The wifi is actually fast, and strong. The pool is so so, but that is bonus. For the room, it is very clean, the bed is soft and comfy. The aircond is functioning well. For the iron, need to request via call, and the staff will deliver it to your room in 5 minutes.

The pool was the only thing that was so so. Need to clean it oftentimes. But the pool is open until 10 pm. And the view was really magnificent.

Location. Variety of food can be found at Nagoya Foodcourt just across the hotel. Beside the hotel there is also a coffeehouse that sells curry puffs which was said to be quite famous with quite a queue. Reception staff and security are great. Friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness can be much improved. Can spot thick dust along the windows. The hotel room flooring need much repair with gaps can be seen and uneven. The white bed sheets are clean but stain marks are visible. Hotel breakfast are acceptable not great or exceptional.

Air con and fridge was cold very good. Near malls could just take grab anywhere. Staffs all very friendly and good.

Abit run down the hotel. No bidet hv to ask staff for gayung for us muslim. Breakfast not much variety but quite delicious. Should input more. Swimming pool was ok but no towels for guests.

The location, service, accessibility. We were given joined rooms.

How the corridors can be quite spooky when its dim. 317 had existing water seepage issue due to the bathtub leak. 315 had water from the bathroom leaking into the main room.

Possibly the shower as we travelled with mom. She hardly can get into bathtub.. i guess all deluxe room comes with bathtub. So we had to request for a change of room and have to downgrade. We dont have issues in downgrading coz we finally got a connecting room..

The pool need to be clean.after swimming whole body very itchy.need to add chlorine into the water.

Pretty much everything from the moment we stepped foot in. Every staff to room up to poo, were splendid. The location is just opposite Nagoya food court which has various foods and saved us on taxi fares! Will definitely come and accommodate again with my whole family when there's a chance!

Just across the road from new foodcourt that is packed with delicious and affordable food. 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall. Bed was very comfortable.

Bath tub and carpet while clean, looks a little dated and could do with minor renovation.

The staff was polite and rooms clean. Checking in was smooth. Good location opposite the Food court.

The chairs in the room needed a padding below the legs, as it screech when moved. Towels had a smell.

Great price, good location right near Nagoya Food Court. Rooftop pool was good.

Fitness centre was advertised but was in poor condition and always locked.
