This place is so good, I want to keep it a secret, so it’s available in the future! The location is amazing- all the bus and TEC line within a block. The best food options in Singapore. My room was very quiet- even with the window open it was very serene. I loved the rooftop. This area gets a nice ocean breeze so it was a refreshing, partly shaded place to hangout, and quiet! The staff was so nice, there are so many little things like an ice cream bar at the end of a hot walk, the nice cold filtered water, very good cleaning staff.

It all depends on the person, but the bed was pretty firm- maybe because it’s new.

The place was chosen as it is near to my children's place on the East Coast Road.No restaurants or breakfast in the house, but a kettle in the kitchenette, and free teabags at the reception, and a toaster, plus basic dishes.( 9- 18.00 h) There is a terrace on the 6th flor with BBQ possibility, and a small pool downstairs. Basic accommodation, small, but very clean, a bedroom and a small " living room" with 2 adjoining bathrooms and a kitchenette. air-condition separate for the rooms. Serviced 2x a week, with change of towels, and change of bedlinen once. The double bed is very comfortable I did like the independence, the cleanliness and the 2 separate shower rooms, (showers are excellents,) the ladies downstairs were very helpful (9-18.00) Good possibilities for public transport. 2 very good shopping centres in walking distance ( Parkway Parade and i12 Katong)

I am a coffee drinker, I would have appreciated a coffee machine, but there are places around in close proximity to have breakfast ( i12 shopping center, small cafés on East Coast Road). There are no reading lights at the bed( table is only on one side, so reading in the bedroom is not comfortable) .

Ease of connectivity. The bus stop just outside brings us to Bedok interchange which has a lot of amenities. The opposite bus stop brings us to Kallang, City Hall and Orchard Road within 30 minutes. Dakota Station on the CCL is also 10 minutes along the bus route. Marine Parade Station on the TEL is within 5 minutes walk of the location. Parkway Parade and i12 Katong are within easy walking distance. Several eateries and cafes are also along Marine Parade Road and East Coast Road

ac was a bit difficult to work with, either blasting cold air or off. the fact that you need to take your card to go to the fridge and back, turning the lights off I the process. not much to do about that... the door stopper didn't really work, door pull was quite strong. the near metro line is not yet finished in the direction to expo, which I didn't realize before going, for some reason.

Our overall stay was excellent. Firstly, despite it being a weekend evening, the hotel provided us with in-person check-in service, which made our check-in process very smooth. The parking service offered by the hotel was also very convenient. The room was not very large but well-designed, which was particularly beneficial for our family with a baby, as it allowed for a separate sleeping area for the baby. The amenities and supplies provided were very comprehensive. Items such as towels were available through self-service and could be replenished promptly. The hotel is located in Katong. As we have lived in Singapore for five years and this is not our first visit, we are quite familiar with the area, making it very convenient to travel anywhere. It was a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely book again.

The staff were lovely and helped me before and during the stay whenever I had questions about anything. The property is fairly new so everything was clean, and very well maintained. It was very convenient as there were a lot of bus stops nearby that could take you to central areas, but there were plenty of local supermarkets and good hawker places nearby. Rooftop area is a nice quiet place to chill out, the washing machine, drying area and the small kitchenette was helpful as I stayed for a certain amount of time. This place is a gem and I would stay here again if I visit Singapore again!

The property is amazing, the best location near i12 shopping centre, countless food places, short walk to a large hawker centre. The pool is amazing and the property is very nice, quiet, clean and aesthetically nice. Two lifts that service the property never waited more than 5secs for one. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooftop is a must, very nice place to relax and have a tea. Use of the washing machine was a life saver and great to have ($8 to use, liquid soap included) they have a dryer for the same cost, but the property provides hanging racks in certain locations which is very helpful. Rooms very clean, bed comfortable, smart tv, lots of PowerPoints even with a usb port. Bathroom is very comfortable and clean. A huge plus is if you find yourself short on towels, toilet paper or soap they have some available for self collection outside of hours.

The only issue, was the size of the room with twin beds was a slight squeeze, but not entirely uncomfortable.

Excellent location , good clean room , excellent bathroom , more than enough toiletries and towels provided. But more importantly the staff is exceptional and we’re so helpful. They made my stay memorable and really appreciated their help in resolving issue even out of hour.the laundry machine works well as does the dryer. There is a good iron in laundry room. Room is compact (as as many spaces in Singapore)and I was upgraded to a standard room which was much appreciated as I ended up with double the bags I came with and the standard room was about right size to hold my stuff . The standard room would work well for a couple also. The kitchenette is all right for heating up food in microwave, making tea/coffee and I made instant noodles on the hot plate and it worked fine. The mini fridge also decent size to hold essentialsfor breakfast.lovely terrace with bbq that I didn’t get to use due to lack of time. Same with pool, it’s small but would be good to lounge about

Location was fantastic. Very convenient for shopping. Mall across the road. MRT short walk. Airport less than 15 minutes drive. We booked the Executive Suite for 2 adults and 1 child. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers was handy. The kitchenette was also a plus.

Space is a little tight. However nice area upstairs on the top floor for space and relaxing.

Amazing value compared to other solo traveler stays in Singapore, new room. Small but thoughtfully designed. Nice shower, comfortable bed, lots of storage space. Front desk was kind and helpful whenever I interacted with them. Very close to MRT, which also serves as an underground pass to a hawker area and mall with decent food options, as well as a long waterfront jogging/cycling road.
