All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are only eight villas in the property, this makes it very quiet. The layout within the villa is nice with a good size pool and semi open-air bath area. There is a massage parlor right next door belonging to the same property. Location is right in the town centre of Seminyak.

All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Always a smile and a hello. The service provided to guests was excellent. The villa in general was very good, really peaceful, nice pool and the bed was very comfortable. Great service with breakfast cooked for us every day, I would certainly recommend.

Perhaps the cleanliness of the crockery could've been better, maybe the kitchen area in general could do with a little bit of an update, but it wasnt a major problem. I also think the mosquito net had a smell of cigarettes which most likely due to a previous guest. Again, not a huge issue but could probably do with being addressed.

The location was so central to everything/ the staff are very friendly/ the villa was a hidden oasis, super quiet off of the busy streets of Seminyak and it was nice to have a yard area rather than being boxed in between walls. The villa had a safe in each room and plenty of storage for clothes to be hung in the wardrobe. There’s also a spa and money changer right next door as well as a shopping centre down the road with an ATM inside.

The lounge area, kitchen and dining area are completely outside (but under cover)which isn’t ideal with insects at night. Would recommend putting bifold doors around it or a TV in the bedroom.

The location was good, all restaurants, malls and spas are at walking distance. The villas had a good privacy. It's perfect for families with kids and for couples it would be an awesome place. Very well maintained. We did not feel we were in the middle of a bustling city. It was very relaxing. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was served inside our villa as per our convenient time. Many options were given for breakfast including vegetarian. With a big private pool in the villa, our son had his best holiday.

I loved this place, it was very quiet and we could hear the birds and insects chirping. The exterior of the property and the reception is so understated, yet as u pass through the reception to go to your villa, it is simply an awesome experience to walk through the corridor of orchids, flowers and plants. There are so many restaurants and great places to shop in Seminyak, on either side of the villa. The Indian restaurant is simply too good.

The experience was overall super good. We arrived late in the evening, and we could easily checkin since they have a 24 hour reception desk to help the guests. The Villa was exactly as on the pictures. Lovely swimming pool, wonderful open living room looking on the pool, airconditioned bedroom and a super huge bath room with two showers and a bath tub. Breakfast is freshly made in your Villa by the staff and you have multiple choices from both food and drinks. We loved every minute of our stay! Staff was super helpful for every questions we had. Thank you so much for having us! If we are at Seminyak, we definitely will come back!

The staff were amazing from the reception to the ones that cook that our daily breakfast and the ones who maintain the cleanliness of the whole villa. They all seem to be genuinely happy to be of service so consistently! The best part was the birthday cake and singing surprise to my husband when we arrived. We were so amazed and grateful at the way they have made my hubby feel special that day! Novi, you're such a superstar! The location is perfect, so close to everything, and one could hardly hear anything even when it's so close to a very busy district. Facilities are OK.

The swimming pool tiles are coming off and the ledge is a bit rough on the skin when you sit on it and need a little bit of maintenance. The tv screen has damage to it. (A line on the screen)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location to beach and eateries. Adi and Yoga made a fantastic breakfast each day, our 1 year old loved it. Eddy, Gedi and Novi were very helpful and caring with our stay and anything else we needed.

The villa we were in was slightly dated and showing signs of aging. We still had a very comfortable stay

The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and courteous at all times. The size of villa was perfect for x2 teenagers & parents. The pool is a perfect size with enough shade in the hot hrs of the day. I love the open combined kitchen & TV area. Air con is quiet & fabulous for the nights.

After reading previous reviews I was nervous to the mozzies but they where not an issue at all for our stay Feb/March 2023. Staff are constantly trying to alleviate bugs with coils & sprays etc, which are effective. Hubby would have liked a microwave.

We loved our stay here! The staff are so friendly and accommodating - they are outstanding. The location is perfect, as it's close to the beach, restaurants, markets, and beach clubs. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely stay here again!

The photos are slightly dated, but nothing too bad. Everything is functional and comfortable.
