All, awesome staff. Excellent meal at their kilo kitchen Excellent spa. Peaceful inside villa, bustling outside. 15 minutes walk to beach 1 block away from commercial spaces

I celebrated my wife's birthday at this resort and the staff arranged all concierge services for me including flowers,balloons and cake Even recommend clubs to go to party. I was amazed by their dedication and attention to details. They even helped make the birthday a surprise. I was absolutely touched and my wife was in tears as she was in joy.speacial thanks to Rita & holil for your exceptional service. The concierge is done on WhatsApp so I just have to msg what I wanted example bfast in the private villa pool. All items listed in the photos are the same or even better actually.i was blown away. I will surely return here and sad that I didn't have more time to stay here.

Everything was perfect. My wife and i had a wonderful honeymoon. Room and hotel was so clean. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made our stay very enjoyable. You should choose royal pool villa. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

The security staff really stood out to us. They were delightful and always chatted asking how we were and what our plans were etc. in a friendly and genuine manner. They were also great at helping us cross the road safely! The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed having our own garden and pool. The table and chairs were shaded which was great. We appreciated the bottled water and nightly mosquito treatment. The guest lounge was handy when waiting on our airport pick up.

The property was a little tired. There were lots of marks on the furniture, walls, soft furnishings and bedding. I think the mattress may have been marked (darker patches visible through sheets) but didn’t want to investigate properly for fear of what I would discover. Well really did not enjoy the breakfast - from ‘snotty’ eggs and mushy avocado to incorrect orders, we didn’t not enjoy our food. After the first day and the indifferent service in Kilo reference we chose to have our breakfast delivered to our room. An umbrella and small table for the sun loungers would have been good.

Staff were amazing, so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The 24-hour service/security put us at ease during the stay. The property was beautiful, and the rooms were large, clean, and modern. The private pool is larger than other hotels I'd stayed at Breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and traditional dishes done to a high standard. Kilo restaurant lovely as a whole. Can be a little noisey depending on which villa you get but the service and settings compensate for this and noise is minimal inside of villa.

We liked the size of the room and pool area. The cleanliness of the room and all facilities exceeded our expectations and the grounds were always well maintained. The room is huge and was the perfect size for my partner and I, plus our 14 month old daughter who slept in a portacot and we still had space to move around. The shower was great with good heat and water pressure. The villa is located on a quiet street and we did not hear any noises from cars or people, other than the odd lot of fireworks in the distance each night. Reception always went above and beyond, cleaning/tidying the room twice a day and spraying for mosquitos.

The one tiny thing that bothered us was the window in the bathroom did not have curtains and the room next to us left their lights on all night, which shined into our room and made the room bright while we were trying to sleep. However, when I mentioned this to reception they did offer to come and put blankets over our windows and they asked the guests in the room to please turn the lights of overnight, just wish we asked reception to do this earlier in our stay! Breakfast was also good but I do prefer a buffet breakfast.

Everthing about this resort was amazing. from the fantastic breakfast to the size and layout of the One bedroom king villa. We also loved how the airconditioned bedroom was enclosed with the shower and toilet...No mosquitoes!! pool was big 10 metres by 3 metres and wonderful refreshing!! Staff were accomodating and nothing to hard to fix if you had a problem. Close to some amazing reasonable priced restaurants. including 100 metres to the Hibiscus Restaurant and 300 metes to a lovely Mexican Restauarnt. Go for the King villa if you can its got space comfort and just so nice. we looked at 6 other vialla Resorts close to the Uma Sapna which were over 9 rated on booking.com but this was by far the best Resort of them all. Highly recommend a stay here for all the above reason. Peter and Karen

Everything about Uma Sapna is perfect! The location was central to shops, and eateries and also very accessible. A Grab car was available within minutes every time we needed to head out. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The food from Kilo Restaurant is a winner, I could quite comfortably dine there for every meal. The staff is the star attraction of this Villa, very courteous, always ready with a smile and to offer assistance, the Whatsapp Concierge service is amazing and very responsive and it is much easier than having to dial Reception or Concierge. I will definitely be back to stay at Uma Sapna.

Guests can enjoy not feeling crowded, the facilities are elegant and spacious. Each villa is secure and privacy is well met. Uma Sapna staff provided for us each day professionally and above expectation. From the reception, Kilo restaurant and all their support teams are the asset of this location. In my absence Arta arranged for discretionary access into the villa and passing on the necessary cash payment for birthday decorations I had planned externally to decorate the villa. On our return to the villa a beautiful (rather large) complementary black forest cake, candles and matches also awaited us. Breakfast included at Kilo restaurant was delicious. Thank you all staff for an amazing stay!

We loved this stay, would 100% come back if we were ever in Seminyak again. The room was so spacious, lovely and clean. I loved having the little plunge pool. The staff were incredible, I’ve never met nicer people. Their kindness and attention to detail was outstanding. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we used the spa as well which was great. There was also a gym which was handy. Location wise was good too as it was close to busier high streets but at night felt quiet and secluded.
