Relatively close to the airport - handy if just staying overnight in between flights (especially if flights in and out are in different terminals - not connecting). 7/11 and food places downstairs. Room was small but all I needed for the night - had a TV, kettle, coffee, mug etc. Easy check out. Looked like they had washing machines you could use also.

Bathroom wasn't very clean (sink) and the shower head in the middle of the bathroom over the toilet (again ok as a solo traveller staying to sleep between flights, but would be annoying if there for longer). Also had issues with air con - but the man fixed it for me.

Common Table, Small Kitchenette, Washer, Dryer and a Common ref and Sink and Plate cup and Utensils. Close to Bus Stop , quiet area, variety of mid range Resto and a Supermarket. Staff was helpful especially the malaysia thinner one that help us with taxi booking for the airport.

The room we pick and assigned were the smallest in our 6 times to Singapore.. There were family type or Deluxe type rooms .. that the next traveler should consider .. There should be a sign that there is a ramp entrance at the back for those with bags.

We were upgraded to a family room, so that gave us the additional space that a lot of people were complaining about in other reviews. Position was good. Handy shops and transport.

Very noisy. Would have been very hard to find the entrance if our Grab driver didn't know it. The listing should say "rear . We also asked to store our backpacks, which was okayed, but when we returned 5 hours later, our bags were still sitting out in the open, instead of being locked away.

High level of quiteness, cleaningness and respect in the communal areas. Great kitchen and washing facilities

Daily room room service can make this place exceptionally good

I loved staying here - it was a good value price, I got a free room upgrade , extremely clean with comfortable bed and good water pressure with delicious chrysanthemum tea and milk coffee plus free waters . Quick and efficient check in and out - will stay again

My experience with Q loft hotels was great. The young man behind the desk was extremely helpful, friendly and provided me with expert knowledge on the area as well as helping me out with timetables for the bus across the road. The room itself was small but suited my needs for the one night. I like that they have a common area for guests to heat/store food and supply filtered water here. The hotel is situated in a convenient location across the road from many restaurants which are open quite late. It also has a seven eleven downstairs which I found useful.

It is what it is. A small, short-stay hotel near the airport. The taxi ride was barely 15 minutes and only cost $20. It was exactly what I was after. It is located upstairs on a strip of shops that includes a 7-11 and opposite a market that had Hawker-style food which was delicious.

The room size was very small. I'm 6"1' and could touch both walls in bed when I stretched out. The bathroom is also very compact.

Friendly staff. Was able to extend our check-out time.

Must climb up stairs, which is not convenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. I was later informed that a ramp is available from the back door - wish it was communicated earlier.
