The beds were firm, large roomy and comfortable with spotlessly clean sheets and bedding. Very clean facilities with a hot and cold water machine that provided filtered water perfectly clean to drink. Or Hot water to make a cup or coffee. You can walk through to the beach and there is a covered walkway through to the shopping centre which is close by. There are food outlets to meet any needs with McDonald’s Kentucky fried chicken and many local quality fast food and restaurants The shuttle takes you there but never used it for our 2 night stay. The water park is perfect for all to enjoy worth a substantial discount for hotel residents.

The room has a little ledge up to a wooden floor where you can sit or just enjoy the panoramic view almost like a balcony effect. However it needs a 45 degree plastic or timber bevel putting down to help preventing you tripping over or stubbing your toe on the edge of the boarding. This is especially a concern at night walking around with no lights on you need to be aware of the edge or lip.

I needed a room close to the airport for one-night and D’Resort was a good choice - just a short taxi ride from the airport. I had a clean, modern and spacious room. It’s a 5 min walk undercover to the shopping mall next door, where there are a number of restaurants and cafés, and a bus nearby to the Pasir Ris MRT station. I will happily stay here again.

We chose the resort due to the proximity to the airport and our early flight the next day. The hotel proved itself as an excellent choice! The rooms were very large compared to the average Singapore hotel room size and clean. The Downtown East mall is a 3 minute walk away with an abundant choice of food, and Pasir park connects to the hotel via a private gate. Too bad we didn't have enough time for the Wild Wild Wet water park.

Our family stayed in two rooms, a double room and a quadruple room. The windows of the quadruple room faced the resort picnic area. It was quite noisy late at night.

Away from the noise and crowds. We like to stay here because it is close to Changi airport and can be reached by MRT via Pasir Ris station and a free shuttle bus to the shopping complex in front of the resort. It is possible to walk under cover from the shuttle bus terminal to the resort without getting wet. Located on Pasir Ris beach where you can walk and look for wildlife, eg hornbills, otters, monitor lizards etc. There is a cafe in the resort plus the nearby shopping complex with passable food options and a supermarket in front of the resort. Better food options are at Pasir Ris MRT shopping centre or the associated hawkers area. There is a waterpark next door which is good if you need to entertain kids.

We stayed in a different room to last time and it had confusing light switches. There is also a hot and cold water dispenser for tea and coffee etc, that you fill carefully with a jug, but the space above the unit is tight because there is a glass shelf above it and so it is easy to spill water. There is a raised platform between the bed and the window that is a tripping hazard. The platform serves no purpose and it ideal for stubbing your toes.

We had a very pleasant stay at D’Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The surroundings were peaceful, and the resort's proximity to amenities like Wild Wild Wet and Downtown East made everything super convenient. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. After we checked out, we discovered that my daughter had left her phone behind. When we returned to the hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to go back to the room to search. Just as we were about to give up, a kind cleaner called out to us—she had found the phone hidden in the bedlinen. We were so grateful for her honesty and the receptionist's assistance. This experience really left a positive impression on us. Thank you to the wonderful team at D’Resort for making our stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We've been here a few times now and we'll be back. For our family it works really well. The hotel being connected by a covered walkway to the Downtown East shopping centre is great, so many food choices, a tiny playground, soft play venue (Tayo Station, a small Fairprice supermarket and a laundrette. We have also enjoyed trips to the Wild Wild Wet waterpark (closed Tuesdays, but rarely any queues during the week), and the park behind the hotel is great too. We like the family rooms with the bunk beds - they're clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located as well - It's about 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, so easy to get to after a long flight. 15 minutes walk+bus to the MRT and the rest of the city.

The room was large and pleasant. It had effective block out curtains and was very quiet. They said it was an upgrade although we had originally asked for a room with a King bed and our room had two Queen beds. There were a good selection of power sockets. The spout in the bathroom was an interesting "waterfall" which I hadn't seen before. The "family" nature of the resort was emphasised by the toilet having a child seat built in.

The layout (including getting to and from the mall) was a bit confusing at first but we worked it out before we left. It was a shame that the hotel itself doesn't have a swimming pool, depending on the waterpark, which costs extra.

We stayed here 2 nights at the end of our trip for the convenience of the Waterpark next door and being relatively close to the airport for our departure. Kids loved the day at the waterpark, added bonus it was a weekday and the park was relatively quiet with hardly any wait time on any slide. The hotel was great - clean and well suited to families with option of bunk beds in the room. Standard Ride-share taxi to airport was roughly $SGD15.00 and approx 20-30mins in peak morning traffic @ 7am - so could be a convenient choice for a 1 night layover between flights.

Check-in was so well organised, and the staff was friendly. Carpark lots was available and convenient to access for register in proper direction. The room was clean and proper. It was a nice place for vacation and relaxing after long day works. Facilities for kids and horse riding are available. There is a nearby food area around the D' Resort. You can have a good day relaxing, which is far from the noise of cars, lorry, and other vehicles. Why not try and experience the wonder at D'Resort # Downtown East.

There are a few items that need to be touched. Ensure facilities like shower hoses are not leaking, The joint bed is not comfortable. When we sleep, it keeps moving apart ,as we request to have a single queen or king size since it is not available, they suggest to have joint bed but it was drifted apart when we sleep, lucky one of us not fall off. Ensure it is secure when two beds are joint together. Overall, we are satisfied staying there and will come back again.

Clean and tidy, relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which takes around an hour via public transport. The area has everything you need and can find at the local shops, loved exploring the Downtown East shops. You can take the walk bridge all the way around, but it's quicker by the inner access road along the water park. The Chef 18 restaurant was a favourite on the 2nd floor (first floor is ground floor). Macca's and KFC downstairs next to Wild Wild Wet water park, which is fun for the kids. Discount by ten dollars each when you show your D' Resort card. MRT nearby via free shuttle service, no airport service, and you will need to order a larger taxi for baggage.

Staff make sure their job gets done, although some could be more friendly as they let their colleagues down otherwise. For example, being more informative for travellers who are unfamiliar with their surroundings and the hotel's available services, like the free shuttle to the train station, we walked to bus, then one stop to MRT.
