Nice hotel and very kind personal.

Visitors were mostly from Russia and not so nice and arrogant. Can’t say hello back, not really friendly. It really destroys the atmosphere and vibe of the place.

I loved the layout, and the staff were really helpful and polite! The pool area was my fave place as well as the gym (had majority of all gym equipment). And the trust laundry service highly recommended!

Ants lol, don’t leave dishes out overnight but this is typical in most countries in the heat.

Staff was super nice, everything was clean

„Garden view“ is looking at a wall 1 meter in front of you. Apartment is furnished, but without lovey kitchen is there but not usable, no spoon, no fork no knife. Most likely this will be delivered if you pay the 100k rupiah for the gas bottle. Never have seen that before in Bali, what a joke.

Pandawa became a hotel where I stayed for a month, where I was comfortable. The employees are friendly, the hotel is 5-10 minutes away by motor from everywhere. You can go anywhere with Gojek and Grab. Hotel is near the Caterpillar kindergarden.

The negative side; Breakfast and restaurant meals should be improved. There should definitely be cheese varieties, pancakes, eggs for breakfast. The rooms should be cleaned in detail. The seats in the rooms should be washed. the furniture should be wiped. The meals in the restaurant should be improved, there should also be more delicious, western-style, non-spicy meals.

The hotel is stunning, offering a beautiful view over gorgeous gardens and a stunning swimming pool. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious and consistently served by friendly and attentive staff. The gym was both fun and practical, equipped with good quality equipment spread across two air-conditioned floors. One of the highlights was the divine spa. Ending the day with a 90-minute traditional Balinese massage was pure bliss. Overall, Pandawa All Suite Hotel provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Seminyak.

room was cute, spacious, clean but not really smells good but not bad neither. The AC position maybe need to be more put thought to where you put it. over all we like it, the kitchen and shower is downstair and we have the bed upstair with toilet too which is great we have really clean area to sleep separate with things downstair. Pool is nice and have a beautiful garden view. breakfast just fine we enjoy it

the room was quite spacious, it was designed as a loft so we had plenty of space for ourselves. I also had a nice pool to enjoy after a long day in the city and a gym available since early in the morning. The food at the restaurant for the breakfast was varied and very tasty.

Just the location isn't quite close to walk to get to places, renting a bike is necessary to move around. The gym machines need maintenance.
