Love the cleanliness as it is a new hotel. Breakfast is simple. Can order eggs done according to your request. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Anytime you can call on them, they are available to serve us. Just opposite is a big food court. It is a new food court. Crossing the road seems challenging. But we have the hotel staff to stop the traffic for us. Coming back we have a volunteer stopping the traffic for us to cross. Very convenient.

When I booked online, I expected to be given a good room. But it looks like I was given a room without window and a smaller room. But it was stated Superior room.

Like the rooms as its was a newly renovated as i can everything in the hotel looks brand new.. And we like the breakfast part.. as for morning there is something to eat . And all the staffs there are such a wonderful and awesome👍.. Their service to us is very well taken care.. Especially the Young Security which i saw him in e night shift.. He really went Extra Mile for us wen we about to cross the road to go back to our hotel.. And thank you to e staff, Ana, the one take care of breakfast in the morning. She had done a good job too as to ensure all her guests is happy with the food serving.. Awesome and Great Jobs to ur staffs there👍👍👍👍

- In each rooms that me and friends had, we realised that there is no coffee or tea or boiling water inside the rooms. -

Visited here a few times already, everything is good and comfortable, slightly near to bcs mall, there is a In house massage and the suite room is awesome 🎉

Please change the televisions to the latest models, with smart features, I have been to other hotels within batam, and 1 of them has smart features like YouTube, Netflix and etc, I believe once you have changed all televisions, it will be a added experience and will definitely increase the ratings ✌️

The hotel consider new and well equipped with all necessary items. I have upgraded to grand deluxe room as I need interconnecting room. The rooms are clean and spacious. They prepared two single beds and one king size bed for us. For me, it is really thoughtful.

The room has the smell of cigarette smoke. And the rooms' sound proof isn't really good. The toilets were not so clean and one of the toilet has urine smell. The rest were fine.

Very clean and new hotel. Room aircon is cold. Toilet is clean as well. Water pressure ok. The staffs are so polite and professional. The breakfast is not bad. Tasty and filling. Get to enjoy the scenery while eating. Location is great near to Diamond City Mall.

Water heater not working. The bed is abit too hard to my liking. Can hear noise from the loud residents in the morning ( the locals that live next to the hotel). There is a distinctive smell that hmmm, can't figure what is it.

Room is so clean and comfortable.Aircon is new and so good.Wifi is so good.Shower is comfortable.Stuff is so kind. They kindly kept my luggage before and after check-in.Breakfast is so tasty.Especially,Soup and Nasi goreng and Mie goreng and Telor dadaor and desert and fruit.

Shower room is a bit not clean.

New and clean, friendly and helpful staffs. the breakfast was delicious with a view. location wise is great too

its so new that there’s still dust on the floor from the renovation however, can just request them to mop the floor

The suite room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good even though there was a limited choice.

The parking area is quite limited.

Property is clean and nice, executive suite is very good. Staffs are all polite and hardworking.

Tv channels were limited,
