I needed a room close to the airport for one-night and D’Resort was a good choice - just a short taxi ride from the airport. I had a clean, modern and spacious room. It’s a 5 min walk undercover to the shopping mall next door, where there are a number of restaurants and cafés, and a bus nearby to the Pasir Ris MRT station. I will happily stay here again.

Away from the noise and crowds. We like to stay here because it is close to Changi airport and can be reached by MRT via Pasir Ris station and a free shuttle bus to the shopping complex in front of the resort. It is possible to walk under cover from the shuttle bus terminal to the resort without getting wet. Located on Pasir Ris beach where you can walk and look for wildlife, eg hornbills, otters, monitor lizards etc. There is a cafe in the resort plus the nearby shopping complex with passable food options and a supermarket in front of the resort. Better food options are at Pasir Ris MRT shopping centre or the associated hawkers area. There is a waterpark next door which is good if you need to entertain kids.

We stayed in a different room to last time and it had confusing light switches. There is also a hot and cold water dispenser for tea and coffee etc, that you fill carefully with a jug, but the space above the unit is tight because there is a glass shelf above it and so it is easy to spill water. There is a raised platform between the bed and the window that is a tripping hazard. The platform serves no purpose and it ideal for stubbing your toes.

We've been here a few times now and we'll be back. For our family it works really well. The hotel being connected by a covered walkway to the Downtown East shopping centre is great, so many food choices, a tiny playground, soft play venue (Tayo Station, a small Fairprice supermarket and a laundrette. We have also enjoyed trips to the Wild Wild Wet waterpark (closed Tuesdays, but rarely any queues during the week), and the park behind the hotel is great too. We like the family rooms with the bunk beds - they're clean, comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located as well - It's about 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, so easy to get to after a long flight. 15 minutes walk+bus to the MRT and the rest of the city.

Clean and tidy, relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which takes around an hour via public transport. The area has everything you need and can find at the local shops, loved exploring the Downtown East shops. You can take the walk bridge all the way around, but it's quicker by the inner access road along the water park. The Chef 18 restaurant was a favourite on the 2nd floor (first floor is ground floor). Macca's and KFC downstairs next to Wild Wild Wet water park, which is fun for the kids. Discount by ten dollars each when you show your D' Resort card. MRT nearby via free shuttle service, no airport service, and you will need to order a larger taxi for baggage.

Staff make sure their job gets done, although some could be more friendly as they let their colleagues down otherwise. For example, being more informative for travellers who are unfamiliar with their surroundings and the hotel's available services, like the free shuttle to the train station, we walked to bus, then one stop to MRT.

Check-in was so well organised, and the staff was friendly. Carpark lots was available and convenient to access for register in proper direction. The room was clean and proper. It was a nice place for vacation and relaxing after long day works. Facilities for kids and horse riding are available. There is a nearby food area around the D' Resort. You can have a good day relaxing, which is far from the noise of cars, lorry, and other vehicles. Why not try and experience the wonder at D'Resort # Downtown East.

There are a few items that need to be touched. Ensure facilities like shower hoses are not leaking, The joint bed is not comfortable. When we sleep, it keeps moving apart ,as we request to have a single queen or king size since it is not available, they suggest to have joint bed but it was drifted apart when we sleep, lucky one of us not fall off. Ensure it is secure when two beds are joint together. Overall, we are satisfied staying there and will come back again.

Great location with easy access to Ketam beach, local park land and shopping centre. A great family friendly venue with resort access to the Wild Wild Wet water park and a bike shop on the premises. We hired bikes to explore the beautiful local park lands and play areas and visited the shopping centre for food (both supermarket and restaurants) and other activities. The room was simple yet comfortable with a great view overlooking the local mangroves. It had everything we needed and was cleaned daily.

Everything was extremely satisfactory! I only had minor gripes about the lighting in the bathroom which could be better, the shower head was a little temperamental in that it kept sliding down and an extra chair would be really useful.

The bed was firm yet soft so it made for a good night's sleep. The room was extremely spacious considering it contained 2 double beds. The blackout curtains worked so well we almost missed the check-out time. The best thing was having a completely sheltered (long) walkway from Downtown East mall to the room when it was thundering and pouring rain.

The shower's water pressure was very low so it took a long time to wash and to be clean. There could have been hand towels because we had to use the big ones for drying our hands. An extra bathmat would help since the room was for four people who had to shower.

13" walk to my new grandson's home! Attached to 2 shopping malls and a big water park plus walking distance to excellent, fast, frequent, inexpensive public transportation to the whole country. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Great shower. Small but fully usable fridge and coffee maker. 2 great massage chairs in the lobby for $2/6 minutes (feels much longer). Friendly staff. Many English speaking. Situated in Pasir Ris Park with ocean waterfront and watercraft rentals. Lots of inexpensive eateries nearby.

Nothing. We were very happy.

(1) lack of a swimming pool is the only reason i don't give you a perfect score on my overall stay and facilities. Having the daily pass to Wild Wild Wet is fine but it isn't a more private pool. (2) your receptionists Anna and Jasrinda were very professional, friendly and helpful in helping us upgrade to the Suite and araange for half day extension. They always have a smile on their face when dealing with us. (3) riding rental bike on adjoining Pasir Ris beach park is serene and enjoyable.

No swimming pool

I liked the location is close to the PASIR RIS park, and beach, the building has two levels which is good, the sidewalk from second level through the shopping center under the shade also safety for pedestrian.

I didn't like, when I got into the room. The room smelled like mold, and I asked them to change the room for me. She was not happy, and she said that because you booked the room from booking.com I can't change but if you booked it from the D'Resort then I can change for you. that disappointed me. Then I asked if I checked out early can I get money back? The answer is No, but the next day front desk called me to change the room so everything good.
