The rooms are very spacious even by Indonesian standards. You could actually fit in two rooms for the space. The rooms seem to be recently refurbished and are also spotlessly clean.

Though the rooms were refurbished, the bathrooms didn't seem to be, so they look a bit worn out, though overall, they're still very spacious and clean. The doors are fitted with a sensor. If you don't close them within 5 seconds, they'll emit loud beeping. There's no way to go in and out of the room without waking someone.

The hotel is located quite near the Harbour Bay, about 5 minutes of walk. Since it is located inside a paid parking area, the surrounding is not too crowded. There are two Circle K convenience store across the hotel, which probably open 24 hours. They required a deposit of IDR 100,000, which probably can only be paid by cash. They will give a receipt for the deposit and required to be returned upon check out in order to get the deposit back. Laundry service is also available for a decent price. Multiple local restaurants are available nearby the hotel. More options, including ATM, are available in Bayfront Mall. The room size is just enough. For solo traveler is good. For two people it might feels a little bit tight. The power outlets in the room are using the universal socket. However, it is a bit difficult when using EU plug. The UK plug works better. Refrigerator is available in the room, along with complimentary bottled mineral waters, tea, and coffee. The bathroom is clean and has separation between the shower area and the dry area. Basic amenities are provided, such as hand soap, body soap, shampoo, comb, brushing kit, and towels. The shower has a very good water pressure and the hot water works very well. The Wi-Fi connection is quite fast and easy to be connected. Although is not too vary, the breakfast is good. They also can make omelets by request. The staffs are very nice and helpful. They also provide a free shuttle car to several malls.

For the soup-based breakfast, it is served cold most of the times. The shower partition is leaking. So, need to adjust the shower head and also the water pressure, so that it doesn't leak into the partition. For the room service, it seems like they only clean the floor. While for the bed was only made, because it starts to make itchy feels after staying for more than 3 days. The laundry is not really good. The clothes were clean but had a very strong odor. Only use it for emergency and immediately open the plastic cover to release the odor.

Walking distance to Harbourbay terminal, easy access to many locations, and a bonus point of staying here is that they have a free shuttle service to the mall, and we can arrange when they should pick us up. Highly recommended. Variety of choices for breakfast. Extremely happy with our stay. Spacious room, soft bed, fresh linen, and a good amount of lighting. Minimarkets are located nearby (open 24 hours a day).

It would be better if each room were provided with an iron and an iron board individually. We need to call housekeeping every time we want to use it, and the time limit is only 1 hour. One of the foods during breakfast was spoiled, and we notified the staff, and they immediately removed the food (good job on fast action, but kitchen staff need to make sure the same thing won't happen twice).

The room is very spacious. Inside the room there are a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a TV, some cabinets, a wardrobe, a dining table, a small kitchen and a sink. Although they don't provide microwave, they do provide electric stove and a wok. Dining equipments such as plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and knives are also provided. Probably it can be called an apartment room instead of a hotel room. The bathroom is very clean and they provide things such as toiletries, shaving kits, shower cap, liquid body wash, and shampoo. Considering the price they offer, they provide a lot of things, and that's a good point. The location of the hotel is quite good. About 5 minutes of walk from the Harbour Bay. Right outside the hotel there are minimarkets, Circle K, that open for 24 hours. Eatery option, beside those that are located in Harbour Bay, is quite limited considering the hotel is located inside the Harbour Bay area. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.

Not sure if it is from the fragrance they use but the room smells like a room that is rarely used. Leaving the AC on for a bit can solve the issue.

Great value for money. Excellent having a shuttle service to shopping malls but restaurants and cafes within easy reach. The staff were friendly, helpful and offered great service. Easy check in and checkout. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

Linen needs either brightening up or replaced. Spa needs to be improved . A uniform would look more professional and more impressive. Girls need to pay more attention to clients individual needs but maybe this was due to language barrier. Ask client some questions and do a consultation prior to service. Milk at breakfast needs to be offered cold as well as the warm milk provided.

The best thing about this hotel is that of its location. Everything is reachable and near. The food [especially the Real Seafood], the mosque, the Harbour Bay Mall and the entertainment is just by foot away from the hotel. The staff are very charming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast, though simple and limited are enough to last till lunch. Hotel room has good lighting and large. The air-conditioning system is perfect while the bed is comfortable and linen smells of freshness from proper laundry.

My night sleep could have been better without the noise from late night Mahjong Players across the street. Hopefully my next visit will be a more peaceful one especially during the night. The balcony at the room I stayed faces the hot evening sun. Had to spend my time more indoor than sitting in the balcony to enjoy the view.

It was an excellent stay! I stayed for 2 nights. The check-inn was smooth. I had to pay for early check-inn (not much tbh) the guy at the reception i am not sure if it was Agus sorry i forgot his name, he was great. Honestly, this place is underrated. They serve nice breakfast and the people are very nice! Will choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel was located close to Harbour Bay terminal and was good value-for-money. The counter staff spoke good English and check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, spacious and functional.

The shower was not very intuitive nor functional but we managed to get it to work eventually through trial-and-error. The breakfast spread was rather limited and not refilled when it ran out.

The spacious rooms, location and staffs. They are like close friends already.

Room cleaning is rather slow.
