The hotel location was amazing and I love the infinity swimming pool looking at the ocean, the room was a little bit old style but it was ok for me and was on the last level “level 4”which was really warm on afternoon and air condition not affecting

The swimming pool daybed very little amount than the people in the hotel, it’s very hard to find one, people are booking the daybed from 7 am which no way to find sit on the swimming pool, the hotel should find a way to increase swimming pool daybeds as it is not fare to book in 5 star hotel and not able to sit on the swimming pool

a beautiful place to stay, the resort is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable, the room was huge and spacious. the pools were beautiful, and lots of activities going on, the beach was absolutely beautiful and was easy to access. the breakfast was very nice and there was something for everyone. Staff were absolutely wonderful and were the overall shinning light at the resort. Friendly, helpful and just a delight to interact with.

Rooms were very dark, the bathroom especially, this is not uncommon is Bali so I always take a mirror with lights :-) It is a little dated, like slightly, but that is the norm for Bali.

EVERYTHING! I couldn't believe it, the resort sits on a huge area. The staff are all amazing, and THE FOOD oh my god the food taste really good. It caters to all palate. They have different menu every morning for breakfast. The room is HUGE and all the wooden furniture carries the classic look, they all well maintained. The beach in front of the resort is very nice: long white beach. They give voucher for 5 free professional photographs around the resort area. The shuttle every hour to Bali Collection is very handy. The pillows are comfortable too!

My minor suggestion: 1. The swimming pool ladder in the room (deluxe pool access) should have anti-slip on the steps. It's very slippery and can cause hazards. 2. The drainage in the shower spa needs to be either replaced or cleaned. It smells really bad like damp and old. Also some walls in the spa room have bad spots like bubble from the humidity trapped between wall and paint. It's a bit sore for the eye. 3. The sink in the room bathroom doesn't drain fast, but this is very minor comment.

Nice spaced out resort that is a short walk to shops when needed. Large walk in shower and very comfortable pillows! The buffet breakfast had the most options I've ever seen. Resort also has an on-site doctor that a friend needed for their child which was handy.

No rules on people reserving deck chairs by the pool with a towel and leaving for hours on end then coming back.

Good location. Very easy walk to surfing, Mengiat Street, and Bali Collection. Buffet breakfast at resort was very nice with mix of Indonesian and Western. There are 2 main pool areas, the beach pool is a swim up bar with dj and high dive boards ( jumping only). ( they also had 2 foam parties while we were there). At this pool they have pool lounges and a couple of cabanas. The top pool has 3 levels of pool and pool chairs. ( very relaxing atmosphere) . Kids are permitted and there are a couple of paddle pools. You can order kiosk food and drinks to your lounge from both pools and the beach lounges. We only had fries which were perfect. Other food looked yummy, too. The beach was beautiful. The water was so warm ( late Nov) and beach/ sand clean. 2 surf beach breaks out front snd also some good waves about a km or so up the walkway. Generous water allocation (2 bottles pp daily) large shower, seperate beautiful bath, large bathroom. Rooms spacious with VERY COLD aircon. Tv had Netflix and U tube capabilities ( we connected but then didn’t end up using it)

Some people not using utensils at buffet. Drawers instead of cupboard would be more useable. Nachos at kiosk was very underwhelming. Just a few chips and tiny bit of guoc and salsa.

Beautiful resort. Lovely grounds, the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was excellent! Pools were great to swim in, not too crowded.

The restaurants on site were terrible! Like, don't bother. There's a shopping center a short walk up the road that has great restaurants and a warung right on the beach next door.

We stayed in a private villa which was beautiful, spacious, quiet, private pool, amazing bath and outdoor shower. The beach is great for walking, swimming. We did daily surf lessons and snorkeled a short walk up the beach. Easy to get a day bed on the beach to relax. Massage in the spa was lovely. Many restaurants on the property, and a short walk to Bali Collection for shopping and more restaurants.

This is a massive resort and was very busy while we were there. On the last day they were setting up for an event which made it even busier. We came from a smaller more intimate resort which we preferred. No barista coffee at breakfast (so not up to an Aussie’s standards! 😆)

Breakfast buffet was vast with lots of cuisines and options. Freshly baked bread made on the premises including sour dough was excellent. 3x Egg stations for freshly made to order eggs. And the gelato bar was great value with lots of flavours. Evening Restaurant was a good option with local and International dishes - reasonably priced. Reserve your table! The gym was modern, good machines, weights and AC. Yoga or other classes daily. Bus shuttle to Bali collection shopping mall was convenient. Overall the resort had a great vibe, was spacious, and with lots of guests, had plenty of beach beds and outdoor pool options.

The toilet should be cleaned more detailed. The service asks 5 times for pay the breakfast etc which is really annoying. The left umbrellas don’t have QR menu to order, I don’t know why they do it.

This hotel was great for a family. We liked the variety of swimming pools and that the hotel is located next to the beach. There were several restaurants you could choose from and the prices were quite decent considering that this hotel is for the tourists. The staff were friendly and everything was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families as well as couples or groups.

There were a lot of plastic on the beach (and sea) nearby. It would be nice to see that this kind of hotel with a lot of staff would make an effort to keep the sea and the beach clean.
