Our one night stay at the Bus Collective was almost perfect. I had previously had excellent comminucation with staff at the resort, particularly with a member staff named Edison, who was very helpful. Our flight was scheduled to land after midnight, and I was worried that we would not be able to gain entry so late. However, I was reassured someone would be available on the front desk 24/7. This was not the case. The place was closed. Our taxi driver tried ringing, but there was no answer for quite some time. Luckily we received a response from a member of staff who appeared to have just been woken up. Communication was difficult. We could not understand us. He insisted I pay cash, even though I had agreed earlier to pay card ( and did not have enough local currency on me) The location is near the airport, but not within walking distance. It is based in Changi Village. There is an outdoor bar on site, which is open early in the morning. There's a Hawker Centre next door where you can buy allsorts including cheap food. It is a short walk to the river nad the beach. A bus stop outside the reception. Day staff were helpful and offered to book a taxi. Tip: download the Grab app ( like Uber). The bus was tastefully decorated and clean. The bed was the most comfortable we'd had on our trip.

Loved the novelty of staying in a bus! Great for kids who love buses.

We tried eating outside at the benches, but there were just too many flies it was impossible to eat peacefully. the bus beside us had a bbq going on, and once they left, a flock of crows came to eat the leftovers and were noisy till the morning. So i would recommend just to eat at the hawker centre.

1) Unique Experience with the converted Bus Staycation. 2) Enjoy the Sunrise from the Driver Seat, Front of the Bus. 3) Staff is approachable and fuflifll request when approached. 4) Patio area with covered shelter for food and BBQ. Area is clean up daily by staff promptly. 5) Close proximity to the food center, restaurant, cafe that serve delicious local delight such as Nasi Lemak, Roti prata, Zhi Cha 6) Close proximity to the provision area to grab stuff etc. 7) Close proximity to broadwalk, park and the ferry terminal for short visit to Ubin.

1) BBQ pit is a bit rusty though Patio area is clean and well maintained with the washing area by the side. 2) Good if could be more handicapped accessible such as covered walkway without the pebble.

I loved the concept of turning decommissioned busses into a hotel! Something unique and fun compared to normal hotel rooms. Loved how the rooms were done up, so cozy and practical.

My husband and I felt that the floors could have been cleaner. It felt like there was a layer of something over the floor that made it sticky.

This was a truly unique and fun stay for our family! Surprisingly spacious and very luxurious inside, it easily fit the four of us. The bed was super comfortable, and with the Singapore heat. The highlight for our boys was definitely the bus’s original steering wheel—they couldn’t get enough of it and nearly fell asleep playing! There’s a lovely patio with a BBQ, but the heat and humidity made it tough to enjoy. Daily bed-making and fresh water bottles were a nice touch.

Keeping the AC on at all times was essential.

I was sceptical but optimistic and I was not disappointed at all! Its exactly as pictured and exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely accommodating even at 11pm! Fast replies to any questions and upon check out, the front office staff helped us find somewhere to do a bit of shopping and even arranged a taxi and communicated with the driver. Such a fun and unique experience. Please Def try the changi hawkers markets for a meal if you can!, a 2 minute walk, cheap food and tasty too!.

Complete. Well facilitated in a bus. Interesting and fresh concept of a staycation. Well located to hawker ctr, shops and beach. Allow up to six guests and can borrow chairs from the checkin office. Also can borrow umbrella. Bbq pit is always clean by the next morning. Staff is super friendly.

It is far from the rest of the island. Carpark is expensive if you drive there. On the expensive side. But if don’t look at the cost, it is a relaxing location. Side gates of property needs auto close, guests don’t close gates-compromise the safety of guests especially at night. Also locks from side gates need to be removed, as I encountered a locked gate when I come back from outdoors.

i like the fact that i dont need to go far for the experience of staying in a bus. my kids totally enjoyed themselves during the stay, from the BBQ to plane sightings. the bus driver seat itself was so popular that my kids often fight for it! 🤣 i definitely love the stay, definitely recommend to those who seek a quiet place to recover. The plane noise was bearable as well for our sleep. Service definitely was exceptional. Check-ins/ check-outs was a breeze as well. Now, my kids are bugging me for another stay!

the mozzies! definitely need those mosquito coils for outside while BBQ-ing & insect repellants. otherwise everything else is topnotch.

A peaceful place (except for the planes flying by frequently) to get away from the busy city live. Room smell nice and reasonable clean Feels like a luxury chalet. Lots of food and convenience shop nearby (few mins walk) if you choose not to BBQ Big outdoor area with bbq pit and sink that sit 4-6 pax comfortablely Changi beach and boat to Ubin just walking distance away. Big tub That fit 2 adults easily.

Room bit squeezy to walk side by side (as the room is longish) Walking around the compound can be quite hot during day time.

I loved the bus, the design, the rain shower and beautiful bath. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small fridge, two tvs, the driver's seat, a round bed, a sitting couch! Views from all windows were great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and even got a little birthday cake for me. It was also very clean (contrary to many reviews read before). There is also an outside space and table, umbrella, and a barbecue.

Only the pillows could be of better quality, but nothing else was bad!
