Arriving in Singapore at 2 a.m. with a six-hour layover, this was the perfect place to rest. I’ve had overnight layovers at Changi before and slept on the floor, which was awful. Having a clean, comfortable, and safe place to sleep this time was a godsend. In my opinion, getting a good night’s rest was well worth the money. The rooms have partitions, so you can hear others—it’s similar to a hostel—but they provide earplugs, and I recommend bringing an eye mask. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, and the staff was incredibly kind!

The lounge offered a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment perfect for unwinding during my layover. The food was good and the buffet offered various delicious options, from hot dishes to fresh salads and snacks. Everything was well-prepared and tasted great. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests and they even allowed me to stay a little longer to wait for my wheelchair attendant. This flexibility was much appreciated and made my experience even more enjoyable.

Everything went very well - not sure why this got so many poor reviews. Check in was easy, I booked the 6hour Nap room and the guy at check in gave me an extra 30mins so I could get settled and see the facilities. The nap room was like a tiny hotel room, the bed was very comfortable. While the room only has a curtain for a door it is in a very quiet part of the terminal with restricted access so I didn't experience any trouble with noise (bring earplugs just in case. I sleep for 5 hours, used the showers which were so clean and they provided a towel, shampoo conditioner and body wash. Also had hair dryers. I has breakfast/lunch and there was plenty of food at the buffet and no limit to the amount I could have. Even though my nap room was for 6 hours I could stay in the lounge all day which was great as I has an 11 hour layover.

honestly not much Would have been nice to have a door on the nap room but it didnt effect my sleep anyways. Food was nothing special but it was ok and it filled a hole. Just dont go expecting a glamorous experience and you will be fine!

The value for money in comparison to a hotel room, for 6 hours, is very good. The room is functional, nice to have a closed space to rest, shower and lounge access. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. The location is fantastic, very convenient.

I think having walls to the ceiling would transform the experience. I would also have liked a few coat-hangers and a clothing rail or somewhere to put clothes while resting.

I love the fact that the lounge feels like you can just kick back and rest for a while until your flight. I also like the fact that even though there plenty of people coming in, it's not crowded and it's almost quiet. The buffet is what you would expect for the lounge. It's delicious and you can get as you like.

The only thing that I probably would say I didn't like was less variety of music. Throw in some smooth jazz, moodscapes, and a little bit of classical music would suffice.

Helpful at check in. Had breakfast first and was then taken to the nap room. Breakfast was standard. Nap room as expected and was a great rest between 2 long haul flights.

No guidance re the shower facilities- no one to welcome you or give you fresh towels etc. Indeed unsure if they were cleaned in between users. Many shower cubicles were blocked off so unsure whether to use them.

Misinformation given upon arrival - booked terminal 2 but couldn’t use it because she had to wait until Air NZ checkin was open. We managed to get our refund back. Thanks

I had a 10 hour lay-over after a 10 hour flight so the property met my need and budget. Buffet breakfast was pretty good. Definitely worth considering for long haul/lay-over situations.

Floor to sealing walls and soundproofing for sleeping quarters to address/supress noise and lighting from adjacent rooms

A fairly small place but great for a few hours to remove the stress of a long haul flight. Fairly quiet when we were there with plenty of space for a good stretch. Food looks ok and pretty good selection but I did not try as already had dinner. There's about 5 shower cubicles which were clean down after every customer,though a few minutes wait might be required during busy periods. Nothing comparable to the airlines First/Business Class lounges but a good substitute as an on demand lounge.

Decor is a bit dated but not a show stopper.

The facility is comfortable, clean and a good option for a lounge. The showering facilities were clean and good quality, the chairs were comfortable and the wifi was good.

The food options were good but the choice was a little limited. The lounge was a little small and I can see it getting rather busy at peak times. Thankfully that wasn’t the case for my visit.
