I absolutely loved my stay at these apartments! They are incredibly bright and filled with natural light — which is a big plus for me, as I’m a huge fan of bright, airy spaces. The design is very thoughtful, with great attention to detail. There’s a large mirror, a TV, and even a Marshall speaker — everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay. The atmosphere is super cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and calm — perfect for relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if you need anything. I initially planned to stay for just one week but ended up extending my stay to a full month — that’s how much I enjoyed being here.

The only downside is that it’s not really possible to keep the curtains open all the time, since the neighboring buildings are close and you can see into each other’s windows. So, it’s hard to fully relax with the curtains open when you’re alone.

Thank you Deni and Wiri for the amazing hospitality that you have provided. The property is so beautiful and the staff were amazing. I loved the style of the loft and the openness of the space. It has a beautiful outdoor pool and Deni and Wiri made sure everything was clean and comfortable every day. I highly recommend staying here!

No motorcycles to rent from the property - could be a future improvement 🫶🏽 Also, a little bit privacy can be gotten if the cubes on the wall were a bit smaller or blocked because the next loft can see through it very clearly. Its a small issue but the outdoor space is lovely.

So quiet! Beautiful accommodation, just like the pictures! Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The pool was lovely, small but perfect for my needs.

Only thing I can say is it would have been good to have a front door ‘do not disturb sign’ as there were times I did not need them to service the apartment when I was there all day. A microwave would have been helpful and a few more power outlets.

The villa was stunning!! Looks just like the photos All the staff were lovely, helpful and made us feel really safe Villa was quite far away from shops, cafes and restaurants this was fine for us as we just got a ride into when we wanted to do things and meant the villa was quiet and peaceful. Overall we loved our stay thank you 😁

The area it was in felt secure, loved the idea of big open living space the bed being in a loft and having own swimming pool

The aircon didn’t make the room cold enough as it’s very hot

everything was fine

The property is very located in a very quiet area of Umalas, and yet just a short bike ride to the beach and restos. The staff is very dedicated and very responsive.

We were first given the wrong category of loft. Booked a deluxe but were given a standard. We noticed it and got relocated to the deluxe category we had booked. When we entered the loft, we discovered a rug that was stained and frankly disgusting within the room. The staff kindly helped removed it. The sofa was also very used and extremely dirty (as shown in the photo). The staff tried to clean it but you would appreciate from the photo that it surely needs to be replaced. The pool is advertised as a pool. It’s a plunge pool and not a pool. The outside area is extremely small for 1 bedroom. The pool wasn’t usable as the pumped wasn’t working. It resulted in stagnant water (paradise for mosquitoes and unsafe to swim in). The staff kindly helped change the water but it didn’t fix the pump. We couldn’t use the pool.

Nothing, especially the disgusting behaviour of the property to try and 'expire' my review invitation and avoid bad reviews. Beware the good reviews on here....if they are trying to actively prevent anyone from posting a bad review.

It is simply unsafe. Incredibly unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE. Dangerous unstable stairs with rough welded together metal protruding from everywhere. Disgusting dirty pool filthy with bacteria. They blamed the previous guests, refilled the pool but refused to treat it chemically. They don't use chlorine in their pools!!! Wouldn't add it upon request. They only monitor PH and if you know anything about pool safety you know this is dangerous. My partner cut her knee open on the stairs and needed 4 stitches, they didn't arrange medical help and kept calling it an inconvenience. Nasty smelly water from the air conditioner falling on the outside chairs, and also onto open exposed wiring!! Rusty nails sticking out of the decking - when we contacted medical staff to get the stitches they insisted on a tetanus shot. No refund, nothing but an apology for the inconvenience. When i said the only thing i wanted was for them to confirm everything will be fixed before more guests stayed there, they confirmed they would NOT fix any of this any time soon. They just looked at me sheepishly. Absolute disgrace of an apartment, staff and most importantly owner.
