to making trouble for facilities, it is certainly not pleasant.

- my second stay here. I always enjoying staying. - the staff are super lovely, kind and very helpful - free airport transfers (Agung was my driver both ways and is very nice) - villa is spacious and very clean. The pool in my villa was huge and also very clean - the grounds of the complex are lovely and the pools in the middle of the complex are beautiful - location is further back in Seminyak/Umalas however this doesn’t bother me - it is very quiet and everything is a short Grab ride away - breakfast is included and is very nice and is always served on time - they don’t have a laundry service or a laundry they are affiliated with however I was able to leave my clothes at reception for pick up by a laundry I organised and they paid the laundry with money I left at reception when my laundry was returned and they delivered it to my villa - villa is excellent value for money, will definitely stay again

- rain shower head in my villa was not working well. Staff explained it is because the hot water system in the villa runs on solar and it had been cloudy for three last 3 days. They offered to move us to another villa with a better working rain shower however we’d already unpacked in full so we stayed in the same villa and used the hand shower over the bath instead

We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish at Bali Nyuh Gading Villas. The villa was even better than we had imagined and it made our stay in Bali perfect. The staff were always incredibly nice and went over the top to accommodate us. For example when we were out all morning for an activity from very early, they provided us a late breakfast to our room. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. The driver Agung who picked us up and dropped us off to the airport was so lovely and helpful. He provided us with tips for our trip and we can't thank him enough. Breakfast was lovely and had a good range of breakfast options to select from each day. Bring mosquito repellent as there are plenty of mosquitos all around Bali.

My recent stay at Bali Nyuh Gading Villa in Bali was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay. The villa exuded a tranquil ambiance, offering a perfect retreat from the bustling streets of Bali. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the comfort of the bed. After a day of exploring, sinking into the plush mattress felt like a dream. Coupled with the serene surroundings and greeny scenery, the poal and, I enjoyed some of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. What truly set this villa apart, though, was its staff. Every member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. Overall, Bali Nyuh Gading Villa exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a peaceful haven with exceptional service in Bali, look no further. I absolutely loved everything about the villa. The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was top-notch. They also provided a complimentary airport transfer, which was a fantastic bonus.

I was not pleased with the presence of bats at night, as they made the villa very dirty by morning. Additionally, cats roamed around at night, creating a mess in the kitchen area. However, the staff were absolutely wonderful, ensuring everything was cleaned up each morning before serving our breakfast.

Staff was very nice and breakfast was as well. Staff accommodated our breakfast request to combine a couple of the options. Pool was clean and private, as was the room and semi-outdoor bathroom. Public area larger pool was also lovely. Airport pick up was handy, and grab/gojek easy to use to access the rest of the Seminyak area. Also staff arranged a massage for us to the villa and in general very accessible and willing to accomodate our requests.

Insects in the bathroom and kitchen - this wasn’t actually a big deal and the staff cleaned the kitchen area daily during breakfast. Only complaint was that one of the days following a clean, we got a lot of mosquito bites even though we kept the doors closed at all times. Maybe recommend a mosquito net or use of repellants or use of incense to keep them away.
