Location, for us being able to access the beach, restaurants and shops is key. We booked here as this is our preferred location. Staff particularly the cleaning and breakfast team, the pool and gardens, privacy, size of bedroom and bathrooms, Aircon in the bedroom worked very well, provision of unlimited water and water cooler. Some places in Bali are limiting this despite the fact you cant drink from the taps. Our villa comprised 2 level 3 bed 3 bathroom villa all be it the upstairs bedroom is up tight steep stairs. The 2 bottom units were easy to access and had the best most spacious bathrooms

Watch the branding, its not part of the Oberoi Hotel group which is near by. For its age and condition the property is maintained very well. There are always some minor issues that seem to occur everywhere in Bali like tiles missing or loose in the pool and the step out is too high for anyone with bad hips to use comfortably. The bathroom is huge yet the toilet is right next to the entry door. Plumbing in general, not enough power points, etc. It might be these things give Bali its charm as well. Putting these things aside I suppose the biggest bug bare was the poor quality of the products provided in the bathroom and not including return to airport transport for the price. Read the terms and conditions carefully.

Our stay at this villa in Seminyak was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk to shops, local markets, stunning beaches, and vibrant beach clubs. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep. The villa itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the freshly prepared breakfast every morning, served at our leisure—a lovely way to start each day in paradise. The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak, and I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The whole villa was so beautiful. The bedrooms, outdoor bathrooms and the open outdoor living space were absolutely gorgeous! I loved that there were staff that’d come everyday to clean the vila, which was so amazing and we felt truly relaxed. We had 2 amazing staff who’d come by every morning to cook me and my families breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! I recommend the pancakes with banana for sure!!! I loved that there was a security guard standing outside during the night with CCTV. Me and my family felt very safe being there! The villa had massage therapists you can book, who come to the villa and provide a variety of body treatment services, which are 10/10. Definitely recommend getting a massage! Would definitely book this villa again. The Staff and Practice managers were absolutely fantastic! They really know how to make you feel so relaxed and stress free while staying there.

Everything was absolutely great! There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

We picked this villa for its location and it was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, it had all the amenities you needed if you wanted to prepare your own meals. The team were friendly and very responsive. They also accommodated our late check in due to flight time. The villa was cleaned everyday at any time that suited our schedule as we had a baby with us who still napped twice a day. We would love to come back. My eldest son especially loved Made, the evening security, who always welcomed us with a warm smile, unlocked our door and laughed at all my 4 year olds attempts to be funny. The team also helped with access to villa before our arrival so we could have a temporary pool fence installed.

Ocean Luxury Villa, The Staff, and Mr. Alex were amazing. The security guard "Mah-Ray from Bali" made us feel super safe. Not that we felt in any danger at all... We had breakfast made each day in our villa. The pool was kept very clean. Mosquito coils lit twice per day. The owner helped with day trips... This is top notch service and facilities.

Wish we could stay longer. :(

We had a lovely stay at The Oberoi Luxury Villas. The staff were fantastic, so lovely and always willing to go above and beyond. The Villa was always beautifully clean with lots of fresh pool towels each day, the staff came in and made sure mozzie coils were always going and lights were on if we were returning after dark. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. The location was great, right next door the Seminyak Flea Market and some great restaurants and walking distance to other fantastic restaurants, shopping and beaches. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I've been coming to Bali since 1996 and staying in Villas all over the world ... this property, the staff, the location and the hospitality exceeded all experiences to date. The property is in the most ideal location in Seminyak. We stayed in two other Villas previously that were on the wrong side of Sunset Rd ... this was right in the heart of everything. You step outside there is a fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and markets at the end of the driveway! The staff cooked us a beautiful breakfast in our Villa on our first morning. It was so lovely. The attention to every detail was impeccible. If I could give 20 stars I would.

Oberoi Luxury Villas (not to be confused with the Oberoi Beach Resort) provide traditional Balinese villas which are very spacious with private ensuite bathrooms. Beautiful gardens surround a gorgeous pool that we used at least twice a day. The staff are a delight and quickly became like family. Any requests we made were dealt with promptly and graciously and the staff go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The villas are very well situated and a short walk gets you to KuDeTa and the beach in one direction and East Street in the other. We were a family of six adults and one toddler and Oberoi Luxury villas were the perfect accommodation option for us.

Whilst the villas are not new, they are perfectly comfortable.

Loved the facilities, the rooms were wonderful, spacious enough for all of us, the location (a couple of doors down to the amazing Warung Nia and 3 mins walk to Ku De Ta) and the lovely staff who organized masseurs and surprised the 6 of us with freshly cut coconuts which we had at the pool. They even organised a floating breakfast tray for my birthday. I forgot pin # for the safety deposit box and the wonderful Mr Wayan came to the villa on his day off to help me out. He is a legend! We felt very secure at this property. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect the staff went out of their way to be accommodating! The managers went above and beyond to help us with an incident that happened elsewhere and we will be for ever grateful! We were also accommodated and looked after when we had to extend our stay due to an unwell child! Including extra changes of sheets and towels and helping organize a doctor! The stay was perfect! We will be back and highly recommend any travelers solo ,couples or family's choose to stay with them. Much aroha from 🇳🇿
