The room was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and felt luxurious. We didn't have hot water in the shower at first, but we asked reception and they came straight away to get it working so we could have a lovely hot shower and wash our hair etc. (I mention this as others have complained about the shower - it's easily fixed if the water is not warm enough so just go and ask). The location was so peaceful and lovely. The restaurant and pool areas were well kept and enjoyable to spend time in. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with transfers to and from the station - very reliable. We booked Ijen with them and they gave us a good price, it worked out at 325k each for entry tickets, private transfer there and back at times of our choosing, gas mask and torch. Food was nice, they helped make things vegetarian for us.

Everything was perfect, I wish I had stayed longer.

We stayed one night in the simple room, it was okay for the price but a little bit small and dark. Second night we chances to a superior room which is incredible, confortable and beautiful. The swimmkng pool and the area is so nice, the restaurant is beautiful, for breakfast they have many options. We did the Ijen Volcano tour with them, it was fase and easy to do all the previous preparación.

Beautiful big room with big comfortable beds. Big bottle of drinking water from which we could refill bottles rather than small bottles which waste plastic. Lovely natural environment and gardens. Some delicious Indonesian dishes at breakfast.

Pool wasn’t functioning. Food in restaurant at dinner time could have been better.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location between rice fields. We were picked up at the airport for an extra charge and taken to the train station on departure. They arranged a trip to the national park by car and driver (Ijen was closed). Breakfast was very good and everyone was very nice.

Room needs some refreshing and decorations, mattress poor quality, also around the pool, clean but needs some refreshing or painting

This accommodation provides everything to those who want just relax outside the rush cities. The room size is absolutely generous, clean and the view is spectacular. Breakfast, poll and helpful staff make this place the one I can recommend to everybody..

Pool was huge, breakfast was vary, the hotel divided into 2 big area, main area on the left side view was with rice field and the other side is river view

Great breakfast options, especially appreciated after the Ijen hike. Their Ijen tour is well organized. The room is very spacious.

Bathroom could use some small alterations. Tap was loose.

Vintage place , Clean room & bathroom , The pool is sparkling clean , Breakfast is great 👍 , yhe only downside is that room is not bright enough ( for several person ) and the shower turned off when I was full of soap 😱

The hotel is close to Mount Ijen and not expensive.

There was no hot shower the first night, and that despite complaining about it. The problem was only resolved after repeated complaining. The mirror in the bathroom is completely in the wrong place.
