Conveniently located. Short walk to Hotel after exiting plane. Location within airport assisted in avoiding waiting in immigration queue for what was an overnight stay. Extremely comfortable pillows. Quiet location overall, conducive to goodnights sleep. Pool and bar available on site.

Meal provided described as complimentary and limited in choice. Not good value for fee paid. Not able to use Pool as it was not open until midday which didn't fit with our allotted exit time.

the cleaning staff were inconsiderate of sleeping guests. my six hours was 6pm to 12. the staff were cleaning other rooms along the corridor thorough out the evening, which I understand, but talking to each other in very loud voices while doing so - not just a word here and there but extended LOUD conversation. to the point where I got up around 11.15pm to ask them to be quiet. very inconsiderate behaviour.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet - no windows. Breakfast (included) was good.

It is important to understand that this is a true transit hotel. We came in on one airline and were going out the next day with another. We went to the baggage carousel to pick up luggage and we’re then decanted into the main terminal. We couldn’t get back into the transit area and the hotel until we had got our onward boarding pass and a special pass from the information desk. Took more than an hour. Beware!

the property allowed us to take a rest between flights and the pool was great for the kids although they only used it briefly

we had to take 2 rooms for our family of 4, also we waited ages for the included meal that you could only eat in a specific area and the food wasn’t good, we ended up buying food in the airport afterwards

The cost for 12 hours was ridiculously expensive $445 Australian. I don't understand why. It's clean and nice but let's face it, it's a modern basic transit hotel in an airport. I think the cost could be much cheaper, ok they have a pool but we didn't want to use it, we wanted to sleep. Definitely won't be wasting our money here again next time we transit through Changi.

Nice clean room at the airport terminal. Friendly staff and meal was nice. Just great to have a shower and rest in between flights.

After a long flight you just want to get to your room, but check-in here seems very bureaucratic and taking a long time. Like all airport hotels, very expensive.

Although we had just under an hour in the pool before it closed, it was wonderful to have the facility. There was a cocktail bar there too but both closed at 10pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. A meal is included in the price and there is also a complimentary breakfast of cereal and toast between 6am and 10am so you can have both. The room was very comfortable - very wide, comfortable single beds. The room was very quiet - we didn't have the experience that others have reported regarding it being noisy. It was very expensive for the time we were there but having a guaranteed bed, secure, quiet room and ensuite shower room as well as access to the pool meant I don't regret it.

As above - it's a lot of money. I read in the property response to other reviews that if you book 6 hours, they charge per hour on a rolling basis for extra hours. I booked 12 hours on booking.com but we only stayed for 10 hours. In future I would book for 6 hours then roll over. The shower in the room only had a body wash/shampoo combined. It would have been nice to have conditioner too. The veggie options for the meals are limited to two choices.

We had long flights from Africa to NZ with a 14 hour layover. This option fit the bill perfectly as we booked a 12 hr time slot for use of the room to sleep and shower. Our room (#38) was spotless with a comfy bed, nice shower, TV, WiFi, kettle for tea/coffee and extremely quiet. Room fee also included a tasty meal. The staff was great. Nice community lobby, dining, small gym and pool available for guests use. You cannot beat the location as it is situated within the airport so no need to haul your checked luggage or go through immigration/customs as the location is Airside within the International terminal. We checked out refreshed and ready for our next leg of travel. Would definitely book again!

The location was fantastic. Easy to find. Room was good size an clean. Only way to stay when flying Scoot. We arrived late and were greeted nicely 👌. But then came the bad news about having to check out by 5am in morning when our flight was not leaving until 11.10am. We had already had a big day.

Having to have to pay extra to get a good sleep before our flight . We thought it was like a motel check out by 10am. As we didn't check in until 11pm was very disappointed that we had to pay EXTRA . 11pm to 8am was very expensive. There was only continental breakfast very basic. No buffet breakfast like elsewhere.

Check in/out quick and efficient. Good communication at booking. Not having set check-in times is fantastic when you are travelling, particularly if you experience delays. Our layover was over 18 hours, when we asked at check-in, it was arranged for us to book extra hours (had booked 12 hour slot). The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, nice water pressure, room temperature and lighting perfect for a good rest. Pool area nice, and pool very clean. Included meals were good and fresh. Very convenient location. It is so good to be able to break up long haul flights with a decent rest.

Cost seems high. Also, just a small thing, but listed under facilities is "tumble dryer". I thought that would be handy to get swimming gear dry. But there is no tumbler dryer available. There are airer/drying racks in the rooms, I think maybe it's a mistranslation situation?
