Location is good. There is a mall at ground floor but many shops are yet to open. The staff is extremely great. I called for a air-conditioning issue and request for an iron.. the reponse is immediate and issue/request resolved ASAP. Thank you!!!

If the shops in the mall and surrounding areas are open... then the location would be great!!!

Location was good for my trip, enough things around and easily to get things delivered.

Cleanliness was slightly questionable.

I like the Room concept, spacious, clean, security, Very friendly staffs and Security guards, Good location.

Shower pressure a bit weak but still ok. No cleaning services.

Basically it's a new building so it is nice, clean and it did get my hopes up. I would say, it's a very basic setup. The fact that they have many security, makes you feel safe. Front desk is helpful. The Spa isn't available yet, you gotta take the or number n whatsapp them to come over for a spa session. The pool n gym seems to be one of the best features there. And the view if you are at a high storey. The actual accomodation itself is super basic. It's really small. Walk in and it's a sink, on your right, an induction cooker, they provide utensils a pan and couple of plates n bowls. No washing detergent. The bin wasnt lined as well, luckily we had some big plastic bags in hand. The fridge is a small one ( standard hotel small fridge) When we first got there and we wanted to put our drinks in the fridge, there were 4 bottled waters that are half full, so alittle unsure if housekeeping did a thorough job. Had no idea where to dispose the trash but was directed by front desk, there's a garbage room along one end of the floor. There's a broom n mop but no dust pan There's soap n toothbrushes provided. You have to bring or buy your own shampoo. The bed frame were still wrapped in plastic so the mattress keeps sliding off when you sit on the bed. TV has cable and apps so there's YouTube n Netflix. Aircon was good but wasn't that strong. Oh. And there's a lot of ants on the floor, weirdly enough. Not sure why. This was just as we checked in. But at $45 a night, its a better pick than alot of places.

Communication is a challenge with certain things.

it ran out of water on the third day our stay. I kept messaging the staff; but nobody came; it wasn’t fixed.

Shower place and basin always flooded when we used. Shocked there is only 1 toilet, we travel in a group and it caused a lot of inconvenience.
