A large step up into the bathroom.

The transit hotel in the airport airside allowed for several hours of real sleep, included access to a clean shower and toilet facilities and included breakfast. The check in was seamless after midnight and the room was comfortable and clean.

It was a little expensive for the six hours, especially coming from Southeast Asia where this one night in Singapore equalled a week of hotels in SEA but it's all about the location and convenience. There is a lot of loud door slamming. The doors are heavy and click and shut loudly during the night as people need to come and go.

We had a 10 hour layover at Changi Airport, and it was well worth it to pay for 6 hours at the Ambassador Hotel to rest before our 14 hour flight home. Located in terminal 2, it was easy to get there. The room was more spacious that I was expecting. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. I slept well which made for a better flight home.

It's a bit expensive for 6 hours, but I would pay it again to have a quiet place to rest, and a hot shower on a long layover in Singapore.

The Staff let us into our room a little early and this meant we could make full use of the sleep time. The water provided for drinking and hot drinks was great. Every possible need was catered for.

We would have like to have a facecloth provided as we didn’t carry one in our cabin luggage, so a shower without a facecloth was strange. We didn’t like the high step up to the bathroom but realise you can’t change this now.

Very clean, with basic amenities provided. Shared bathrooms are very clean too. Price is definitely a bit steep but very convenient if you have an overnight layover while don't want to leave the airport and lug your luggages with you around town.

Quiet room, great service, good food

Airconditioning was cold and centrally controlled so you needed to ask for extra blankets, the price for my stay for 12 hours on booking.com ended up the same as staying at the crown so a bit pricey indeed. So it may be better to approach the hotel and lounges directly it's cheaper than booking on this platform.

That little sleep in the middle of Frankfurt - Melbourne made all the difference. For once I didn't just collapse into a Melbourne hotel on arrival but got a train home right away, and spent a productive day at home too.

It was blissfully quiet. But NOT when the staff went down my corridor unlocking and relocking every room! Shared bathroom was fine but getting dressed to go there wasn't. A bathrobe would have been good.

The room was what I expected. It was clean, and so where the bathroom, toilet and shower facilities. It's also in a good location.

The male counter attendant was tired and not helpful in signing in. The female attendant had to take over and do it for him. Even she was a bit short in her tone when I was asking about gym facilities and if there was a pool. I got a complementary breakfast and lunch which I enjoyed but the staff member who engaged me at the lunch buffet was less than helpful and the lunch was late.

I booked a 6hr room with own bathroom. The room was very clean and had everything I needed to transit for 7 hours. The room was very quiet, so I was able to get a couple of hours sleep and shower to freshen up between flights. I only say it is a bit expensive, but you expect that because it's in the airport terminal. They do offer free 45 minute buffet if you need to eat or grab a coffee.
