Very friendly staff! Great kids' club and a wide selection of activities such as table tennis, pool etc. Swimming pool was of decent size and clean. In the room, shower water was warm and had good pressure.

Dated fixtures in the common facilities. Games e.g. dart board, pool tables have to be better maintained/repaired. Swimming pool floor had loose debris that needs to be cleared up. Asian food selection was commendable but could be more expanded and be of higher quality (more tasty).

Booked a pick up at the ferry terminal for 810AM but there was nobody there for our arrival. Waited 15-20mins and tried to call the hotel whatsapp number but no answer so we just decided to book a cab thru Gojek. Upon arrival, I informed the staff and they apologized and arranged to refund my taxi fare. They also gave us a room as soon as it was ready - definitely an early check in. So I appreciate the quick recovery. Staff are always friendly and greet you anywhere you come across them. My friend and I enjoyed the KTV and booked the spa for three days in a row. The therapists were assigned to were all great!

Since it was a long weekend and with many guests, we needed to wait for some of the items (sliced fruits, dimsum) at the buffet breakfast to be topped up.

Clean room and courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay. We had food at the teppanyaki place and the Thai restaurant - food was excellent. Shout out to the lady at the teppanyaki, who was friendly and went out of her way to deliver the food that we couldn't eat, to our room. The pool was excellent and the place was lively with kids shouting about :) Will definitely return.

Location maybe. Need a taxi to reach the more happening parts of the town. However, we liked the activities at the hotel.better than the town.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. About 15mins from Sekupang terminal. They have enough facilities to keep guests entertained (games room, ktv, pool, tennis, spa, kids club). Wide buffet breakfast selection and they also have ala carte option. The spa treatment selection is also good. The therapists are great. We had a very relaxing experience in the sessions we booked. One thing it will make it better is if they opened earlier than 11am. Otherwise, we had a lovely weekend stay.

Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of variety. Very well cooked & presented. Breakfast staff were amazingly efficient especially how they catered & served large crowds of people. Very obliging to everyone. Wonderful massage at Tea Tree Spa. A great meal at Tepanaki.

Do not order taxis from front desk. Caught taxi everyday. Only last day I felt extremely ripped off. Double the price from outside taxi service! Otherwise everything else was perfect.

It is great for big families with three and two bedroom suites and facilities for everyone such as games room, table tennis, basketball court, and spa. The staff are responsive and provided good service. The food at Dragon Inn Chinese restaurant is very good. Quite a nice breakfast spread at Terrace Cafe.

The facilities could be better maintained eg table tennis table can be cleaner, workable darts, etc. The glass mirror in one of our rooms dropped on the basin top. However, the staff managed to fix it. The location is a bit far from town. The description mentioned there is Badminton but there isn’t any court or equipment.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was quite good as well. Pool was quite nice and the rooms were clean. The first room allotted to us smelt funny so we requested to be moved and we were granted that request. I will gladly stay there. It is a bit far away from the city but grab is cheap so doesn’t matter that much. Rooms were very spacious as we had a two bedroom suite which had two bathrooms which was very convenient

Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and comfy.

My baby's mattress was a little too soft. Would be good for the hotel to invest in a more sturdy one. For the kids club, I wished the quality of the toys were better with more options. Other than that, it was good.

I love the serenity of the property and the friendly staff working in the hotel. I also like that the room is spacious and big.

The mattress and pillows are too soft, which can be changed to new ones. The facilities in the games room can be upgraded to new ones which can be more enjoyable for guests.

Love the quiet and its away from all the hassle and bustle. All the staff were really helpful and courteous, from front desk, dining, cleaners and spa. The room was very clean and we were upgraded after signing up for membership. The cafe was also great and its opened 24hrs

was disappointed there were no bathrobes. water from the heater was not so great. the room had a little musty smell but cleared after we left the balcony door opened for awhile
