The hotel was nice and clean, with a spacious room. It was walking distance to some nice riverside restaurants as well as cafes down the road. The staff at the hotel were very kind and they were able to connect us with a tour to Ijen.

I would have given them a higher score but honestly the call to prayer at the mosque next door was so loud and went in for a longer time than I expected. At least an hour each night if not longer. It was tough to get a restful sleep.

This place shouldn't be called a homestay, its more of a hotel. Very nice facilities and rooms, the upstairs balcony is nice for chuffing a couple darts at any time of the day or night. Staff are good dudes and super friendly, although they don't have great English what can you expect in Banyuwangi. Easy enough to just use translation apps to get the info across. Good location close to the mosque so you get to hear the CTP.

Easy check-in and parking. Clean, comfy, quiet room.

Value for money. Room clean. Quite.

The staff Is great. They help you to organize the sunrise/sunset at mount Bromo for a fair price, even last minute - I suggest to tell them you want the tour in advance, but discuss the price in person.

The room is really basic. Bathroom is not very comfortable. Lights are cold. Good for a short stay but not more.

the property was well located and close to the beaches. it was easy to walk around the neighborhood and had great restaurant around. It is close to a mosque but I didn’t hear it that loudly while in my room so it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. Everything was very clean and no dust anywhere.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in my room so I had to go down at the reception or just sit in the stairs next to my room to get any. The description said AC but it was a portable AC, so my room was so warm it wasn’t pleasant. I wasn’t staying long enough to make paying for an upgraded room with real AC worth it but it wasn’t pleasant.

I did not end up staying, the property miscommunicated something as a requirement for me to stay once I had already paid, they were then unreachable until a couple of hours before I was supposed to check-in, when I told them I had made other arrangements they refused to refund my booking.
