Very very helpful staff who sat me down when they saw I have mobility problems and processed me as quick as possible. The room was calm and clean and comfortable and easy to get to inside the airport. My only gripe is that for an 8 hour booking it is very very expensive, ie the same as you would pay for a full 24 hour stay but suppose that's the price of convenience, and a shower and clean cool bed and bathroom to use after a long flight is wonderful. I was offered a room service breakfast and this came in plenty of time, also appreciate the bottles of water and coffee making supplies.

Very good staff at check in, they were very busy but helpful and I was offered the meal included in the price of my room. The room was clean and such a relief to get into a clean cool bed for 6 hours much needed sleep before my next flight. Also good to have toiletries provided in the room and bottled drinking water and items to make coffee or drinking chocolate etc. I had asked for a wake up call and that came on time and the staff we helpful in getting the assistance team to come along and help me get to the departure gate for my next flight.

Price, it is a very useful place to be able to rest up and wash and sleep, but it is expensive for a chunk of time say 6 or 12 hours but guess thats the price of convenience.

We organised the 6 hour stay, which was amazing, and the hotel is actually in the airport so you don't have to get out of the airport. Was quiet, and the beds were very comfy. perfect for our layover in Singapore airport.

A room service was included, and my children purchased the noodles - they were then sick on the plane... which i believe was from the noodles. Maybe do not order room service if you are not used to their food.

Very comfortable bed , great size of room, fantastic view of the arrivals runway. Very quiet, easy to get to . Great they gave you some meal vouchers for lounge. Shower room was large with all amenities you would need to freshen up.

TBH I can't say there was much I didn't like. It was perfect for a 12 hours lay over between flights and would highly recommend. The one negative is perhaps the cost, but to me it was worth it and I would do it again.

room was good, bed was comfortable, there was enough room. 11am checkout worked well for us.

The cost of staying was exorbitant - Nearly $700 for one night, $250-$300 would have been more reasonable. We were told, by reception, that we could book at the restaurant up until 9.30, which was great, because we came in about 9.10. We rang and asked to book, to be told that they close at 9.45 and we couldn't book in. You missed out on good money. I would expect a hotel restaurant at an airport to stay open for business until at least 11pm, due to traffic.

Room was great to have a break from travelling on plane. Quiet and restful. Everything clean. The complementary meal was appreciated and we didn’t eat the less savoury plane food.

Footrests for those two front (additionally priced)seats would have been so much better for my feet on the night flight of 13 hours, especially if they were slightly raised. Benefits should be closer that of business class passengers. Our personal handbags being stored some distance from us was a cause for anxiety as we wanted access to medication and tissues and anti-bacterial wipes.

This property is always very clean and comfortable! On this stay we were offered meals included in the price. this was very convenient as we arrived very exhausted.

we could have saved money not including the meals as there are many affordable noodle type shops near the hotel. However, it was convenient and prompt delivery of food to two weary travelers.

Easy Access, comfortable, good room service.

This was extremely expensive for an average hotel room. And therefore I think mattresses could have been of better quality. They were hard but not comfortable like other hotel beds. The bathroom was a bit worn and bathrobes would have been good. Toilet kept flushing when I was using it.

We have used the Ambassador Transit hotel on a number of occasions and always find it very convenient to stay en route from London to Australia. It is clean, comfortable and well located in the heart of T3.

The price is high, in fact twice the price of the Radisson Blu hotel in Heathrow. The meals added to the room rate are adequate, but don't justify the extra cost and in many respects are unnecessary, because invariably, food is provided on the aeroplane.

Excellent way to spend time between a long layover to get much needed sleep & time away from the madness of the Terminal. Room was clean & well set up with dim lighting, excellent air con & 2 bottles of water for each person. The room was pitch black with the lights out & almost 100% sound proof - ideal for sleeping. The food was average but convenient for a snack in the room. We embarked on our second journey refreshed, well rested & relaxed.
