- Breakfast was acceptable considering boutique hotel - Central location easy to hire Gojek - Receptionist was attentive to guests needs - Alfa mart located next to hotel - Starbucks opening next to hotel - 15-20 mins walk to Nagoya - Futherdown hotel, there are plenty of food options (just do not enter neighbourhood area)

- TV signal was not clear (blurry screen) - Pillow covers were slightly discoloured - Towels should be changed with new sets - Window is not closed tightly (non-smoking room) - Advised by private hire driver to only walk by the roadside and not venture into neighborhood area where hotel is situated

The room toilet should have been better if equip with a spray pipe

I really like the ambience of the hotel, seems very classy, makes you feel like you are going on a honeymoon trip. Distance the hotel to popular tourist destinations like nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is not far. Plus point, staff are really nice and helpful too.

The lights were not working in one of the room that i booked

Location is good. Staff is friendly. Will come again! I love the lobby / corridor and room smell! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Indomie, guava juice and Ice lemon tea is the best!!!

Hopefully breakfast menu will improve and more varities! Towel/bedsheet need to change cos the colour really unpleasant.. some of room facilities need to change fr better in future!

Near Nagoya Hill Mall & Harbour Bay Terminal was 5mins drive away.

Fridge was switched on but was simply giving hot air. Had to endure that for 1 night. Called receptionist next day to make up the room, fix the fridge and missing bathrobe issue. Staffs did it when I returned in the afternoon which was good. Stains everywhere on carpet at living room.

The room was spacious enough for 3. Bed was comfy with the right softness. Breakfast could be improved but was self-sufficient with the amount of variety.

I did put up the make up room button when i left but nobody came to clean. The timing i left the room was probably after their room cleaning session but its fine for us.

The staff are friendly and nice. The rooms are not carpeted which is great and clean. Walking distance to nagoya Hill about 10 mins. Turn left go straight n left again on street end. Pay attention to your right, across the street as it can be easily missed. Overall, it was comfortable. Had a pick up from the hotel for RP50, 000 from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Aircon and the hot shower was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and had a decent selection. Rooms were spacious to move around and beds were comfortable.

TV channels mostly static. Hotel was rundown and unkept, not maintained. Although room was non smoking, once door opens you can smell mouldy carpet mixed with smoky corridor. Good thing is you can't smell it in the room. Lifts are tiny and takes a while. Had to pay for ice.

Convenience to the alfamart.. and there are night seafood stalls. For the restaurant, it has awesome tenderloin steak and burger.. Good range of breakfast.. and good hospitality. Staff are kind, polite and helpful.

Breakfast was basic. I only like the porridge, coffee, sunny side omelletee, bread pudding The jam and peanut butter for break is satisfactory for that price. The jelly is poor also

The lobby was smelly. The air freshner is too smelly. The carpet along the room is bit stale also

The Junior Suite room. Very comfortable and spacious. 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Hotel is very homey.

Have been patronising this hotel for the last few years. Need to improve on the breakfast and have more varities. Used to have more but seemed to lessen after Covid. Hotels are very competitive in Batam and Da Vienna should look into details like this to win the heart of the guests.
