Everything. The location was convenient: in the middle of everything. You can get anything you need. You can count on the hotel for the things you need by just dialling the phone, you can also get varieties from the shops downstairs (restaurants, cafes, Bali Bakery, a Periplus book shop, a wine store, clothing stores, a spa, and a mini market) and the mall next door (Seminyak Village). And plenty more options across the street, as this is in in the heart of Seminyak. Our room was very clean, spacious, bright, with good lighting and good quality furniture. Bathroom was clean. Junior Suite had a king size bed that could fit three small size adults or two big adults and a sofa bed that was big enough for medium size adults and still have plenty of space to move around. Tips: if you need to use the sofa bed, do ask hotel staff to set up the sofa bed, they make it nice and add additional pillows. The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly, and we felt as if we've had known them forever. They were laid back and could laugh with you, but were still respectful, just like your friends. If you stay for more than two nights, the people at the shops downstairs are going to feel like your neighbours. I even gave a hug to a lady who was selling clothes downstairs on our last day. I requested city view when booked it, and we did get a city view, so I truly appreciated it. The location of the kitchen on the balcony was perfect. You can cook and enjoy your lunch at the balcony, looking over Seminyak Square, watching people and their activities, and enjoy the entertainment downstairs. Eating utensils are adequate, but cooking utensils could be improved. My family and I enjoyed the stay, we felt like we were staying in a neighbourhood, surrounded by neighbours. At the end of the day, we left the island with happy memories and we know where to go back next time we stay in Seminyak again. Bonus: Sate Bik Ngah pork satay from the restaurant is very delicious.

Kitchen could use more cooking utensils, considering that the kitchen is one of the important selling points of this hotel (at least for me, it was one of the two the deciding factors, the other one was the location). We didn't have a knife to cut vegetables with. A kitchen knife, a non sticking pan, and perhaps a toaster and a dish brush or a sponge to wash the dishes would be super appreciated.

I stayed at this villa during a recent trip to Bali and had such a great experience. The location is perfect — right in Seminyak Square, with everything within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, cafes, the beach… all super close, which made getting around so easy. The staff were honestly amazing. So friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything. It really made the stay feel welcoming and relaxed. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options, and the room service was a nice bonus — really convenient and surprisingly affordable. The villa itself was clean, the air con worked really well (which was a must in the Bali heat), and overall it was super comfortable. I genuinely don’t have a single bad thing to say. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bali.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

We stayed in the Dragonfly villa and it was stunning, great furniture / decor and very clean. Great location, and perfect size for 2 -3 people. Staff are very friendly and accomodating at any time. Close to lots of shops and located in Seminyak square which is next to Grilled and a modern Mall, its also very close to the beach as well. We felt safe and secure and very lucky. Would recommend

The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment was fantastic and was perfect for my family. It was VERY spacious the value for money was ridiculous. We stay in the same one every time and the staff there always accommodating with any of my requests. Location is very central and right in the heart of Seminyak, where you're able to travel south to Legian and Kuta with ease, as well as north to Canggu. Right below the hotel are numerous shops that you'll find handy such as a mega mart, pharmacy, numerous restaurants and cafes and a heap of market stalls that you can purchase all sorts from. The main strip of Seminyak runs just outside of the complex and everything so there for you to see, and so easily accessible. Furthermore, the staff at Seminyak Square Hotel are the absolute best. They've looked after my family and I over the last 3 years, and honestly I can not flaw them. Such nice people and a pleasure to be around. We look forward to staying there again soon.

These are newly refurbished villas in the lane behind the Seminyak Square Hotel and run in conjunction with the hotel itself. There are 2 x2 bed and 1 x 1 bed villas in the small complex. The rooms were large and surround a good size plunge pool in the courtyard. There is a 24 hour desk at the villa's in addition to the hotel desk and nothing is too much trouble for staff. We had a very comfortable stay and the kitchen comes with a hot and cold drinking water dispenser which was vey handy, while hotel room service is available via the hotel restaurant.

I guess you'd say that "not liking" is a bit strong and more like part of the Bali cultural experience, but the villa's back onto local homes. And for those that don't know, roosters have religious and cultural significance to Hindu Balinese. It is also fair to say that the locally revered roosters belonging to local residents like to be heard when it suits them and several obviously operate on different timezones. Disturbing the tranquility yes, but nothing some EarPods and music wouldn't fix or if you are me and sleep like a rock, not a problem :)

We stayed in room 330, a 2 bed apartment which was fantastic! Very spacious, well equipped and comfy beds. This is our second time staying at this property and I’m sure it won’t be the last! It’s super convenient with a large Mega Mart within the complex, some great restaurants also within the complex, plus your only a short walk to a heap of cafes and eating options, plus sports bar, nightlife and quality massage spa’s. Kaya Aya beach (near KuDaTa) is a great sunset location with many beach stalls serving drinks. For great locals food, be sure to visit warung 3 Putri, the best Nasi Goreng I’ve ever had and only 25000Rp ($2.50AUD!). Lastly, all the staff are amazing! So friendly appreciative of our visit and could not do more to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you

The hotel is conveniently located in Seminyak Square, right next to a small shopping mall and just a 10-minute walk from the beach and nearby beach clubs. The rooms are clean and comfortable with huge beds, offering a great stay. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of choices for a 3-star hotel. Throughout the day, we noticed many staff members actively cleaning and maintaining the property, which speaks to their dedication. We were especially impressed by the hospitality of the staff and a special thanks to Medik for his help and support.

The water pressure is low especially on the top floor.

The lightning in the room was perfect. The air conditioning working well and good water pressure. Super clean room and nice materials. The view was nothing special but also not bad. Nice little balcony.

The tv sound was poor and some noise came from the small fridge.

It was an okay stay the room was clean and the location was great, it was in the middle of a mall which was odd but I went to sit at the pool and there was building works going on so I couldn’t sit there it was so loud

Our flight out from Bali was at 1am the following day but check out from our villa was at 12nn with an extension until 1pm. So i booked this hotel under an overnight stay booking even if we were only going to use it from 2pm until 9pm (until our airport pick up arrives). We needed a place to stay as we were traveling with my baby nephew who was only 11 months old and he needed a quiet place to sleep during his naps. Him going around with us would have made him antsy and hot. So we left him in the hotel with his nanny while we went around to shop. The hotel is completely value for money. For the amount we paid, i got a 2 bedroom room right by seminyak square village so very near a main street with shops and restaurants which makes it very convenient to walk around.
