This is the third time I’m staying in Room & Vespa 4. I absolutely love this place, it gives a feeling of boutique hotel with only 6 rooms, super stylish and cozy, very quite despite the best location possible - 2 min from the beach and 5 min from the street with all the shops and restaurant. Lovely stuff who still works here 5 years later since the last time a stayed here. You barely see other quests and have a pool which is almost your own one. Beautiful rooms, new bottles of water every day.

Even tough I love this place with all my heart the hotel management needs to make some renovations. 7 and 5 years ago everything was new and exceptional. Right now the showers have rust and are very loose, towels and beddings are very old, all in stains and the color went from white to grey. Dear management, if you are reading this please buy new towels, bed sheets and covers. There are a lot of stains on furniture (bed, sofas, lamps) that need to be removed as well or new ones should be bought. This really needs to be monitored to keep the best level of service.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Location was great just off the Main Street but was quiet and just out of the hustle and bustle area, 5 minutes or less walk to the beach and in the opposite direction 5 minutes or less walk to seminyak square and loads of restaurants.

We had issues finding the property, Apple Maps said one place, google maps said another (apple was right). Could do with being sign posted better or a guide in the hotel description maybe?

Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is in sun all day and is the perfect size, very comfortable to spend time in even if others are around. Location is great, super close to the beach and restaurants/shopping/mini mart. This place is a great stay if you plan on spending most of your time out, but need a comfortable place to enjoy inbetween.

The property was difficult to find, especially arriving late at night. Lacked signage. But once you locate it everything else is good from then on :)

Great location, it’s situated at an alcove from the main road so you get privacy and none of the hustle and bustle of the street. Room is spacious (and good layout), plus point when you have many or bulky luggage. Appreciate the fact that it came with a pool.

Bedding was clean but had stains here and there. Water pressure is low, would have preferred if it’s higher. Safe door was open (the previous tenant might have accidentally locked it), so there was no way of using the safe.

The location was perfect- quiet but close to cafes, shops, the beach. I used the pool, it’s clean and big enough to swim in. Nice big room. They staff were really nice and helpful. They provided an iron promptly and there was always fresh drinking water. Really good value for money… I’d stay again 😊

Slight wear and tear

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, amazing pool, in the heart of town but away from clubs. We tried to extend our stay there but it was already booked or we would have stayed one more week! Amazing value for your money.

No complaints at all!

Great location, friendly staff, accommodating for late checkout and leaving our bags with them after check out so we could wander.

Shower head and faucet need to be cleaned they have soap scum on it. Maybe need to invest in new towels.

The property was very well presented and tranquil. There was peace and quiet as the hotel was in a side street. Location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the busy areas and beach.

Nothing not to like. Great place friendly staff. Only downside was kettle in room not clean inside and that was all.

Great location, close to Seminyak cafes/massage therapists/bars/shops. Relatively quiet location hidden in high walls. Large rooms and rain shower, great pool for dips in hot weather.

Linen is showing it’s age, would recommend refresh of linen moving forward. But did not affect stay, still comfortable and great stay for budget

Absolutely wonderful staff. So nice and kind people. Loved those guys. The location of the property was very good. City centre, everything was very close. Very quiet place. Our 2yo loved everything about this place. Reccomend!
